We stayed here with 6 adults and 1 preschooler. It was exactly what we needed - short walk to the beach amazing pool and hot tub and great location to walk for shops/restaurants/mini golf/arcade/ice cream. Loved the porches!
The house is well equipped and very clean! It really was a perfect and memorable family vacation. Thank you Liz!
The only fix - We didn’t know we needed to bring our own sheets and towels. This is no problem but wish we knew ahead of time.

Spacious. Clean. Great location. Short walk to beach. Fun pool. Porch swing for early morning coffee and late night laughter. Found the beds a little hard but other reviews thought they were comfortable - every body likes different things. Rented in August but would love to go in July next year however it looks like there already is no July availability. You won’t be disappointed with this rental!!

Fabulous rental!
This is a perfect property to rent. It is close to the beach. Plus, within walking distance to many great activities.
The house is very spacious. We had 7 adults and 3 children with ages ranging toddler to teenager. There was always something for them to do. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

We loved this great beach house for our family reunion! It is in a wonderful location to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! The pool and hot tub are awesome! The house is so clean and we never saw a bug or spider! The house layout was wonderful for our adult children with our grandkids. We loved all the extra swings, sofas, chairs on the porches and around the pool. Liz was so friendly and helpful with all of our correspondence. We highly recommend this house!

If you are looking for a place to have a family reunion or special family event, look no further.....Thank you to Liz for a great vacation and for sharing your home with us. Beautiful home, great neighborhood, close to the beach
We had a great time on vacation. The house was perfect for our family and had the perfect location. It had a very warm feeling. Pool and hot tub were great amenities to have.

Great time.
Even though there was no sun for the four days we were there at the beach we had a great time at the house. Got to use the hot tub a few times, but just being at this well planned out house with our family was a treat. Great gathering place with a nice size kitchen and upper deck with a grill. Hope to return next year.

Great vacation home
My family and I had a great time in this lovely home. So bright and welcoming as soon as you open the door. Big plus being so close to the beach and the bonus of having a pool when you get back! We would love to make this a yearly vacation!

Wonderful house and great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in the house! The house is even better than it appears online. The sitting room was much bigger than we expected. The bathrooms have plenty of counterspace which was nice. The owners had already stocked up on plenty of items that we needed, so that was convenient for us. It is a short walk to the beach, and the views from the front decks are great. The back pool area is beautiful… very private. The pool and the spa were amazing, and they are especially pretty at night with the lights turned on. There also some nice shops within walking distance, such as Pelican polar ice and a cute coffee place. A few blocks down are other stores and several places to miniature golf. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Look no further...
My family's first trip to LBI was a complete success & this lovely home had a lot to do with it! The owners have thought of everything & are wonderful to work with. We found the property spotless upon our arrival and the location more than ideal. We walked everywhere (shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc). The kids would swim in the pool all morning, then head to the beach for a dip in the clear ocean water, then shower off the sand in the outdoor shower, then back into the pool again! PERFECT VACATION SCENARIO!!!! We also could view all of the 4th of July fireworks by sitting right outside on the front porch. I would book this place again in a heartbeat <3

We had 4 adults and 4 kids 7-10. The house was very nice and the owner was great. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition to the beach place. The beach was a quick walk and restaurants, arcade and mini golf were nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

This home is fantastic! Absolutely lovely, great location, well equipped, the pool is a special bonus, it's a large & comfortable house, very nice owners, location is close to beach and to some stores (especially How You Brewin?!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home in LBI. Worth every penny! Rent this home... you won't be disappointed!

Multi-Family Vacation
Every year for the past nine years, my family has rented a shore house in LBI that is different from the one before. While we have been happy with virtually every other house, we have always found something about a house that did not make us want to return. Not this house! It was clean, has more than enough space for my family of 5 (3 kids), my in-laws (family of 5 with 3 kids, mother-in-law, father-in-law), has a great location, has two great decks (one for when it is sunny and one for when it rains), great outdoor shower, and an immaculate and pretty pool and hot tub. We loved it! We also found the owners to be very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions during our stay.

Close to ocean
As luck would have it, LBI was anticipating the arrival of storm Hermine during our stay. In preparation, the owners had stowed their outdoor furniture. To protect their large glass patio table, they turned it over on its face. We were directed to replace the furniture back to its original place. Upon turning the table over, specifically placing the umbrella in the table, the table shattered. The owner was contacted immediately and it was later insinuated that we would be fully responsible for it. We did state that we felt that this was not fully our liability, as the table was stored on its face (which may have weakened the table). The owner responded that we would try to find a resolution that was agreeable to both parties. As it turns out, the owner felt it was appropriate to charge us the full amount to replace the table, regardless of our thoughts of the situation. The circumstance was rather unusual and did not arise from abuse or neglect of the property. With that, we were disappointed with the way that this was handled.
As for the actual property, the location was nice; it was just a few houses in from the beach. The home was well stocked, especially the kitchen. It seemed that there was large presence of ants in the kitchen (hopefully, this is something that will be remedied by a professional exterminator). We had a couple issues with the pool, but they were easily taken care of by the pool service that maintains the pool. Altogether, this is a beautiful home, but I would not rent this home without seriously considering renter's insurance, to avoid being liable for any property damage.

Wonderful Family Time
We had a fabulous time during our recent stay at the amazing home! We had a mix of ages with us and the layout of the house was perfect. We stayed on the lower level with the kids (who looooved the bunk beds) while our parents were able to get some quiet space in the master on the main floor. Upon arriving we found the house to be immaculate. It was so welled stocked-literally they thought of everything. By far the most well equipped beach house in LBI we have stayed at. The views of both the ocean and bay were amazing as was the proximity to the beach which is a total plus with 4 small children and loads of beach gear! We were so grateful for the pool and hottub too...nice to have the option of both the beach or pool. The location on LBI was so convenient for us. There are plenty of places for ice cream, coffee, mini golf etc within just a block or two. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The owners were so pleasant and easy to correspond with. This house is a total gem and we had an amazing trip.

Perfect Beach House for a family reunion!
We had a wonderful family reunion in LBI staying at this lovely home. Our family with 2 young children from California met up with my brothers and their 2 small children from the DC area for an extended Memorial weekend getaway on the Jersey Shore.
We were so impressed with this house; it was perfect for our stay. We love that it was so up-to-date, clean and well -stocked. Everyday we went to the beach and used the heated pool and hot tub. The kids had a blast!
The owner was very attentive and emailed us back promptly with any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here; we would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!
