Great location, comfy bed but weird smell in apartment.

Good location to Byron city centre, 5 minute walk and with gated underground parking. They had available kitchen utensils, pots and pans and plates and glasses. We stayed for 9 days but had to contact the owner for extra towels and toilet paper as one set wouldn't have been great, and they were able to accommodate in a timely manner.

There was a weird mouldy smell throughout the apartment all day long, on entry is when it smells very bad. Not sure if it is the aircon filters that was producing the smell or somewhere that was mouldy. Shower head needs to be updated as the water was going in different directions. Not enough bin liners provided for the 9 day stay.

Really enjoyable

Good location, nice lounge area, very clean and well equipped. Secure parking. Pool and spa were nice.

Tv not working in 10A. Bed too soft and spongy. Lighting quite dim.

Great apartment nice and close to Byron centre

Great location close walking distance to town but with none of the party noise or traffic. Homey feel, cute decor/books to read and a well equipped kitchenette. The pool looked lovely though we didn't use it given we were visiting in winter.

Bright lights shining all night from the hallway outside the apartment made it a bit harder to sleep. Would've been good to have these on a timer. We couldn't get our car into the carpark due to low clearance so this made unpacking a bit harder. We were lucky to find a carpark close by on the street pretty easily.

Good spot close to the beach and town , not right on a the main road so road noise can’t be heard from the bedroom

Exceptional

The location was within east walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants & shops. The apartment was really well equipped. It even had a coffee machine provided. Everything was clean & the hosts were friendly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great location and well maintained property.

Excellent location and easy to walk into Byron. Good parking facilities underneath with lift access which is a bonus if you have heavy luggage or lots of things. Well appointed apartment but no oven which wasn't an issue for us.

Soft mattress which isnt our preference.

A great stay in Byron Bay

Great location, just a short walk to the town centre. Great facilities with everything we needed a for a couple of days in Byron Bay. The bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, there were plenty of secure car parks, and the spa and pool were excellent. The hosts were quick to respond when my NZ number didn't receive the text about the lockbox code, and they were also quick to get in touch after my partner left some very important items in the drawer! We'd not hesitate to stay again.

Brilliant Byron

The quality of the apartment was amazing with well appointed fittings and styling. The provided toiletries were branded and of high quality (Salus). The kitchen area was very clean and had everything for full use. The bed was phenomenally comfortable, like a big cloud.

Nothing really. The ball handle on the shower felt a little flimsy for the size of the door- this would be the only thing to change.

The location and proximity to local facilities.

Some of the fittings e.g. rugs and lounge cushions were a little too well worn. Also, we didn’t use it but the sofa bed looked broken.

Location was handy for sight seeing & eating at night. Under ground car parking was good.

Location to beach and to town centre. Apartment was ample in size and facilities were all clean.

It took multiple requests to the 3rd party Company to be told room was ready. Onsite management could not assist. Information was not made clear when I booked property that it was all external and onsite staff unable to help.....

Amazing, Byron we love you!

The suite was so nice and clean, we loved the decor and the balcony was a treat. The pool was fab and our little boy loved every second. The location is amazing and I’m hoping we’ll return one day!

Everything was fab, nothing we didn’t like.

Nice room and very clean and comfortable.

Location was great. Short walk to town. Room was exceptionally clean.

Not overly large room I.e no lounge or lounge area. Balcony was nice though.

it was not clearly advertised about removing trash, washing utensils, etc. these instructions should have been given upfront at the time of booking.

The flat is very nice, but needs maintenance.

The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.

We were disappointed to not have a hob, to boil an egg on, for breakfast. The air conditioning was really difficult to get on and off. The remote control wasn’t working properly and despite changing the batteries, it still didn’t work. The balcony door and outer screen were really difficult to lock. The plug in the sink didn’t work.

The location and the comfortable bed.

The apartment was rather ‘tired’. The sofa was ridiculously uncomfortable and for a properly charging what they do per night, it should have been replaced a long time ago. There were no basic toiletries provided, just the tiniest pieces of soap!
