Really nice big living room that flows into a dining area and the kitchen. Enough comfortable beds for all of us. Easy, comfortable seating for 6-8 adults in a large living room. Plenty of bathrooms and a large laundry room.. Big back yard but on a relatively busy street so a neighbor walk is not an option. Betsy is very friendly and responsive. She even came over on our check-in day to put up a Christmas tree for us! Family has personal items in some of the drawers. Many toys for small children! They loved them!

Very spacious home and beautifully decorated . Everyone absolutely loved it. Hummingbird Farms just a few minutes away. Our weekend was rainy and very busy so did not get to enjoy the outside fireplace, but it was gorgeous. Thanks to Katie for being prompt and helpful if I had questions.

My family and I was down to watch my daughter ride in the NBHA World Championship and this home was very close to the GA fairgrounds. The home was wonderful and very spacious. Katie and her mother in law were very helpful in all we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this home. Spacious, instructions left throughout the home to help navigate our stay. Absolutely loved the kitchen! We stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend for my daughter’s wedding at Hummingbird Hill Farms. It is extremely spacious, well appointed and accurately described in the listing. The owners were easy to work with, we’re accommodating with our early check in request, and made a busy weekend a little less stressful with such an easy process. The house was close to the wedding venue, a Publix, and other amenities. I highly recommend this for any family needing a place to gather.

Our second year in this property for Christmas and it's perfect!! Easy access and communication. The location is ideal and the house fits all of us very comfortably.

Home only sleeps 12, not 14 as advertised. A member of our family had to find other accommodations. Had Wi-Fi issues one full day but owner took care of the problem. For the price of this rental, providing more bath essentials such as bath soap/gel, shampoo/conditioner and higher quality hand soap along with Kleenex in the bathrooms would have been a nice touch. Sound carries extremely well in this house. Any talking, TV, footsteps, toilet flushes occurring upstairs were heard downstairs. More area rugs would help muffle sound. Grateful we were able to prepare a few side dishes for Thanksgiving with pots/utensils at the house. Enjoyed the nice entertainment area outside. An overall wonderful stay for most of our family.

This home was the perfect place for our family to gather when we all met in Georgia for our son's wedding at Tryphena's Garden. It was spacious, tastefully decorated and relaxing. We even hosted a rehearsal dinner on the back patio. It was a great time for all! M

oh my! This property was perfect for us! Only a mile from my daughter's house that gave the visiting family their own space. The house was spotless and check in and out wassuper easy. Katie was the best communicator and was so accommodating. We had several date changes and she was able to make it all work. We used the outdoor fireplace several times which was fun. Being able to have the grand dog with us was the best. We can't wait for next year!!
