Fantastic

Villa Cinzia is at a fantastic location which is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean. Host Francesco and Rossana are also very friendly and helpful! We had a good time in Mandelo thanks to them!

Great outdoor space when the weather is nice. We hired a Chef to come which was perfect. I'm glad there was a couch so at least 2 of us could sit there vs the table. I was glad there was coffee and body wash.

It was a bit cold upon arrival, and took a while to heat up, but maybe it seems typical in Germany.

wonderful host, nice apartment and a beautiful city

The host Fransesco was such a kind and generous host. He was so friendly and went out of the way to help us and give us a tour of his ancestral home near the Palermo cathedral. We are really grateful to him. He made us feel so welcome. After check out, we had a few hours before our flight out and he so kindly offered that we move our stuff to the adjancent apartment villa for a few hours until we leave for the airport.

Fabulous apartment, huge terrace and great location

Francesco was a fantastic host, very welcoming and checked in by text a few times to see we were ok. The property is beautiful, nice big bedrooms and kitchen and the terrace was fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there, having dinner and playing cards. Location is excellent. Fab holiday!

The Villa was well equipped, spacious to a high standard of cleanliness. The location is excellent for the beach and restaurants of Mondello. Francesco the owner was very responsive and helpful if you had any questions or wanted local recommendations..

This is a great place to stay when visiting Palermo and the surrounding areas. The beach is refreshing and like the restaurants very close by. The host is fabulous and very helpful.

The host Francesco was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

Great location - short walk to the beach and Mondello square, clean and comfortable, quiet location.

Only complaint was that the wifi didn't work.

Wonderful owner and great location - highly recommended!

The apartment is very welcoming, beautifully decorated and spotless. Located right in the middle of the action and a few steps from the beach. But the best part is Francesco the host. His attention to detail and hospitality and second to none.

Wonderful host and stay in Mondello

Francesco and his sister, Rossana are the most attentive, helpful hosts I've ever come across. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate us, and truly made our stay and time in Mondello unforgettable. Everything we needed was available on site, including a washing machine, which is always helpful when travelling with children. We enjoyed sitting outdoors when the weather permitted (it rained a lot when we visited) and appreciated the coffee capsules and juices in the fridge upon arrival. We also received fresh towels during our stay.

The property offers all the amenities you could think of, however some cooking utensils were somewhat lacking - however if you're planning on mostly eating out during your stay, this won't be an issue!

Perfect location and spacious clean property.

Excellent location near beach and town centre. Also the bus to Palermo stops in front of the door. Very clean, well kept property. Although very conveniently located, very quiet and peaceful lication. Good shower with large bathroom. Host is extremely helpful waiting along the street to welcome us and stock the fridge with some essentials and a nice bottle of wine.

Amazing property

From the beginning our trip was excellent! The host, Francesco, contacted us a day before to arrange our arrival. He met us at the villa when we arrived, helped us park the car and showed us around. Our villa has a beautiful private outside terrace and a washing machine. It was clean and cozy inside. We had everything we needed for a two days stay. Francesco even brought us beach towels and we had a beach bag at the villa. The AC was great in all rooms as well. Wonderful experience! We will definitely come back next summer.

Great place for a long family stay

Super comfortable villa. Everything needed for a long stay is provided. It has a washing machine and a coffee machine. The host even provided the coffee capsules. Very quiet place, and just nearby a lot of restaurants, beach and a supermarket. The host is very friendly.

The shower would need some renovation.

Perfect location

Our host Francesco was very friendly and helpful. Actually we didn't need much help because everything was perfect already, but I'm sure that any issues would have been fixed immediately. Beach, restaurants, little supermarket, ATM and bus station are only few minutes away. The place is quiet and there is a beautiful garden. Even if there are other guests, you have enough privacy. In our apartment there was air condition in every room, which is quite useful. We really enjoyed our stay and will choose Villa Cinzia again, if we ever come back to Mondello.
