We regretted staying only 2 nights.

One of the loveliest places EVER! A little quiet oasis. Room’s spacious and spotless. Staff friendly.

Parking is a challenge on narrow streets. Day #2 so much easier/ Once you find hotel and get lay of land.

Friendly staff, beautiful views, secluded quiet room, comfortable bed. Was able to totally switch off.

Not a huge amount going on in Selva, but great if you want to switch off and escape. Will need a car if you want to explore locally and rest of island.

A little lovely place, in a relaxing small town

Photos of places are usually better than they really are, but it was the opposite in this case. The town is on a hill, and the hotel is close to the top of the hill, which creates an amazing view. The staff are also very nice.

You can hear everything through that wall. for breakfast they just offer pork salamis, why not chicken?

Pleasant room with comfy bed, great facilities, super good breakfast with eggs and pancakes cooked on demand, great atmosphere and friendly staff! We had the most pleasant stay

beautiful property and a lovely big room. really enjoyed the peaceful breakfast in the mornings and the pool was great as the property is quite secluded - 1-1.5 hours drive to the beaches/coves. Tony was super helpful and the property had a lovely and welcoming feel to it. we really enjoyed our stay. Tip - we would definitely recommend hiring a car to get around and explore.

Quiet retreat with a homely feel

Spotlessly clean. Staff were very attentive & helpful. Honesty bar was a nice addition.

If you want to access beaches/ other towns - a car is almost essential .

Perfect place to spend relaxing day near the pool. Real rest.

We spent amazing time near the pool, it was relaxing day with the beautiful views. Estate is small but very nice and artistic. Cool atmosphere. Breakfast is great.

No shops in the town, only 3 restaurants and very hard to get a table without reservation. No restaurant in the hotel, only drinks provided during the day.

I would highly recommend Can Cota. Value for money was great, room a lot bigger than I thought, comfy beds, good breakfast and amazing view. Our stay was very relaxing and the staff were very helpful in answering any questions prior to our arrival as well as being helpful while there. A range of restaurants and food places in Selva as well as a close by supermarket. We will definitely be coming back, and have already recommend to some friends who have already booked! Thank you Can Cota team :)

Loved it!

Beautiful place, had a great room with balcony and nice view. It's quiet, breakfast is nice, liked the pool and the garden. They have an honor system bar and free water. Toni is super nice and very helpful. Selva is a nice little village well located to reach other places on the island. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

just an amazing place to be. great atmosphere and pool, the nicest people working there, beautiful views, good breakfast, we will be back! Selva is a nice village but to see the rest of Mallorca you definitely need a car. thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Exceptional hospitality

Our stay at Con Cota was just perfect. We spent 4 nights there before our wedding in the North of the Island, and found it the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The hospitality was exceptional -the team were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much - some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. The hotel is beautiful and the pool and grounds were stunning.

Best stay ever!

Amazing stay, will definitely come back. The most relaxing and tranquil place we have ever been. Place design with great taste, that creates a perfect atmosphere of wellness and relaxation. Rooms are beautiful as well as common spaces. For your disposal is a gym room, sauna, pool with hydromassage as well as an amazing garden with sun beds and a pool with an extraordinary view. Place is extremely quiet, you only hear the water fountain and birds. Breakfast was 10/10. Fresh fruits, vegs, eggs done on order and even guacamole. The best part for us was the fully equipped sell service bar that had amazing wine, beer, and all you needed to serve yourself chilled drink. You just need to put your room number on a list. You have everything you need, so you simply don't want to leave the place. The staff was one of the most welcoming, helpful and kind we ever experienced in the hospitality business. We will definitely come back.

Amazing hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast with quite a lot of options. Big garage to stall your bike if you like to go cycling. Selva is a nice small village with a few restaurant options aswell.

A Dreamy Authentic Stay

Can Cota is a stunning property, really beautiful gardens and gorgeous views. The girl at reception/breakfast was lovely and was very helpful offering to make reservations for us in recommended restaurants etc. I loved the location- it is in a beautiful village and let us enjoy an authentic Spanish setting without mass tourism.

Because it is set on a hill be warned there are steps. Didn’t bother us but may be an issue for some.

Nice small hotel in the very center of selva. friendly staff. Good rooms, even the basic ones. big garage well adapted to store bikes.
