A poor experince at what could be a great property. Slow Villa's customer service is poor

On the positive side, the villa is pretty and in a nice quiet location in the village. The owner Mariel is very nice. Frankly, he is badly let down by Slow Villas who manage the property on his behalf.

Going to collect the keys from an office in Palma and having to return them there was inconvenient. You can’t check in to the Villa until 4pm and then they close the office at 5pm.. We had issues when we first arrived with wasps in the pool. It was clear that the pool had not been cleaned for some considerable time as there were hundreds of dead wasps in the bottom and they were landing by the hundreds. It turns out there was a wasp nest next door which could have been spotted before our arrival. The neighbour had to have fire for the whole morning the next day. So we were a day without the pool. And, for the following days we had to clean the pool of wasps before we got in each time. We had no internet access until the next day as we were not given the password and no bin instructions. There were many small issues with the villa, I have listed some below: • Cracked glass and missing glass in the cupboard in the kitchen • No sink plug for the kitchen • In the upstairs bedroom the sink plug would not come up so not usable and the shower did not hang on the wall properly as it was loose • The lack of air-conditioning was an issue as it was only in the two bedrooms • The front door key did not work so the only access was via the garage • Many tiles were loose in the kitchen and lounge area • The skirting board in the kitchen was loose • The barbeque was dirty on arrival • Some of the outside lights did not work and the one on the wall by the pool flickered and made a clicking sound so were not safe to have on According to Slow Villas I should have made them aware of these issues. How about they should have checked these things before we arrived! All of these were existing issues. You have to put the bins out daily, but the instructions were not on the fridge. When we left we put our final bins out only to be accused by Slow Villas of leaving two big bags of rubbish in the garage which weren’t even ours!

A super villa for a family for a relaxing holiday with a real authentic taste of Mallorcan life

The villa and pool and the outside terrace are all fantastic spaces to spend time in or on. You also have a great view over the valley between Selva and Inca looking out over the Mallorcan countryside. The garage is very handy to park the car and close the door and straight up into the villa kitchen. The location to the village square is so good ( Only Maybe 200 metres) where you have your bakery, your choice of Restaurants and also the little pub hidden in one of the streets of the square.

Washing machine needs some work Getting the keys firstly and the handover needs to be done at the Villa .
