- Extremely dirty bathroom - Very bad plumbing, all the water was coming out of the designated shower place. - Room space was very small, i doubt the areas which is put on booking. - The staff was not helpful in any way. I booked it for my father who is in his 60s, he didnt find any comfort and cooperation.

the hotel was very nice and clean and it’s location just a short distance from the airport was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were polite professional and friendly without being ‘too much’

Although the hotel is located just outside the Bologna airport, the ambient around it is quite pleasant, hotel is surrounded by trees and greenery. Hotel has quite spacious parking, so if you are traveling by car and you want a safe place to leave your vehicle while exploring the city, this is a perfect place to do so. Rooms are well equipped, clean and cosy. Breakfast is amazing and it exceeds by far the standard Italian breakfast offer. All in all, this is a great value for money deal.

amazing staff and convenience to the airport. the free and frequent shuttle is a plus as well as the restaurant on the premises

the property is very old and requires some renewals. the food is really not up to the standard you can expect from a city like Bologna, regardless of the location. since I paid for breakfast but I had to leave before the kitchen opening times (6am) I was promised a box that I never received. while the bar and other members of the staff were really helpful and nice I can’t say the same about the receptionist at the check in

Location is great and the shuttle was very convenient getting to and from the airport. Communication with staff via the app and by telephone was easy.

The facilities in the room weren't great. One of the bathroom lights only stayed on for about 30 seconds and then flickered off. The shower head also seemed broken or not cleared of calcium because the water didn't flow well.

Not a new hotel and time to fix and renovate soon.

Convenient in terms of location

Reception staff. Had a bit of an attitude because I called and asked questions instead of reading the e-mail. Then proceeded to not answer the phone when I phoned again to find out what time the restaurant closed. Seemed like they had a bit of an attitude.

Previously used bathroom bottles were still in the bath tray, lights unplugged and previous key card found on dressing table.

very closed to the airport. good if you are on a fast working trip. usually i have a good time, this time I found the room not well cleaned.

toilet and room garbage wasn’t empty but contained still garbage from the previous guests, so i called in the service and they changed. Once i got to bed on one side I encountered a couple of hairs. Not good. Too tired to call again the service I slept on the other side. Not sure if I will come back next time.
