Situated in Cedar Key, this attractive condo for $343 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Sea Spray Vacation Rental is a two bedroom one and a half bath townhouse located on First Street. The entire village with all its restaurants, stores, shops and attractions is within easy reach of Sea Spray. Across the marina bridge (Dock Street) are several waterfront restaurants with weekend live music. Just down First Street is the City Park and beach with kayak and golf cart rentals and playground with basketball court. In the same block as Sea Spray Vacation Rental are several attractions including the Coffee Shop called 1842, Bonish Studio and Bar, Cedar Key Pizza and Subs and more. Sea Spray is nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The sofa and recliner in living is very inviting. The Kitchen is small but adequate and well stocked. There is a separate dining area and a snack bar as well. A half Bath is here on this first level for convenience. Up stairs are the two bedrooms with queen size beds and the full bath with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking First Street. We have cable tv, wi-fi, washer dryer. There are two parking spaces reserved for your convenience. Sea Spray Vacation Rental is one of Cedar Keys best vacation rental values. First time to Cedar Key? Take a look at Sea Spray Vacation Rental. -Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying -Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways -Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic -Parties and/or events are not allowed -No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke -Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal -$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit -Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom -Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance -Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout. -Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more. -Please don’t rearrange the furniture. -Please do your dishes. -No illegal substances allowed on premises. - Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military. - ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies. - Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°. - If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.

Always love to stay a few days in Cedar Key near the end of our vacation in Florida. The location of our rental was perfect, right on 1st Street which is centrally located to the historic downtown district and the local shops and restaurants. Our accommodations were more than adequate at a very affordable price. Looking forward to staying again next year, unless I’m able to sneak back down for a short stay in November.

It is the perfect size for a couple of nights. Although older, it is very clean, a good location for walking to the boardwalk dockside and town shops. If you don't do stairs, you may want to reconsider this unit, otherwise, cold air, TV, coffee maker that works,if you get cold easily, you may want to bring a heavier blanket.

We enjoyed our stay in Sea Spray townhome.. the floorplan was efficient and met our needs. We walked to shops, bars, restaurants, the beach, the docks. We enjoyed watching the sunset at the end of the street and the people fishing at dusk. We hope to return to the area in the future.

Although not much from the outside the inside is clean and surprisingly spacious, especially the upstairs bedrooms. This would not be a good rental for anyone who cannot climb stairs. The biggest advantage is that you are in the middle of all the best eating and shopping in Cedar Key with 2 parking places. Once checked-in you can walk everywhere. Picking-up the keys at the office is no problem at all.

The key pick-up was easy even though it was after hours, management was kind enough to leave it at the property. The place was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and barely used our vehicle while there. You must go see Hannah at the Prickly Palm in the morning for coffee and an acai bowl, literally a one minute walk away! Downtown is just on the next block, and the marina is across the street. I watched fireworks from the balcony on NYE!

Property was clean, but somewhat dated. Everything worked as advertised and was very close and convenient to Dock Street. There was room for family dinners, with family members staying at other properties. We appreciated the two parking spaces, and the washer and dryer. The ONLY downside was the tv reception, as we are not as familiar with all the possibilities between cable, satellite, and apps so we couldn’t find local news…..probably our issue, but might be nice to have some written instructions for us “ old folks”. Had a wonderful visit at a reasonable rate!

It was a perfect location. Everything was within walking distance including numerous restaurants, the park, the beach, and the market. The home was clean, and the bedrooms had plenty of space. Checking in and out was a breeze.
