Beautifully furnished with a comfortable queen size bed in the Master Bedroom, cozy twin beds in the Guest Bedroom and a comfy queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The newly updated Master Bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. The condo hosts an open floor plan allowing for an airy and light feeling throughout. The Dining Room comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The modern and updated kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your use. The Living Room is very comfortable and beckons you to sit back and relax. There are new flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and in the Living Room. The delightful patio is accessed from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. It affords a great view of South Carolina's beautiful Palmetto Trees and lovely Live Oaks. A quiet and serene place to have breakfast or a lovely late night dinner. The North Shore Pool is just a walk away from your door; no need to get on the elevator or climb steps to access this great pool. The Ocean Side Sea Crest Pool is also available for your use and just a short walk from your condo. North Shore Place offers a secure, gated underground garage for your use. If you desire, you never need to use your car again, since there are a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping just minutes away. Hilton Head's spectacular beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are numerous walking and bike trails just outside your door. All that's missing is you!! Comfortable and beautiful are two adjectives to describe this property. We have been staying at NSP since it opened in 2001 and love the location. This unit is well-kept and hope to stay there again.

We had a glorious week on HHI at our beloved Forest Beach/Coligny triangle. This condo is very sweet, clean, well appointed, quiet with comfortable beds. We loved the short stroll to the beach, ocean pool and Pool Bar Jim’s!!! Added bonus was the “right outside the door” access to the NSP pool. Such a bonus!! Many thanks for the loan of the beach chairs and cart! It saved a lot of room in our van. Would love to rent again. Many thanks!!!

We had the best week and the unit was beautiful and so very clean. It had everything that we needed and more. There were absolutely no issues, and the location was perfect! Walking distance to everything including the grocery store and beach! We would absolutely stay here again!

North Shore Place is one of our favorite complexes to stay in. It’s convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. The villa was well appointed and very clean. The kitchen was adequate but would love to have seen a crock pot and griddle for cooking. The outside closet with the beach supplies was extremely convenient. It was also nice to have beach towels already there. The only issue we had was that the elevator was broken for an entire day while we were there. It was fine because we were all able to walk up 4 flights of stairs but we had considerable bringing my mother who uses a walker and she would’ve been stranded for a day. Otherwise great trip!!

This is our second year at this condo complex! We love it! We love staying on the 4th floor with easy access to the pool. The condo was very clean and about a 2 minute walk from the beach! We also had access to sea crest pool and pool bar Jim’s.

The condo is wonderfully appointed with all one could ask for from kitchen appliances and utensils to beach chairs, games and umbrellas. I surely will keep this rental at the top of my list for future trips!

North Shore has been my favorite place to stay for several years. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The 2 bedroom units are the perfect size. This unit was very clean and well equipped. The owners communication was timely and helpful.

The condo was very clean and updated and spacious. The convenience to the rooftop pool was a big plus. We loved swimming there and going in the hot tub. The beach and shops are so close too. I will definitely stay here again. I can’t even think of one negative!

What a beautiful vacation! The proximity of the condo to the pool is perfect - made it so easy with young kids. We were close to everything - easy walk to coligny plaza, the beach and the splash pad! Condo is perfect amount of space for a family of four. We had a wonderful time!
