Gorgeous views, would stay again.

Gorgeous views. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great facilities, walking distance to the beach. Had a spa bath, love a good spa bath. Dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen.

The elevators took forever and at one point weren’t working and had to take 30 flights of fire escape stairs. Wasted a lot of time waiting for elevators. Air con didn’t work well in the two smaller bedrooms. No powerpoints in one of the bedrooms for the several pedestal fans or lamps in the apartment.

One of the best places to stay in surfers paradise

Location is great, there are shops just outside the building. The apartment it self is absolutely stunning. It is new, has everything you need and more. Plenty amenities such as washing powder, laundry powder etc provided. The beach view is beautiful and can be seeing from each bedroom and living/kitchen. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Supermarket, restaurants, beach, tram and facility all of that is incredibly great! Even spa, sauna, swimming pool, gym and BBQ can use till late night which is so nice for late activity as well:)

Nothing really kids said pool too cold but that’s not really an issue. Indoor pool was a bit cool but still went swimming.

Our 3 night getaway was by far the best we’ve had since the last time we were here.

Location was amazing as it was in the centre of everything, The view of the ocean in the morning was incredible. The receptionist that called to let us know about our stay was super lovely and helped a lot.

upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach by the dining table, on that same night we realised that the balcony light didn’t work. There was also a leak in the laundry which caused a puddle of water to form out in the corridor (so we turned it off). I found that the ensuite ventilation fan didn’t work but not sure if there was a switch for it. Blinds in second bedroom and third blind by front door were broken and unusable throughout our stay. Tv remotes for both tv’s were a little difficult to use as one of the sets of batteries had died. The closure of the main outdoor pool at the time of our stay was a little bit of a letdown however we still enjoyed the other pools and leisure facilities.

Was long black hair all through the apartment on carpet/ bathroom!! outdoor pool was out of order very disappointing being peak season all over 4 tiles poor effort from the staff not prioritising it to get fixed when people pay a healthy amount of money to stay

We loved our stay and would definitely come back to this unit.

The staff were very friendly, they had regular contact to check everything was ok. All the instructions were very clear. The unit is amazing, great views from both sides. Very roomy and clean. Large televisions in living and master bedroom. Bathrooms are excellent. The unit is very close to the trams which makes it very easy to get around the coast. Also, very close to shops and restaurants.

Only minor point is the oven door doesn't quite close properly and the cooktop was a bit hard to light at times.

Great location, amazing views - 3 bedroom apartment is not as large as the pictures depict.

Location is amazing. Building facilities were great, but outdoor pool was closed. Check in process was reasonably simple, but would suggest a lock box or similar, so dont have to collect the keys offsite.

Cleaners had not vacuumed properly - there was rubbish under the couch. Not enough rubbish bags or toilet rolls for the duration of our stay. Several light globes were blown and therefore lights did not work - light above dining table and all bedside lights in bedrooms. It also wasn't the same as the pictures on booking.com... it was smaller than we expected. It was still a great location and had amazing views (West, East and North), but it would help customer expectations if the pictures online were the same but accurate to reflect what you are booking (you have to scroll through to get past the pictures of the larger apartments, which appear first on booking.com).

The property was an amazing location.

The property was very run down. The walls and doors were all dirty, full of scuffs and dirt. All of the artwork was crooked and none of the light shades were on properly. There was no broom to sweep any of the sand from the beach, just a very old vacuum that was full from the previous guests. Some of the pots in the cupboard were dirty. The bin in the kitchen was the same size as the bins in the bathrooms (tiny) and we were only given one bin bag for 12 nights.

Was a great place to stay and GCLR were a pleasure to deal with.

Great location with modern furnishings

Just some minor maintenance required for premises, small things like main door had issues opening to bedroom and bathroom for ensuite door was hanging by a hinge.

Great location, great views.

Great apartment, great location. Easy check in and out process. Indoor pool is heated so the kids were able to enjoy. The kids (4 and 2) enjoyed the games room and who’s turn it was to press the elevator button. The kids also enjoyed the playground right outside the hotel. Will definitely stay again.
