Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, están remodeladas y muy limpias

Que las sábanas son muy viejas, muy delgadas y muy pequeñas para dos personas y no te dan adicionales. Tampoco me dejaron toallas de baño en la habitación

Just the stuff. .

The rooms smell dusty, I couldn't breathe (I have dust allergy),the shower full of hair. The wife is far to reach the rooms where we stayed.

It was good. the food was good too.

the staff was really good and friendly, even though their english was not perfect, but they were very warm, friendly and helpfull. I also like the fact they were paying attention to client's need.

location was good but the sheet were not changed. the area on the bedsheet that was lightly stained by my period as a woman were turn on the other side rather that being changed, so it was disgusting. Also the floor was never clean properly, always having sand and dirt. i could not walk barefoot in my room, my feet got dirty.

INCREDIBLE

everything was PERFECT the staff was great- everyone was very kind and helpful - I can easily say these people are the nicest hotel staff I have ever met the location is PERFECT - literary next to a shop that is open from early morning to late night, next to it there is a typical fast food place that is cheap and also works until late night, walking 2 minutes further up the street there is a supermarket the hotel also offers free transport to the main boulevard and some beaches but it is also like 10 minutes walk to the bus stop on the main boulevard (blvd. Kukulcan) the location is perfect as it is very close to everything but at the same time it is in a very quiet and safe area of the hotel zone great thing about the hotel is that it also has 24/7 private security the room was cosy the bed was very comfortable the AC worked perfectly and the bathroom was nice and clean the restaurant in the hotel must be tried as the food the chef makes is great the pool was clean and it is a good option to stay and relax in the hotel if you don’t feel like going to the beach the hotel manager is there almost all of the time and if you need something he is also friendly and helpful our luggage got lost on the way to Cancun and the hotel manager was the one to drive us to the airport and wait with us and help to get our luggage located and then drove us back to the hotel definitely the best value for money you will ever get honestly I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone

Staff is very nice. Quiet location.

The main problem is that the rooms smell like backed up sewer. It could be an issue with plumbing. My bathroom was almost unusable because of the smell. This was after I moved from another room that had the same smell.

Nothing to like about this place

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to with rude staff and dirty and noisy rooms. WiFi was not available in the room and the towel was dirty.

Once arrived on time for the check in the receptionist told us that they did not have the room (which we had already payed straight away when we booked it).

Superb

Very good sized room. Good shower. Half mile to bus stop. Close small markets to get food and drink. Huge grocery store 1.5 miles to get to. Has every thing you could ever want plus food to eat there. We always ❤️ head there first day to stock up. Walk through parking lot towards alley and catch a cab back to hotel. That is after going to Mr. Gordo's restaurant, eat breakfast, walk to Starbucks have 3rd coffee then go shopping.

Step up to bathroom. We are older +62 and knees are not good had to step up large steps to get to room. No fridge in room.

mattress on floor. no comforter on bed. no real a/c lizard lives I unit cleaner stole money left after 28 minutes. no tc dirty mattress and chair
