Room

Good place in the city center, better to rent this place to more people. We was 4 persons and 1 child so was okay.

Internet doesnt connection in our room, just in dinner room was good connection. The blanket was too small to cover, and pillow so small.

Amazing location in the Old Town

Amazing localisation in the old town Very comfortable bed Pretty room

Our room had only one small window on the level of the ground so it was really hot inside and we were afraid to leave the window open for the night Quite noisy WiFi only in the common space

Pleasant

Lovely big room just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. We were allowed to leave our luggage during the day after check out (although we never had any physical interaction with any staff, we had good service).

No WiFi in the rooms?! The curtains were very thin and of light material so as soon as the sun came up around 4/5am the room was so bright it woke us up. Also the radiator was constantly on in the bathroom (we could not turn it off) so it was overly hot in there. We were there for 3 nights and after 2 we ran out of toilet paper and nobody came to make up the room during our stay so we had to use tissues...! The guesthouse is just around the corner from a few bars and with the windows closed the noise was not a problem but with the windows open (as now it is getting warmer) it was very disturbing.

Good choice for reasonable price for a short stay

Location was perfect - in the very heart of old town, everything was reachable in walking distance. The communication and guidelines before arrival on how to get to the room were sent in advance and everything was stated clearly there. The bathroom was really nice - it looked freshly renovated and all necessary facilities were there.

There was no staff at the place itself but it was not a big issue since communication on booking was pretty good. There was no carpet or any place to leave shoes once you enter the room, and since we were travelling in winter, it was pretty messy - so it would be perfect to have at least small carpet so water and dirt from shoes does not go on the floor. It was pretty noisy in the room as walls seemed to be very thin, as well as the bed and the floor were making unpleasant cracking noise which was disturbing.

Good value for money

Location - Absolutely central location in the old town. 10-min walk to Viru Keskus, one of the areas where shopping malls concentrate. 5-min walk to the central square. Value for money - It's not among the best accommodations you can find in terms of fanciness, but given the price, I won't complain too much, except for what I write in Dislikes.

WiFi connection - It is almost impossible to stay connected when sitting in bed. Cleanness - The bedding was not as clean as I thought it would be. Bed - The bed is rather soft. The queen room has two single beds joined. However, they didn't even put a double bedsheet but two single sheets. And I was given a single duvet, which was doable but kinda small.

Nice big room for short stay, comfortable, quiet and easy to check in.

Easy to get in (contactless check in ) and codes arrived to phone in time. Room was quite big and shower ok. Fridge not in room but just outside room door.

Room door lock was stuck (hard to get key out of lock, first time took 15 mins). I oiled the lock and worked fine after that. No mattress inside so all dirt got into room. Maybe a mob to clean floor during the stay. No closed or anything to lay clothes (hangers for jackets available).

If you want 2 hours of sleep then this is the place for you

The location cannot be faulted and the rooms are a decent size.

If you judge a hotel based of the value of a good night sleep, then I would avoid Godart Rooms at all costs. The soundproofing within rooms is non-existent. You can hear everything from the corridors, the rooms next door, the rooms above. You will be woken up several times of a night by people slamming doors, talking loudly in corridors and using the communal fridge. The cleaning is not up to a standard you would expect from a hotel. This place really should be classed as a hostel with private rooms. It really is not fit for purpose.

The location was great, right in the middle of the city. The manager was available to answer any questions via text message.

It felt slightly overpriced, with the room being extremely sparsely decorated and being noisy every time someone came into the building.

Disappointing

Goddart Rooms ie nicely in the Old Town of Tallinn. So far everything is good. And room is not small.

For a cheap price I didn't wait that much, but room was a disappointment. No view, next to the entrance. Sound proofing was awful, so I heard everything all the time. Bed was bad. And code for door didn't work properly. I can't understand the good reviews in Tripadvisor.
