Für 3-4 Tage völlig in Ordnung. Die Aussicht hat für vieles entschädigt.

Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon über Neapel, das Meer und auf den Vesuv waren sehr schön.

Das Frühstück war etwas dünn. Es gab nur eine Sorte Brot jeden Tag. Das war leider auch nicht unbedingt gut, da ziemlich trocken. Es war ein typisches abgepacktes Brot aus dem Supermarkt aus dem unteren Regalen, also nicht besonders lecker. Hervorzuheben ist allerdings, dass das Personal für meine Freundin glutenfreies Brot besorgt haben. Am letzten Morgen war ein Herr für das Frühstück zuständig. Dieser hat einfach die abgepackten, noch verschlossenen Packenungen Wurst und Käse auf das Buffet gelegt hat. Wir mussten alles selber auspacken. Das war allerdings nur an einem Tag so. Die anderen Tage lag die Wurst ausgepackt auf einem Tablett. Außerdem war es relativ laut, da eine kleine Straße vor der Unterkunft ist, bei der es sich den ganzen Tag staut und die Autos sehr sehr oft hupen. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr hellhörig, aber das ist ja in den südlichen Regionen erfahrungsgemäß Standard.

Sauberes Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht, zuvorkommender Kundenservice.

Herrliche Aussicht und beinahe Rundumsicht vom kleinen aber feinen Balkon auf Metropole, Vesuv und Sorrent sowie auf Hafen, Meeresbuch tund Insel Capri; freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Am Einlasstor zum Innenhof nicht mit B&B-Schild angezeigt. Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig.

At first it proved difficult to find and access, but the views from the balcony were very nice.

The views were wonderful.

There was no hot water, so I was glad I had a room with a kitchenette. I was able to heat water in a big kettle and take a hot “sponge bath”. Though there is no staff at the property the lady who set up breakfast contacted the owner and the hot water was available the day we left for Taormina.

The view. Certainly one of the best you can get over Napoli towards mount Vesuvius. Bathroom and breakfast also good enough.

I have nothing to complain.

Far too much effort to access: Not worth the bother for a blocked view from our room!

Good breakfast. Great view from the breakfast room (which was mostly blocked from our room due to scaffolding!) Lovely staff who were kind and well intentioned but spoke no English, which made it challenging to grapple with the complicated prison-like gates and doors of this Fort Knox-style compound where there was inadequate signage to even make it clear which of about 4 tall buildings housed the B&B.

Extremely inconvenient location up a very long and very steep narrow street. The accommodation is on the seventh floor (14 sets of stairs) with a risky-looking lift. It was virtually impossible to explore the local area on foot due to the intense summer heat up such a hill, so we had to rely on numerous expensive taxis which struggled with the tight street. We had to deal with 4 dreadful gates and doors with different keys and shocking locks that were wonky or otherwise try to use door codes that did not work at all for entry to both the whole compound & the particular building. I HAVE NOTED THAT SEVERAL NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THIS PROPERTY HAVE ALSO COMMENTED ON THE STRESS & DIFFICULTY OF THE GATES & 4 KEYS & LACK OF ADEQUATE SIGNAGE OR INFORMATION, in contrast with the proprietor's inaccurate response to my review. When we asked to leave our luggage for storage on the last day it was permitted, but we had to give back the keys, so the risk of not being able to get back into the B&B to collect them due to the non-functioning door codes was too high, therefore our last day in Naples was wasted, as we had to take our luggage with us, making it too hard to go to Capri as planned. I will never stay in a B&B again! Only hotels with a Real reception desk to offer genuine assistance, as the non-English speaking catering and cleaning staff were only at the place in the morning and the owner of the business is not on site at all, so in the evening it is just an apartment with a number of bedrooms let to different guests and no hotel staff at all. Very unsatisfactory!! It is worth paying more for real service!!

Breathtaking views

Although the building looks a bit old from outside, the views from these rooms are breathtaking . The host is really good and always available on WhatsApp if we have any questions. The rooms are cleaned every day. Would definitely like to stay here again

The directions to reach this place could have been clearer. Having said that, once we called them, they guided us well.

Superb

Breakfast was very good and our host was nice and friendly. Nice room and bathroom.

We couldn´t use the balcony and couldn´t see the view from the window, because there was a renovation in the building. No one told us about the reno beforehand.

Wonderful view backed up by well presented property.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, in a bright sunny room with fabulous views. Late check-in was facilitated for us and thank goodness for the lift as the B&B is on the 7th floor.

Finding the building late at night and getting into the building was stressful. But when followed the instructions worked!

great location on via vittorio emanuele, city center at walking distance, very close to bus and funicolare. amazing view from the common area and the room! very kind and helpful staff. I would come back to this b&b next time I come to Napoli

Everything was great! Bed was really comfortable! View from the balcony is breathtaking! Breakfast was very diverse and delicious and the lady serving breakfast was very cheerful and friendly! We would for sure come back again 😊

Exceptional

The accommodation was nice, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. We were satisfied with everything, the breakfast was also plentiful.

Getting into the house was difficult, but the receptionist was helpful and kind.

BnB with great view and good location

The view was phenomenal, the room was clean and the balcony was lovely. Riding the elevator was also fun (it's quite old). Be aware that the BnB is on a hill, but if you don't feel like walking there is a funicular station right next to it.

The walls are sadly very thin. But otherwise it was very nice.

Exceptional

First of all, I absolutely loved the view from our room. We've got 2 balconies with distinct views. I really appreciated the instructions given by the landlord regarding the placement of the building and how to get to the apartment. I felt like I was in an investigation game and finding clues hahah. Very useful and precise instructions. Everything was clean, new and nice ( furniture in a minimalist style, really pretty). The property is placed at walking distance from the most important places.

I think we are used to a breakfast with more variety but the food was overall good

wait? is this over rated? IT IS NOT! is was perfect. the views. the breakfast. the location. the service. the info. everything. the best place I’ve stayed in.

Parking not possible. forget about it. but not need to. location is great.

Breath taking views, wonderful location, relaxing.

The view from the B&B is incredible and cannot be put into words. The staff are super friendly and helpful, Aless is a wonderful host and couldn't have been more helpful.

Great stay for a short trip

The room was big and had a kitchen in it which was great but we didn't have the time to use it. The room is in an old building with a super old elevator which was fun actually. The breakfast was pretty average with no savoury options.

The breakfast could have more savoury options.
