Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal. The guest will have over 1,500 square feet of space. Sleep 6, Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, close to Red Hook. Air condition, built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood. Guest access....... You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the three 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day have a glass of wine and do some grilling. Neighborhood overview....... The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Getting around...... You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John. Other things to note....... We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Ceiling Fans, TV, Showers, etc....

The Scott Beach house Villa is a slice of paradise! Beautiful private view and very comfortable. The owner Dexter is very accommodating. We also rent a brand new Jeep Wrangler and it was waiting for us for us at the airport. [Dexter has the best selection of sporty jeeps] I'd give it a 12 on a 1-10 scale! Thank you Dexter for providing this special Villa and Jeep!

Dexter was great to deal with and very responsive when/if needed. The view off of the back was fabulous and the condo was immaculate. We did not get to make it to the pool but it looked very nice. Great time and will stay again! We also utilized his rental car service and that too was seamless. They met us at the airport and off we went. Upon our return, they had someone meet us at the airport to pick up vehicle and that worked out great. The Jeep was top notch and worked out great for getting around the island. Highly recommended!

The condo was just as the picture showed clean and beautiful! Dexter our host was so great with communication and any assistance! Loved the paper he left for us with local attractions and restaurants to try! Having beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear was so convenient and above and beyond!! Great stay and would definitely stay here again!!

I would not stay at this house again. There were a lot of good points but some very bad ones as well. First impression was we were driving through the ghetto to get to the house. My wife was very upset. (cars on blocks, broken and windows, and abandoned buildings). When we got into the house it was boiling hot. I texted the owner and he told me to close the blinds. As you can imagine I was not happy. We tried to make the best of it, over the week the AC caught up with the heat and it was ok. Other issues were the water pressure. Its a condo with 3 other residences and I think it was only built for one, so when you take a shower the water was dribbling out of the shower. Finally, on the last two days I was trying to get some work done (over the phone) and the downstairs tenant was drilling and grinding where we could fill and hear it all through the condo. My clients could not hear me on the phone. I have never wrote a bad review on here and to be honest I do not like doing so but this was not a good house to stay in. thank you

Great location near Red Hook. Dexter was very helpful with info. Great to have snorkeling equipment and beach chairs in condo. Used them several days. Rented a car from him for a great price.

We had the best time at this property. This is a very well maintained condo and at a perfect location. A few minutes from a secluded beach and minutes from restaurants and bars. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the condo was. Probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The host was also amazing and was always available. Definitely coming back in the near future.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were lots of towels which we appreciated. Location is perfect, close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. We were bummed that the porch with the view faces full West so we had to have the drapes closed and couldn’t enjoy it in the afternoons but we enjoyed it for breakfast!

The condo and Dexter were great. The condo is located close to the west end close to Red Hook shopping restaurants and ferries. We were able to book fishing, sailing and scuba trips all out of Red hook. We were able to cook many of our meals in the well supplied kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and atmosphere. A small beach is a short walk down the road. Dexter was available to answer any questions we had about places to go or eat. He arranged a rental car for us, met us at luggage pickup and when we left met us at airport checkin. Great service!

The condo was really nice. It was clean and had a nice view. It had all of the necessary beach items - towels, chairs, snorkels, and a cooler. Our only complaint is the kitchen could have been better stocked. We like to cook in and the kitchen was lacking things like measuring cups and a blender.

The villa was clean, well appointed, great location, great view (no beach, but Dexter is working hard to finish the pool and outdoor kitchen) and Dexter was great. We enjoyed our 10 days here. You do need a car, and I recommend renting from Dexter. Secret Harbor and Cowpet were great beaches and 5 minute drive from the villa. Lots of dinning nearby in Red Hook. If you use Google Maps to get there, don’t take the right turn at the light on top of the hill (Ridge road). The road no longer goes through. Take the right BEFORE the light, first right after Food Center.

The condo is beautiful, spotless and had everything we needed. There are beach towels/ chairs, coolers and snorkel gear. Dexter is very helpful, knowledgeable, and I would recommend renting a car through him. The condo is near the beaches, ferry boat to St John , grocery and Red Hook. Only recommendation is to upgrade the WiFi. Hopefully we can make it back soon!

Probably one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Shorn is friendly and easily available for any questions or help you might need. The rental was well equipped with everything including beach gear, washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The place was sparkling clean and centrally located with easy parking. If you rent a rental car from Shorn he will have you picked up from the airport and one of his guys will meet you at the airport for drop off when you leave. My family and I had a wonderful vacation here!

Pictures do not do this place justice! Beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath, vaulted ceilings, full updated kitchen, beautiful balcony over looking Scott Bay. Very, very clean and comfortable. Great location on private road, and 10 minutes from everything. Host lives on property and always available if an issue should arise. Only recommendation is non stick cookware....everything else was beyond our expectations! Thank you Dexter for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place and beautiful island.

Dexter has done an excellent job constructing this property. Top grade materials with beautiful wood and ceramic tile plus granite countertops. It is well equipped with kitchen necessities, plenty of towels, snorkel equipment and comfortable beds. as an added bonus it has 4 quality beach chairs and a good cooler. That not only was convenient but also saved us a lot of money either renting or buying those items.As an added benefit, Dexter and his lovely family live right down stairs. He is very helpful and friendly!The balcony faces a peaceful view of the channel that leads to the marina and the islands and sea beyond. Numerous boats are moored in that area and provide great viewing. A perfect place for morning coffee!It is close to the market and the town of Red Hook which includes the ferry to St. Johns.We loved this property and the owner/host. We would love to return soon.

We loved this beautiful condo. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 2 kids - ages 6 and 9. Short drive from all of the best beaches on the island and a grocery store just down the street. The cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc were very nice to have use of. Dexter was very friendly, accommodating, had lots of great suggestions for us (make sure you visit Secret Harbour beach - we would've missed this gem unless Dexter told us about it). Also very easy to rent a car through Dexter so be sure to ask about that. Can't wait to return!

This property listing does not do it justice, the views from the balcony were the perfect scene to wake up to. The house was much closer to the water than we thought it would be. Just down a short walk is a small hidden beach that’s nice to go dip your toes in the water. When we arrived we had some rental car troubles and Dexter was amazing and worked around a couple things to help us get a car from his rental service for the week (well priced). He even allowed us to use his personal car one day. The house had everything we needed for cooking at home and beach days including snorkel gear, beach chairs and coolers. The check in ad check out process was simple and easy. Location was fantastic just a 2 minute drive into red hook where there’s a handful of good restaurants and bars! We look forward to making another trip back in the future.

I cannot make enough positive comments about our experience with this lovely condo and its owner, Dexter. The place was immaculate with gorgeous furnishings and a beautiful view. It was located very close to Red Hook with its restaurants and shops, a grocery store, and all of the beaches on the eastern end of the island. Dexter was extremely attentive and helped us with a rental car from the airport and gave us a lot of advice and personal attention. You should stay here!

Dexter is such an incredible host! The house we stayed in was amazing!! Dexter shared with us that he built the condo. The craftsmanship of this house and all the detail that was put into all areas was excellent. The ceilings in that home are about as beautiful as the views off of the porch. The rooms have their own master suites and king size beds. That made the house so awesome so we could have our own space and everyone was comfortable. Dexter showed us a video of Irma, from his porch. The only thing Irma did was scrap a little paint off the outside door. I loved that he shared that video and left the paint unfinished. There truly isn't enough kind words I could say about Dexter. He is a super host and took such amazing care for us, during our stay. Always smiling and doing whatever it took to take the stress out of first and last days of travels. He took the stress out of car rentals, as he runs his own rentals. He even let ushave the car a little longer so we can burn time until our departure. Everything you need is in the house. Including some essentials like sunscreen, bug spray, shaving cream, coffee, beach towels and brand new snorkel gear. Lots of odds and ends to get you by. If you need anything else, the grocery store is literally 5 minutes away. I hope our paths cross again and I hope we get to see his lovely home again. We wouldn't stay anywhere else, now that we have a certain way of living in the islands! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for an amazing vacation Dexter!!

The pictures do not lie . This place has been done with every detail in mind. Such a beautiful place no shortcuts made building this property. Great location just over the hill of Redhook . The owner was great super nice and very accommodating . Our new favorite spot . We will definitely be back
