Great apartment near the city centre. It has everything you may possibly need. Highly recommended and definitely booking again

O apartamento é bom, mas tem pouco espaço para abrir malas (a distribuição é bem ruim). Boa roupa de cama, mas não há espelho grande (apenas um pequeno espelho de rosto acima da pia).

Os funcionários não são prestativos para fornecer detalhes da acomodação. Garagem super apertada.

That is a very nice apartment for two or even 3 (as it has an unfoldable coach) with small kitchen, including a coffee machine. Just around the corner from U3/U6 metro station Poccistraße. If you are a fan of beer, you will find a beer shop/bar just across the street. Also, there is a small Penny shopping centre, further - Rewe on the ground floor of the building, on the corner - good if you want fresh bakery in the morning. We had a small trouble with checking in as previous guests took our keys from the key box, but the problem was very quickly solved by a caring host (be aware that host is on line until 10pm). Overall, a very nice place to stay while in Munich

the flat is nice and well decorated, very well located (just a couple of stops from Marienplatz). supermarket just underneath.

parking wasn’t available for our first night and it was a disaster to find on street parking. had to go around for almost two hours before finding a space with a toddler and torrential rain. no ac which is ok if it’s not middle of summer.

The location was perfect for getting to Oktoberfest and the apartment was really comfy.

I enjoyed the location very much (close to Octoberfest, U-bahn station, and a grocery store in the same building).

I very much disliked the lack of bathroom door (NO PRIVACY!), lack of advertised items (for example: shampoo and coffee), 2 door keys for 3 adults, nobody to contact at night if there is an issue with a key or any of the entry door (it is not simple to open the doors, especially for older people, not handicap friendly), and I didn't like the communication with the workers. For example, after I asked about a shampoo, it was the first answer I got: "We rent apartments on a self-catering basis. We offer a starting kit but then guests have to provide for themselves . There is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy almost everything you need. Best regards and enjoy your stay! Natalia OneBavariaHomes". In the second answer, I got informed that there is a shampoo provided in the beginning - it looks like we didn't have any lack because we got only 2 small bars of soap for 3 days and for 3 adults. I believe it is very sad in a situation where I paid over 1200€ for 3 days.

The location was good and the room was clean.

Overall quite well equipped in terms of kitchen and other basic amenities. The main bed is very comfortable. Very convenient to have a small grocery store downstairs. Nice and quiet area subject to comments below about the open window and bell clock.

No air con. We spent four nights and weather was around 30-33 degrees during the period. The room had high ceiling and the owner provided small fans which all helped a little bit. We needed to open the windows to sleep so you will get all the street noises plus the bell clock outside which is very loud (starting 7am in the morning). Public transport severely disrupted (U 3 and U 6 which are supposed to be the lines near this property). We chose this property in part because of the advertised proximity to U bahn. However, to our surprise (no mention of this to us from owner), we needed to take substitute bus to come to the property from the main train station and during our stay, it was not easy to navigate the alternative routes to key sight seeing places. It was not the owner’s fault but it would have been nice if we had known ahead of time. The extra bed in room Gustl was quite squeaky so we had to remove the bed frame and had the mattress on the floor directly which was fine. There was an extra charge of 10 euro for extra pillows which we did not take. No reply on Sunday. The owner is generally responsive on messaging through booking.com but not responded during Sunday where we needed some information.

Nice furnished apartment with everything you need for a stay in Munich.

They say they provide all bathroom essentials but forget to refill some and send you to the supermarket down the street when you complain those products were not refilled after the last stay. Also, street sounds are pretty loud at night.

Location is walking distance to bus stop (Above Penny Supermarket) & Easy to find. Only 2 stops by bus X6 from Munich HB. Bed is comfortable and there is kitchen in it.

On check-in, you MUST come exactly after 14.30 so U can get the key; otherwise you need to hang around. There is no place you can leave luggage like hotels / hostel and go travelling in city. We book connection room (2 rooms), and one room has no door at shower area which if you come with friends, you need to manage it.

It was planned out well for space. It was updated. Bed was very comfortable. There were enough spaces to put luggage items. Windows opened.

Location was 30 minute walk to old city area. Shower over ran into entire bathroom. Ran out of soap and toilet paper. No lock box. Dirty rugs and rugs slid on floor making it dangerous. Very noisy from outside.

The apartment was in a nice area. We appreciated the high chair and changing mat for our grandson.

On our first night, we drove around for over an hour, trying to find a park. We found one a 25-minute walk away and paid 30 euros for the night. The walk-in shower wet the bathroom floor. The worst thing was the heat. One little fan was not enough to provide any relief from the awful heat. It was like being in a sweat box, and it was not right.

The position of the hotel was great, the room fornitures are new, the bed was confortable

The silverware provided could have been cleaned better. There are no stairs in the property but only one elevator for all the floors, and in the morning at check out time there might be a line.

Very good online only communication with the staff. However, they were not aware that the near metro station was closed due to construction works till end of July and the directions they sent us to reach the property were not updated. Very good location. Clean but it could be even better in this sector. We had to make ourselves the kids bed (open the sofa, put the linen) when we arrived, first time I see that. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay there!

Excellent room, it was very clean. About location: very close to U-bahn, to Oktoberfest place, on the ground floor it is a Penny, and very close a REWE. There are places to eat on the adjacent streets, if you don't go to the center. Anyway, the place is accessible from all point of view.

I was satisfied, I have no suggestions for improvement. Maybe the bells from the church next door, in the morning, but if you close the windows you don't hear them anymore.

New, clean & spacious with almost everything we need.

A bit far from station & attractions! A bit noisy if you don’t close the windows, have to leave the fan on all night. Pricy for two nights even weekdays.

Very clean and modern. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Didn’t use the hob or microwave but we were very glad to have them - just in case. Great location. We walked into Munich to get our steps up - about 25 minutes strolling pace, in a more or less straight line from hotel. There was a Supermarket under the apartments- very handy.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. It met all our needs. The only thing we didn’t give ‘full marks’ to was the staff - BUT only because we didn’t see any. It was really easy to get the keycard when we arrived so there was no need for staff. All instructions were excellent.

Excellent location close to Ubahn station Poccistrasse and convenient for city centre and the Theresienwiesn. Very comfortable, modernised, clean and well equipped accommodation. Small supermarket just downstairs.

We stayed in the “Resi” apartment which is two apartments connected. The Franz apartment has no door separating the bedroom or bathroom from the living area. The lack of bathroom door made privacy an issue. One more dining needed for four people. Otherwise, great accommodation.

Surprised that all the Furnitures (bed and couch) and floor coverings were dusty, old, and stained for a newly built or remodeled facility.

Toilet smells urine. Towels were not whitewashed. I had to disenfect the entire place to feel comfortable. Supplies such as coffee, soap, were limited not enough for a two days stays for two persons.

Hotel was excellent. 4 friends travelling from England for a music concert. Excellent facilities, great open shared living / sleeping space. Amenities such as coffee maker, iron, ironing board, refrigerator. Great to socialise in the room, also cut off sleeping quarters make it easy to retreat. Great location,
