It was amazing

All the staff we super welcoming, fun and nothing was to much trouble. There were a number of breakfast choices, we loved the Pineapple pancakes & the Nasi Goreng.
The villa was beautiful with full glass windows looking out to the rice paddies. The bed was comfy. And the semi outdoor bathroom had the best shower I've had in Bali. We will definitely be back🙏
Nothing!

Loved the location of the property. Very central to all the sites. Free shuttle transportation! Beautiful food and delicious breakfast. Stunning bedroom villas!
Nothing- everything was perfect

We stayed only for 2 nights of our holidays but the Villa was incredible, super spacious, private and felt like home. We loved the surroundings of the rice fields and how quiet it was. Breakfast both mornings were delicious and our room was cleaned daily to perfection. The staff were super helpful and great to communicate with, they helped us book a number or activities and organised massages for us.
The location was further from Central Ubud then expected with not many supermarkets/ milk bars near by. The Trip to central ubud was about 28 minutes.

Location is amazing, in the middle of rice fields, co peaceful.
A lot if ants in the room. Doors are not closing properly, so unwanted guests are arriving constantly.
Cleanliness in not so great although they are cleaning every day. Towels are old and used so many times. Some stains on bedsheets although they were clean.
Problem with wifi in the room as well. They managed to fix next they in the evening only when we came back from the tour to rest.

This was by far my favorite hotel/ resort I stayed in Ubud. It is located in the middle of rice fields. Spacious and clean rooms with amazing views to wake up.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to mention Mr. Ari for his excellent customer service. Always ready to help with any question.
There is nothing to dislike in this resort.

Great to be amongst the Padi Fields and in many ways part of the local scene. Our villa was spacious with great views.
Villa felt a little bare. Limited utensils. This location is 20 mins north of Ubud so a little isolated. There are restaurants nearby but are a 15-30 min walk.

the accommodation has a ideal location in the middle of rice field and the stuff is very friendly and can speak English quiet well! the room is bright and also the bathroom looks nice!
the tv and internet didn’t work, there was mold on the bathroom utensils, and when I complained about it, they were not willing to give me any discount for the circumstances… also I did not sleep well because it’s was quiet noisy as there is a small road with loud bikes next to the room.

Nice hotel in a rural area, with view of rice field with ducks ... and also a local noodle restaurant. Pleasant pool. Good internet.
Fridge did not work and no attempt was made to fix it. Noisy scooters driving along a short cut lane right next to hotel's walls.

- good location (quiet, calm)
- amazing staff (super helpful even at night)
- very nice villa (spacious and fancy)
- clean pool
- bed was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children
- outdoor bathroom is beautiful but you are living with unwanted animals like geckos, insects like wasps or thousands of ants or even snakes and mouses
- breakfast was boring after while

the stuff was very kind and helpful
the place is far from the center and it costs a lot if you want transportation all the time to Ubud center. also be prepared for some bugs and lizzards. the second day our bag was full of ants.

Great hotel, the manager helped us a lot for renting scooters and for the boat ride the next day and the taxi to reach the harbour. The room was huge and really beautiful with all the windows, quiet place and also a beautiful pool with the view on the rice fields. The location was great because we wanted to do more Tegalallang than Ubud so we were really close.
The only thing is that there were a little bit of ants inside the rooms but you are in a cabin in the rice fields so I guess it's part of the deal.

The villa itself is located just right next to a rice field slightly out of ubud; the environment was definitely surrounded with local balinese vibe. I was able to explore around the region with a motorbike around the rice field while the locals were yielding/ prepping for the next plantation.
Manager and staffs were extremely helpful and nice at sorting out all our questions and queries.
Be sure you are able to ride a motorbike as it can be rather difficult to grab a transportation through apps as the location again, is slightly located out of ubud; but definitely worth staying here.
Unfortunately, the manager was questioning me twice about my payment despite sending through the receipt from booking.com (complete payment) and even a bank transaction to booking.com at the time of payment; on the first day and a day before departure. The manager did not response my message after to confirm my payment or even an apology. A rather disappointing experience.

The villa is very near to the Tegalalang rice terrace which is actually towards the end of Ubud about 20 minutes from
where central Ubud is. I like the serenity as you’re away from the bustling parts of Ubud.
As it was slightly further it took time to get out or to places and at night it was hard to get food delivery as options were limited. The property wasn’t maintained in the best way too. You can tell when you walk in that the place has been there for years, the mosquito netting was torn.

The best part of the property was the location. It was very peaceful and serene place and in case you are looking for a place to live amidst the rice fields, then it is one of the best places.
The breakfast was simple but it was really good (fruits, eggs, juice, toast etc.).
The bedroom at upper level was very spacious and had an awesome view.
The property does require maintenance, may be due to limited occupancy during Covid. The doors were stuck (did not slide easily), washrooms didn't have locks, lower level bedroom did not have TV, kitchen appliances were limited etc.

nice house
it’s in the middle of nowhere and it’s difficult to get a taxi. shuttle is only at 10 o clock in the morning (and only we complained)
there is no functioning restaurant. breakfast comes from outside and was not good. other meals are not available
there is only one person in charge and you have to search to find
it’s not a quiet location, you can hear often motorcycles

The helpful staff on site who came much later after a messed up of our bookings during check in & the tasty breakfasts which were well served in nice baskets. No forgetting the off site reservation staff who assisted us .
Sadly the pandemic has resulted in the poor maintenance of the property, it is dated. There was no lights on the path leading to the entrance of the villa, we were just glad none of us fell along the way.The toilets in the 2 bedroom family suite were dirty, the toilet bowls was infested with ants and the tress/plants surrounding the outdoor bath clearly needed some upkeep, as it made the whole surroundings very uncomfortable for outdoor shower . The pictures on the booking page just didn't match up to in reality. The kind reservation staff not on site tried to assist us in everyway but we had to shorten our stay. Without cars, the walk to the nearest restaurant is 15 mins away and in the night can be quite tedious with baking dogs along the way.

I booked 2 property at the villa, one bedroom and two bedroom villa. the view from the second floor of the two bedroom villa was great.
I booked the one bedroom villa because i really wanted to use the bathtub, but because of the bathroom concept is open air, there were frogs and geckos, so i dont use the bathroom at all. very disapointing. there were some ants and some wood flakes on the floor. there were no view from our one bedroom villa. this villa may be a great villa for couples, but not for family stay. so if you bring kids, or elders i dont really recommend you to stay here. I was so sad, because i was so excited to stay in this villa, but it is definitely below my expectation. we check out really early the next morning because there were nothing to be explored anymore on the villas. the tv and phone on the one bedroom villa is not working.

the villa is spacious. Not too far & has an amazing view. Kitchen is very useful.
It could be cleaner, especially the main pool. The pandemic effects a lot, it is understandable but hopefully they put more effort for the cleanness of it.

No breakfast due to pandemic
