Nada, pésimo lugar, sucio, habitaciones descuidadas, oxidadas, mal olientes, personal descortés, habitaciones compartidas no solicitadas.

Limpieza, funcionalidad, ubicación, trato del personal, calidad de los servicios. Servicios ofrecidos NO SON REALES.

there’s way too much patchwork that has gone on in this old facility. There’s so much moisture in the room and everything has been repainted way too many times there’s no towel holders bars no toilet paper roll holder and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Nice outdoor area!

The outside area around the pool was beautiful and well groomed. The lagoon was nice to look at as well.

There was not enough areas around the pool with shade. No umbrellas to use as a relief from the hot sun during August. The pool wasn't shaded either so a person could easily burn if you are out too long.

We liked the location and that the hotel had a pool, most staff members were very friendly and helpful

The floors were wet and dirty, AC wasn't working and one member of staff was very unhelpful on several occasions. We got locked out of our room as the key fob battery died, and no one could help. We ended up having to sleep in a staff room with no personal belongings until the next day, the night before check out

Good value for money

Good location. Cheap accommodation, good value for money. The room was big and included a small balcony. Helpful staff. Daily cleaning. A shop nearby, and about 300m away are places to eat, a bus stop and a bigger shop.

The toilet smelled, so the door had to be closed. On the last day, guests came to the next room and their voices could be heard quite well in my room. The internet was sometimes bad.

Good location, but absolutely filthy rooms

Bed was really big (like 3 pillows wide, rather than 2)

There was half a dead squished cockroach just left on my floor when I arrived. Also cigarrette butts and half a smoked joint on my balcony. The sheets were stained. I felt so unclean in the room I had to sleep in my travellers sheet.

Disappointing

Location wise, it was great.

It was very disappointing arriving at the hotel and realising it was nothing like the pictures. The quality was really low. The toilets smelled, and there was a lot of mould on the walls and stains on towels. Staff would knock on our room door early in the morning, waking us up. It was bad.

Bathrooms are a minus, good overall

Nice beds really comfi, huge rooms, friendly staff most of the times, big pool and calm. Price is OK.

Considering the overall good standard, the bathroom and kitchen is in a devastating condition. It is difficult to understand why this is the case. Next to the decent cleaning, some parts of the apartments are really dirty, like the kitchen.

Very disappointing stay in a hotel that would need an urgent deep spring cleaning

The staff, especially the cleaning lady is very friendly and helpful. The lagoon view is stunning

It seems that this hotel would need a deep spring cleaning, the rooms are very dirty, ill-equipped (no bedside lamp, many outlets are not working, the fridge does not work), and the bedsheets and towels are stained (blood, brown stains, black stains). There was hair everywhere on the bed, on the floor and in the shower. Poor wifi. The pictures are very old, the place does not look like this anymore, all the deckchairs and outdoor tables and chairs are broken and non-usable... very disappointing stay

even though this hotel is significantly cheaper then any other hotel in this area of cancun it simply doesnt meet basic

i dont believe i have ever written a bad review, i always try and find a positive, but i can not for this hotel, it was horrendous

The hotel was filthy yet we were charged a sanitary fee. I am not sure what that went to as the all 3 rooms were covered in mold, had random water patches, all bedding was stained with hair in the beds, significant hair in all the drains and ants everywhere
