L'accueil du personnel,la chambre,la disponibilité de Younes notre( Tom Cruise ) ont peut lui demander l impossible et il le fait je pense que dans chaque riad restaurant ou hôtel il devrait avoir une personne aussi serviable et gentil que lui , je me suis trouvé un copain dans cette ville
On ne peut pas nager dans la piscine,et peut être varié le petit déjeuné qui es quand même
très bon et copieux,je dis cela pour les personnes qui comme nous sommes restés 1semaine

Al hacer el personal del hotel el check in en el patio molestan mucho por la noche, si te acuestas temprano es muy incomodo por que se escucha todo. El desayuno empieza a las 9, creo que es un poco tarde.

The staff was very friendly. The food and breakfast were delicious. The room and the central patio have a beautiful decoration. Maybe I would suggest more light in the room. The rest was impeccable. Thank you so much!! to Badia, Aziz, Iunes, Asmeé and the rest of the staff.

Das Personal war super! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück und das Essen allgemein waren wirklich von Feinsten. Badia und ihr Team sind auf uns eingegangen und hat unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Zusätzlich gab es viele gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt vor Ort.

La disponibilidad de los trabajadores en todo momento. Contestaban a mis dudas inmediatamente por mail o WhatsApp, me imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque sin problema, me organizaron el taxi para la ida y la vuelta, se ofrecieron a buscarme guía, etc...
El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta, porque esta a 2 minutos de la entrada a la Medina. Se llega en taxi prácticamente a la puerta del hotel.
El desayuno lleva de todo, buenísimo y típico del lugar. No pudimos terminarnos todo.
Las habitaciones tienen calefacción y aire acondicionado, la limpieza es buena, entraron todos los días a hacerla y cambiarnos las toallas.
Eché en falta un gel para la ducha quizás.
Un problema únicamente por parte de los huéspedes: el comedor se encuentra en un patio y a su alrededor se encuentran los 2 o 3 pisos de habitaciones. Si alguien está en el comedor y hace ruido, retumba hacia las habitaciones y puede llegar a ser molesto si los huéspedes hablan más alto de lo normal.
No se escuchan los ruidos de la calle.

The staff was helpful when we complained about the bedding being dirty. They provided an iron when asked, and washed some clothing. They gave breakfast items for our day trip. The breakfast was good but mainly bread. The shower with hot water was great.
Dirty bedding and very dusty room. Not enough light in the room, no place to hang wet towels, and overcharged for a day trip.

Badia and Salma were wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome and introduced us to the warmth of Morocco. The rooms were clean, well-serviced, and spacious enough for the three of us. The breakfast was abundant with lots of variety of local foods and drinks. Make sure to taste the lemonade and the msemen on the rooftop accompanied by the fantastic view of Fes. The staff was very helpful with our luggage, directions, arranging taxis, restaurant recommendations, and a nice excursion to Chefchaouen. Overall, it was an amazing experience!
Since the weather was quite cold, we wished that airco would have warmed the room a little more

Salma and Dalia were wonderful hosts. The room was very comfortable and the design is amazing. Views from the rooftop were spectacular. Breakfast delicious and they accommodated me well as a vegan. I started laundry and Salma finished it for me and dried my clothes and folded them for me which was extremely nice as we were busy visiting the city. They arranged a tour with Ahmed who was a really incredible tour guide. Highly recommend.

L endroit idéal pour visiter la ville, tout à proximité, le riad magnifique et propre, serviette propre tout les jours, chambre tres jolie et lit très confortable, petit déjeuner énorme et servi en terrasse, terrasse (sthar) hyper jolie nous avons passé des soirées agréables, notre avion arrivait à 2h00 du matin le taxi demandé au raid nous a attendu et nous avons eu aucun soucis, mais vraiment le meilleur c est vraiment l hospitalité du personnel , elles etaient disponible à toute heure et d une gentillesse énorme, satisfaisant toute nos demandes, je les remercie de tous mon ❤️ pour nous avoir fait passé un séjour magnifique, merci merci merci beaucoup😘

Struttura meravigliosa, ottima posizione vicino alla Porta blu, personale gentilissimo e attento a ogni esigenza, possibilita' di usare la lavatrice, colazione fantastica sulla terrazza. Vicino al Riad si puo' parcheggiare l'auto in totale sicurezza nelle stradine della Medina a 20 Dirham al giorno. Prezzo molto conveniente del soggiorno.
Dover andare via, questo Riad e' una meraviglia e l'atmosfera e' magica. Grazie di cuore per tutto.

The room is in the ground floor and had no windows facing to the outside. Hence, no direct sunlight, which made it smell a bit damp.

Hotel dans la médina à 2 pas de la porte principale et des souks.
Mais par dessus tout, on a apprécié l'accueil de nos hôtes ! Le responsable nous a amené à notre restaurant du soir (un peu loin de l'hôtel), au quartier des artisans (nous voulions trouver un evier en cuiv4e martelé et ce n'est pas si facile... il a fait quasiment tous les artisans avec nous pour trouver😁). Vraiment très très sympa!!!
Le rapport qualite prix du repas du soir que nous avons pris le deuxième soir a améliorer un peu.
Le smen dans les m'semen qui donne un goût particulier.

Un lugar cómodo y agradable, con una situación buenísima al lado de los taxis y a 5 min de la puerta azul. Las chicas que nos atendieron son encantadoras. El desayuno buenísimo y super completo, íbamos con nuestro bebé de 2 años y nos ponían desayuno para él también aún sin pagar su estancia. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%

Molt ben situat, a les portes de la Medina i a tres minuts de la Porta Blava. Propietari i personal encantadora, pendents de tot el que pots necesitar. Habitacions amb molt d’encant. Bon i abundant esmorzar. Terrassa a l’àtic on esmorzar, sopar o descansar i gaudir de les vistes
Com tots els Riads s’ha de tenir en compte que tenen moltes escales , si es un problema s’ha d’avisar per tal que us donin una habitació a les plantes inferiors

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad in Fes war einfach wunderbar! Die authentische Ausstattung des Riads hat uns in eine andere Welt versetzt und uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich in der marokkanischen Kultur einzutauchen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, und sie haben sich wirklich um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert.
Die Lage des Riads war perfekt, da es sich in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants befand, was unsere Erkundungstouren sehr erleichtert hat. Und das Frühstück! Es war am Morgen ein Highlight, mit einer köstlichen Auswahl an marokkanischen Speisen, die frisch zubereitet wurden. Wir können dieses Riad nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Das Riad liegt am Rande der Medina, sehr zentral. Es ist sehr sauber und im Pool kann gebadet werden. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles. Wir hatten ein sehr köstliches Abendessen zu einem sehr guten Preis. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Reinigung (Mülleimer) während des Aufenthalts hat gefehlt, aber vielleicht ist das nicht üblich.

Lo mejor sin lugar a dudas es el personal. Son muy amables y altamente atentos. Eramos 5 chicas viajando y entendieron desde el primer momento nuestras inquietudes en cuanto a seguridad y tranquilidad. Nos ayudaron a reservar restaurantes, excursiones y hasta nos vinieron a buscar al terminar de cenar dentro de la medina (zona insegura de noche).
El Dar se ubica fuera de la medina por lo que el ambiente es mucho más seguro. Todos los espacios son muy bonitos y están cuidados.

Si hay gente que tenga una minusvalía será costoso subir a las habitaciones ya que son bastantes escalones y empinados.
El baño no tiene puerta y tampoco se dispone de gel de ducha

The stay was very good! Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay the night in Fez. Very helpful and understanding. We had a lot of problems with bank transfers and vash money but they were patient and very flexible.

The room was amazing! The riad was beautiful and had the most amazing roof top terrace where we had breakfast! I would definitely stay again!
