Located in Rocky Point, this lovely house for $583 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Come Relax in our brand new property in the exclusive neighborhood of Costa Diamante. Located right on Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach one of the most attractive beaches in Rocky Point. You can enjoy off road activities or water sports within a short distance walk. We want our visitors to feel at home and we offer all the comforts of a modern home. The house is a two story home. On the top floor, you will have a fully loaded kitchen with open space view into the dining and living room where everyone can gather around and enjoy great meals. Also, on the top floor, you will have plenty of space in our two balconies. Each balcony has a great view to the beach where you can sit with your wine and enjoy the sunsets. On the bottom floor you will find tranquility if you feel like taking a nap after a day of fun. A relaxing waterfall is located down stairs to help your mind immerse into a relaxation. Next to the house is a pool in case you feel like not walking to the beach. The pool is conveniently located so that you can watch the kiddos from the property as they enjoy the outdoors. The property is also located 5-10 minutes from popular bars and restaurants. All within the luxurious part of Sandy Beach. Come and stay, you will not regret it. The house can accommodate 14 people. NOTES: *The Costa Diamante community provides 12 bracelets at check-in that are included with your reservation . Any extra bracelets, they charge $50 per person per stay. This charge is not something that we control or that we receive. * You must be 25 or older to reserve * No Loud music after 10pm * Our cleaning crew follows COVID 19 cleaning guidelines! * we do not offer Cable TV. Only Internet Service. We do have TVs but they are not connected to cable.

We stayed in this place over the fall break, 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall great experience, great location, right next to basketball court and pool/spa area and about 3 minute walk to the beach. Laura, the property manager, was amazing and helped us with any issues that we had in timely manner. I'd like to point out a few things.. if you're like myself and take your own cookware anytime you travel, make sure to take pots and pans that work with induction oven because that is what they have in this house. Gas grill does not work, but they do have a charcoal grill with charcoal provided, it was not as convenient, but it worked just fine. Beds are very comfortable, but all queens, I think it would be better if owners would put in king size beds instead.
Other than these minor things, we had a great time and would definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

It is our 2nd time at this property and we enjoyed a relaxing few days with friends and family. However could not sleep very well and had to move the bed in the master because the AC was blowing directly on our faces. Also AC is loud. Otherwise was a pleasant experience.

At the first moment I felt like a paparazzi taking pictures of the details of what was damaged , after reading the contract because I would be charged for any damage the occupants did to the property.
It’s a old fridge , so you need to buy ice, well equipped kitchen , but you need to bring your own wine bottle opener
The room at second floor has a nasty mattress in the closet
We where happy with puerto Peñasco , it’s a nice town , the community very clean and people around friendly
Sofá bed in second floor didn’t work , and dining room chairs stained, and also one of the chairs in balcony was broken, the house need a little of maintenance, for example stained pillows, low quality of towels. For a beach house it doesn’t offer much , it’s better to bring your chairs, the beach cart to carry things didn’t work , so better bring yours

Had a wonderful time. I loved how everyone had their own room and bathroom. We had 10 people in the house and never felt cramped! The house was beautiful! Perfect location next to pool and a literal 5 min walk to beach! Also whenever we had a problem or a question it was resolved or answered right away! Hoping to rebook next year.

This house is beautiful. It has all the things you need to have a great vacation. The rooms are spacious and bright, each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics. The location is perfect! right next to the basketball court and pool, and only a few steps from the beach. Instructions on how to get there were clear, check-in was easy and fast. We'll definitely come back and will highly recommend this property.

Fourth of July Vacation
This house is in a wonderful location. Community pool was nice and beach is 2min walk away. Neighborhood was beautiful and feels safe and secure. Only negative we would have are minor ones but thought to mention for owner to be aware... Ran out of trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels by day 3. We bought more rather than reaching out for quicker turnaround. The curtains let alot of light in so hard to sleep once suns up, outside shower broken, and handrail for stairs loose which is a little nerve wrecking with little kids in home. Despite all that we would totally come back as the house otherwise was great! Thank you

Beautiful modern home in excellent location. Fully equipped kitchen, multiple balconies and gathering areas. Views of the ocean and also the community pool. Outdoor shower to clean off sand. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely return!

Beautiful and very clean home! My family and I loved it and will definitely stay here again.
The home was amazing! Very clean and Perfect location. The pool was very close to the house where I was able to sit in the balcony and watch my kids and grandkids swimming from there. The walk to the beach was very short. We had no issues at all. If we had any questions Robert would answer my messages right away. I traveled with my kids and grandkids and felt very safe. I am looking forward to staying here again.

First trip to Rocky Point!
The property and home were just as listed and met all our needs and more! 8 adults and 6 kids had plenty of room and it was nice each family had their own room and bathroom. Basically had the whole beach to ourself which was a great. Resorts to the east and west beach access were all crowded so it was nice not having to deal with all that. Fridge took a little long to cool off but besides that no complaints! Hosts was very accommodating and responsive, we will definitely be back!

Great location
We were just a short walk from the beach. The hot tub was close and clean. The house was clean. We found a lot of dirty dishes in the cupboards and the shower temperature was very irregular. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay!

The house was very clean and pretty. Had some issues with very heavy sliding glass door that was hard to open and close and kept coming off the track. The acoustics in the house made it hard for the people downstairs to sleep. Other than that it was a nice stay

Water did not work and had to call someone out to get it working again disappointed that someone did not check on that before our arrival. Very cold and Not homey feel to the place. The grill was rusty and scary looking so did not use. The garbage cans in bathroom were rusty. We never were able to use the television. Hot water made it through 1 person! Family Vacation
Our family absolutely loved staying at the Costa Diamonte property. The house had plenty of room for the whole family. Roberto was extremely helpful and always responded to any of my questions promptly. We can’t wait for our next visit.
