Just 2 blocks to the beautiful Wildwood Crest beach and less than a mile to the famous boardwalk in Wildwood. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bakery, deli, bike rentals, ice cream parlor, library, playground, basketball court and tennis court. This luxurious home boasts an open floor plan on the 1st floor with two separate areas for entertaining and 4 spacious bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also a large partially covered deck in the 30ft x 20ft fenced backyard. THIS DUPLEX IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL BY FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND WILL NOT BE RENTED TO SINGLE ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 24. NO 'SENIOR WEEK' NOR 'PROM' RENTALS. No smoking nor pets are allowed.

Our stay on Seaview was one of the best places we’ve stayed. Vicky and Brian were very responsive on the couple questions I sent to them. The house fit our needs perfectly and hopefully we will stay here again.

This is a beautiful property and was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with all manner of cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. Spacious for a group of 11 (8 adults, 3 kids). The owners were very communicative and responsive. YouTube TV for live television, as well as many other streaming options in all rooms and my nephews were thrilled there was an Xbox! Overall, wonderful stay! Would highly recommend

The location of this property is amazing! We were with family and two babies under 1. It was great to have the beach buggy and beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring ours. The patio was fantastic for after kid bedtime hangouts and the weather we had was perfect! Hoping to come back next year and make this an annual trip!

We've been coming to Wildwood Crest for approx. 24 years . The location and space of this home is wonderful, but compared to the other spacious, beautiful homes we've stayed in, this home needs some TLC. We won't go into detail, but based on our many positive experiences with other homes, this home should invest some time improving the home.

We used this property for an extended family vacation with 7 adults and 4 children. The location to the beach was perfect as was to all Wildwood as to offer. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we would need for a week vacation. The best part was all the beach stuff for us to use in the garage, mostly the beach cart and extra chairs and bikes! The outdoor space was perfect for winding down after a long day and the outdoor shower was great post beach. So much space for everyone, we would definitely stay here again for another week in Wildwood Crest!

We were a family of 8 adults (18-62) and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were all very comfortable and didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all. The master suite was enormous. The kitchen was well-equipped. We didn't do a beach day but there was plenty of beach equipment in the garage. Parking was plentiful after the daytrippers left in the early afternoon. Lots of restaurants nearby. Vicky and Brian were very responsive and great hosts.

This property surpassed our expectations by far! Spacious, beautiful and clean! Double Sinks in both up bathrooms was perfect for 5 women getting ready. The master bath was absolutely incredible with the garden tub and walk in shower with jets. Talk about feeling pampered!!!! The kitchen was awesome and was stocked to the hilt with everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal for a group., the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of bedding choices with extra pillows and blankets available. The laundry room was a nice amenity as well. The location was great , we walked 2 blocks to the beach and the unit had beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella which was a wonderful convenience. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

We all had a fantastic trip, and everyone enjoyed themselves! The place was awesome! It was even better in person than what was illustrated in the pictures. The area near the house was also fantastic! We would all definitely come again! The communication with the owners was great prior to us arriving, and they provided us with all necessary information. They were also more than willing to assist us if we needed anything or had any questions/concerns.

A group of friends and I took a trip here for Memorial Day weekend. We absolutely adored the space; the kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans you may need and the bedrooms were perfect in size for us. At first, we didn't realize how close the beach was! We were also very close to all the attractions that we wanted to check out as well, such as a drag show and an escape room. Overall, a fantastic space that is so close to everything you'd need for a fun getaway.

We loved our stay here. Everything was very convenient and thoughtful. Great location for young families. We had trouble with a door upstairs that we weren't able to resolve, but the homeowner was very responsive understanding and tried to offer a solution.

We spent the weekend at this beautiful home for our nieces wedding. With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths there was plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The back deck was a great place to read and gather. We would recommend this home. Brian and Vicky were great to deal with.

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge. There were plenty of games, beach chairs, bikes, etc for us to use. The kitchen had everything we could've needed. We actually took home a lot of the things we brought with us since we didn't need to use them. The only minor disappointment was that we couldn't use the body jets in the master shower. We were looking forward to trying those out but that is literally the only thing that wasn't perfect. We would highly recommend this location to anyone and are already thinking about booking another stay next year.

We enjoyed the whole house. Spacious for our 8 adults. Enjoyed the back deck to relax as well. Helpful to have the beach cart and chairs available. Home was clean and well kept. Easy walk to the beach, and free street parking available. Nice quiet area.
