Our stay at the Hidden Gem was perfect! My husband and I stayed there with our dog Riley. The location was so nice next to the creek. We loved all the birds around the cabin and watched some taking baths in the creek. We used the grill that was provided and the wonderful hot tub. This cottage was so conveniently located just 7 minutes from my parent's townhouse. We will definitely stay here again.

The back deck and creek were great! Nearby mountains for hiking and sightseeing.
The house is in a strange location amongst other homes and not at all secluded. That being said, I never felt intruded upon. The smell of the water was pretty awful though.
Overall a good value and enjoyable.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The cover on the hot tub had a strong smell of mold, so we did not use it.

Beautiful and quiet, just what we needed after planning a wedding. The fireplace was cozy and the stream was relaxing. The bed was comfortable too.

Glad we chose the North Carolina side of the National Park. The cabin is well equipped and the host is very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay in the Pisgah National Forest area.

Other than the hot tub being refilled when we got there and not being able to be used until our 2nd day, the stay was perfect.

Our first experience with VRBO and it couldn't have been better. Comfortable bed, great fireplace, hot tub and decor.

Just as advertised. The setting is magical and the home just as it looks in the pictures. The sound from babbling brook made sleep so enjoyable

Perfect property for my husband and I to trailer our motorcycles for a wonderful time cruising through the Blue Ridge parkway and surrounding areas. After a day of touring the bistro table next to the stream created the most relaxing escape.

We have stayed in other properties in Candler and this is one of our favorites. The stream out back was by far my favorite. Everything we needed was provided with clear instructions for everything in the house. We will most definitely stay again!

It was beautiful and amazing.

As advertised. Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, an evening storm took out the power the night before leaving. Hadn't considered that it would also render the water supply and property phone inactive. With no cell sevice kind of isolated. Power returned soon though. Also, our suggestion change the key lockbox. Very difficult to open. Otherwise a great time.

The property was everything advertised. It was a perfect place to sit back and relax, but still have easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. We will definitely plan on returning.

We wanted a quiet place with the sound of running water and we got it. Brought our two dogs and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend and will be back.

Everything was fantastic. Especially loved the oversized covered porch, and the running water in the stream bed right next to the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Creekhouse. The cabin was lovely. The decor perfect for a mountain retreat and so well maintained! Having the creek so close to the porch and deck was so relaxing, and we enjoyed the hot tub too. We brought our dog on vacation, and she had fun with all the smells and walks around the spacious property. We can't say enough positive things about this listing.

Wonderful place exactly as described online. Perfect get away with so much to do in the surrounding area but it can be hard to leave the peaceful setting and calming creek sounds of the cabin. Hot tub was clean and inviting, again right on the creek so you can enjoy natures music!

The property was beyond gorgeous from the Cabin to the back yard oasis. This was my first solo trip and I couldn’t have been happier. It the property managers were super accommodating considering I originally booked the wrong date and then decided to stay an extra night. Super pet friendly, my pups had a great time and the cabin supplied anything I needed to accommodate them. I’ve shared with all my girlfriends the how wonderful everything was. I will be back again with my pups within the next 6 months. Thank y’all so much 🖤

I had such an amazing time at this VRBO w/. My boyfriend and I had been wanting to go hike the Blueridge parkway and this is in such an amazing location to have close access to many different hiking ventures. We brought our dog as well who loved having the freedom to run around int he back and play with all the sticks, and having a hot tub to hangout in at the end of a long hike was the best thing ever. The place it's self was very VERY clean and you definitely have plenty of privacy hanging out in the back. Tammy is also a very understanding and sweet landlord. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a little hiking get away!

Cabin has everything you need. Sitting outside on the rocking chairs or one of the swings listening to the creek flow by is very nice and relaxing. The hot tub is wonderful after a day of hiking to different waterfalls. The kitchen is nice and supplied with everything you may need. Bed is comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

This was hands down the best place to decompress. Far away enough to get away from it all but close enough to downtown to have a great time. We will definitely be coming back.

From the moment we checked in, we had everything we needed and more. Well maintained amenities made for a great getaway near the mountains while still being close enough to Asheville too. From the comfortable bed to the awesome deck and hot tub, it was a pampered week for sure.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Christmas House. We call it that because we seem to visit in December and it’s decorated so pretty for Christmas. We love this home so much! Tammy and her team are amazing and make you feel like home here! Every detail is well thought out and it’s SO clean!! The location is so close to downtown Asheville yet you are far enough away to be super close to mountains and the views. We hiked off the Blueridge Parkway this time and that was only 10 min or so from the house. It’s just perfect!! We will be back but in the meantime take good care of the Christmas House for us. Lena, Felicia and Wrigley
