About this house rental
Situated in Kissimmee, this charming house for $231 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to the perfect place to stay for your next Florida or Disney vacations. Our property features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kids room as 2 twin beds and a beautifull mickey mural that will put your kids in the disney magic from the time they walk in ! The second bedroom as a Queen size bed, a 32 inch TV. This bedroom is located on the second floor as well as our Mickey Mouse bathroom, which is modernly decorated and suits adults and childrens taste. All Mattresses as been replaced in the last year and are very comfy ! On the first floor, there is our living room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed) and a 46 inch plasma TV with DVD and HD cable. We also offer long distance call nationwide (USA and Canada) for free. The kitchen table can easily sit 7 persons and fits in our modern decor. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need in order to be able to feed all your guests. It is also decorated with a nice backsplash and pendant light. There is as well a dishwasher in order to make you stay easier. There is a washing machine and a dryer in our unit. We also provide a free High chair, Playard (crib), a toddler foldable bed, an umbrella stroller and safety barrier for them to have a comfortable stay and for you to travel light. We also have a cooler, swim aid, a baby flotable seat for the pool and a few toys to make your stay more enjoyable ! The community is rated 5* and is one of the best around Disney. It does offer security 24/7. A huge heated pool with lounge chairs. A splash park (New in 2014 !!), paddle boats, Pool tables, gym, basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball court. a nice playard for the kids ... It is paradise !!! The unit has been freshly paint in 2022 and all new furniture has been put in place in 2022 along with 2022 appliances !

Quick and easy access to all the parks. Took a day off and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table at the clubhouse.

The neighborhood is so cute, the white picket fence was adorable, everything you need was inside and easy access to Disney world, shopping and more. Also, the security and the gated community is a plus.
We did not like the soap/shampoo choice for the bathrooms. Please Provide K-Cups, it goes a long way for hospitality. Note: Not all outlets work, downstairs master bedroom tv too complicated to access with 3 remotes and no instructions, and the upstairs queen size mattress pad was lint laden, pillows were stained. May be better to ask guests to leave bedding alone and let cleaning crew handle. That way the not so good stays hidden when stripping the beds.

My family and I had a really good time staying here. Some pros about the stay were the location was ideal. There was a good amount to do around the complex and plenty to do for the kids. The home had plenty of space and the kids loved the Disney room.
Cons about this place was that there was a lot of things broken in the home. Such as the downstairs closet was broken and off the hinge, the downstairs floors were separated, the towel rack was broken on the lower level bathroom, the kitchen drawer was broken and fell off. The dryer was full of lint and was not cleaned out prior to us arriving. I mentioned all these items first day there and nothing was done while we stayed there. Also there was only two rolls of toilet paper and I know it’s not much but having these items would of helped our experience.
Overall the resort is great and location but I highly recommend the seller fix these items as it would make a better experience for the guests.

The property is immaculate. The pool, playground and splash pad are amazing. The unit was clean and very homey. My only suggestion would be a larger capacity washer and dryer. Having 5 people and only being able to wash 2 towels at a time is not most efficient. There were pots, pans, dishes, plenty of dish clothes to be used. We had no issues, great property, great owner, great amenities. There is a Sam's Club, Wendy's, Waffle House, and Applebee's practically within walking distance. Wpuld definitely stay again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. A comfortable and classy Disney decorated villa that served as a great home base for our adventures to Disney Springs and Cape Canaveral before going on a Disney cruise. Even more delightful than I’d hoped.

We just finished a week in this property and would rent it again in a heartbeat. Our little family of 5 had plenty of space to relax after hanging out at Disney World during the day. Everything was clean and organized, and not having to bring all of the baby stuff for our infant was super convenient. Our only two minor issues were addressed immediately, and we found Sabrina to be incredibly accommodating when we made a request as well.

The positives are that the property has a manned gate, and the owners are very responsive.
The negatives make it undesirable for future visits to Orlando:
- Intense cigarette smoke smell upon entering. Owners said was probably coming from another apt unit?
-The upstairs took 12 hours to cool to a comfortable temperature since the A/C had been off at arrival.
-No starter paper towels or clean kitchen towels to dry hands after washing. In fact, very little in the “starter pack” category. Two rolls of toilet paper (one for each restroom), a dirty dish sponge, a little dish soap and a few dishwasher pods, a trash bag, salt/pepper, bar soap in restrooms for hand washing. That’s all folks.
-Found a used GoGurt wrapper between one of the kids mattresses and frame. No faith that the sheets were washed.
-Unclean/grimy washing machine (that also holds very little, so keep that in mind). Also makes me wonder how they could even wash the comforters in that tiny machine.
-Smoke alarm needed batteries (no batteries anywhere and no correction to the issue by owners after bringing to their attention).
-Could not find enough clean towels. Turns out they were in the dryer.
The towels we did find smelled of mildew, and looked grimy.
-While the owners were very responsive, and I’m sure did everything they could to find new cleaners to address our lack of faith that the apartment had been sanitized, not just organized, the night of our arrival, the cleaning crew they were able to contract didn’t get there until the next morning. This was of course after we had to go buy clean sheets/pillows/towels the night before. Expenses we weren’t expecting, and no offer on behalf of the owners to reimburse those expenses or the cleaning fee.
A very disappointing, rough, stressful, hot, expensive, and stinky start to our stay.

Splash pad and pool was great for the kid's. No problem checking in. Had a wonderful stay with the cousins. Definitely recommend this place for kids. Little far from parks but what the hell,it's another 27 dollars for parking but your in disney world. Definitely would stay here again

Nice for a short stay
Condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Tv service (cable/satellite) did not work in any of the rooms with televisions. The area itself wasn’t ideal for my family. Selection of nearby restaurants is limited.

Property was quaint, it is well kept. Not a waste of money to stay. However, a few downsides, not major but would affect rather or not I’d rent again, there is only one AC unit to cool the entire house so the upstairs is hotter than downstairs. Luckily, we were only staying during the night. Additionally, the master bathroom’s tub is tall; I’m 5’4 and my husband is 6’7 but neither of us enjoyed having to climb inside because of knee issues. The tub is slippery and could use something inside to help ensure no one falls while staying because it seems that the drain in strangely placed and cause the tub to feel like there’s a slump. The sink in the master gets clogged so we brushed our teeth by utilizing the shower, minor fix I’m sure can be taken care of with DrainO.
Other than that the property manager was responsible and we had no issues gaining access to the property; it is a very secure neighborhood. The house is walking distance to the pool (open until 11pm) and bar (until 9pm) which was nice because we didn’t get in until late; didn’t have to travel for a nightcap can’t complain about that.
