The master bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed (lower full size/twin on top) with trundle in the third bedroom. The home features a dining room, living room and a spacious kitchen with a deck off the laundry room. There is a courtyard just below the large deck with a charcoal grill, and fire pit for relaxing in the evening! Home is equipped with WIFI and Direct Now TV.

We stayed at the property for five days, and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The home was very clean and the host Warren was very accommodating. We were able to have fun as a family, and the home was the perfect place for us to gather together. It was very cozy and warm! We will definitely stay again in the future! We really enjoyed our stay. It was like “home away from home”. Truly appreciated how clean and cozy the home was. The games were a nice touch to keep us entertained when we weren’t out seeing the sights. We also enjoyed the extra treats left and the coffee supply. Thank you for making our stay welcoming.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a church convention but seemed more like a weeks vacation. This house is so welcoming and relaxing. Was a wonderful week. Only one thing that would have made this stay better another week.

This home was very clean and there was a lot of attention to small details that truly made us feel welcomed as guests. The hosts went above and beyond and were great at communication as well. I highly recommend this home to families who want a get away to Hot Springs. It was just a 5 minute drive from the National Park visitor center and some great shops and restaurants.

This house was perfect for our annual Mothers Day trip for us😊 Master’s bedroom with private en suite was great for us. The house was soooo perfectly furnished and the area/neighborhood great! The location was perfect for Hot Springs attractions. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly-we had one of the shower curtains fall and were unable to get it back up. We called hosts, and even though they were out of town, they arranged for someone to help us-(at our convenient time) and he was there, kind and had it back up within a few minutes👏👏. Would definitely recommend this property and hosts!!!🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming property that was close enough to the track that you could walk if you wanted to. The house was tastefully decorated and the outside seating areas very inviting. Warren and Denise made sure the house was well stocked and also had enough coffee, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. to get you by until you could get to the store. There was a large variety of family friendly movies to choose from as well. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hot Springs and I hope it's available next year when my family returns.

The property is nice and just as listed. It is very close to Oaklawn Casino and Fairgrounds. It is just 2 miles from the National Park. We would stay there again if we every go back to Hot springs.

This property was great for our 3 families. We did not get to take advantage of the beautiful back yard but we enjoyed the deck in the morning. The short drive to the casino and the shopping mall was perfect for everyone. The home was lovely, decorated nice and quiet neighborhood. Our only concern, some inside doors did not close completely and you could not lock the doors. We met the host prior to check in and they were very kind.
