Dissapointing - Facilities not as described

Large apartment. Lot of space if travelling with family or group of friends.

The reception lady at the hotel seemed quite rude and uninterested in her job or welcoming the guests. We were travelling with our 10 month old son and had booked an apartment with a kitchen. To our shock and surprise the kitchen only had a broken kettle placed on the stove. There was no cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, tea/ coffee maker, fridge or cooking utensils as mentioned on booking.com. we had to go to the reception and request for providing some plates and utensils in order to be able to prepare food for our baby. The breakfast was basic. There is no TV in the apartment as shown in the photos. The towels provided to us had a distint smell, and were quite worn out.

Very good

We liked the location and the smal shadyl patio

The fact that the usage of the small terrace very close to many rooms was not managed by the staff and people were very loud all night being really annoying and disrespectful

Great place for outgoing people

The location is exceptional because the hotel is in the old town. Plenty of points of interest close to it. The hotel itself attracts tourists because it has a well-known cafe. An amazing view from this cafe is included. Not pricy.

We didn't get promised refrigerator, even though it was not needed eventually. No personal balcony as it belongs to the cafe.

A place that inspires

It is a colourful and creative hotel in Old Tbilisi, just 700-800 meters from the central Liberty Square, restaurants and main city attractions. The tokms are clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish there were glasses in the room, but the staff handled this problem quickly.

Very beautiful decoration of the hotel's courtyard. There is a piano on the second floor. Wonderful location - close to the center and with wonderful panoramic views around.

The room in which we were settled was as if in repair. There were no cute little things such as: pillows, flowers, shelves, paintings. The room was like an empty one. And the saddest thing was that there was no refrigerator, and in place of the TV there were wires sticking out of the wall. Also, the room has very poor noise insulation.

The room is very spacious and clean. The place is walking distance to the tourist places.

Their place is very stiff because it is located in a lopsided area that is very difficult to walk during snow because it is slippery.

Over-priced for what it is. Not terrible but certainly not good.

Great view and in a good location, though not for older folk or unfit people.

There was a strange vibe on arrival. it was hard to see whether the place was a hotel or a cafe- it is both but we were initially reticent to enter and there didn't seem to be an obvious reception area- it was underground actually. The vibe came from the chap in charge who somehow seemed irritated by our presence; I may have mis-read this. The room facilities were poor: no water, no tea, no coffee and the room was very small indeed. It was the most expensive place we stayed in Georgia and by far the worst. It was noisy but this isn't a problem for us as we knew that and we like a drink and fun.

the owner seemed really nice. Gina. nice guy

rooms were not cleaned. we didn’t get any clean towels or toilet roll. Gina, I believe he was the owner let us check in much earlier which was lovely but the room I booked was with city view and the room we ended up in was not with one. Also the coffee shop look ones really run down.
