Good option for business trips.

Its location is definitely a plus point. Breakfast is also very good and great variety.

Overall rooms are rather small. But it’s also understandable considering the type of buildings. For 1 person is ok, but if 2 people in the same size room might be very tight.

Stay at Novotel

The location of the place was amazing and you may find good vegetarian food in hotel as well as vicinity. The bar has amazing happy hours and you may get beers and wines at very good prices between 4-6pm. Resident guests also are eligible for discount on food. the surrounding area is very safe and we use to walk down 500-600mtrs at night post partying and felt safe. There is a 7-11 just opp to hotel main gate

They did not give me the 30% discount on one of the item I had ordered and staff was not friendly (except the sweet guy at concierge service). However none of the in room dining as well as housekeeping staff picked up any of our calls, even at the time of check-out our genuine eligibility for 30% discount was not entertained and reception staff was too rude. The rooms are very small (like really cramped up)

空間寬敞舒適，接待人員親切，地理位置極佳，非常適合優先選擇入住

飯店地理位置很好，週邊美食餐廳很多，距離灣仔站也很近，房內空間很寬敞，二人住宿非常舒適，設備也都很新很乾淨，櫃檯有萬國插座可供借用很方便，住宿期間剛好生日，飯店很貼心的送了蛋糕和手寫祝賀卡片，出遊回來看到乾淨整潔的房間和蛋糕擺在桌上，真的很開心，有機會到香港旅遊會再入住😊

A pleasant stay

A relatively quiet location. Room, elevator, hallway and lobby are kept relatively clean. Staff are helpful.

MTR is within walkable distance but if you have heavier luggage, that’s more challenging. On the same street are many home improvement businesses. You will need to walk two blocks to find restaurants and retail stores. The hotel has a buffet restaurant but not inexpensive.

มี 7/11 ใกล้ๆ ตอนกลับเพิ่งจะรู้ว่าเดินไปขึ้นรถบัสไปสนามบินใกล้มาก และขอบคุณสำหรับเค้กวันเกิด

ที่ตั้งค่อนข้างเดินไกลจาก สถานีรถไฟฟ้าMTR ราคาห้องพักแพงไปหน่อยถ้าเทียบกับทำเลที่ตั้งและสิ่งที่ได้ และวันกลับฝากกระเป๋าเดินทางไว้ พนักงานรับฝากกระเป๋ามีการสับสน สลับ tag กระเป๋าเล็กน้อย

Love the neighbourhood. Not too busy like in Kowloon or Tsim Sha Tsui. Convenient location.

The location was convenient, walking distance to shops, tram stops, MTR and buses. Breakfast spread was quite substantial. The service was excellent, service with a smile. Friendly staff who were accommodating to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Very friendly & lovely welcome by all staff at check in and a lovely bottle of wine and cake for our anniversary! (Thank you) . Hotel is clean, friendly and lovely bar too with happy hour!! Concierge organised taxi too for us back MTR too. Great location for exploring Hong Kong - thank you all!

It was great!

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly. The rooms were also very clean. And the breakfast was just great!

I would prefer if the breakfast was available a little longer. It was untill 10:00, but they started cleaning up at 09:40.

Staff were great. Friendly, polite and helpful. From Concierge to House Keeping. Everyone gave their best.

Breakfast buffet wasn't great. It was cold by the time I got to my table. Scrambled eggs had a weird taste and were a weird runny consistency. Bacon and French toast also cold when I sat at my table, which was less than ten steps away. Beds were sagging on the middle. Terrible for my back. Both beds in the room were sagging. They must be quite old to be sagging so much. Definitely need replacing. I expect more for the price I paid.

Paid for the Club Rom but it was closed.

Location was good. That's about it.

I paid extra for the club room to find that it was closed for renovations. In exchange I could get free afternoon tea and happy hour at the bar. Both were sad affairs. The bar had only stairs so my friend with weak knees could not reach it. Disappointed that I was allowed to book a facility that was closed.

Massively overpriced gloomy room in a cold unfriendly feeling hotel.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location - as I like Wan Chia. But that is all I liked about this hotel. It was killingly expensive. 3000 HKD for one night in a small gloomy room, with an empty mini-bar. This was supposed to be an executive room. It has a big bright reception area, but that's all - My experience was what we used to call - a rip-off.

This was a very expensive hotel (3000 approx. HKD), for one night in a small gloomy room looking out on the backs of buildings. I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel elsewhere for that price - and got a far nicer room. Nothing extra was given, even the mini-bar was empty.

Gutes Hotel in guter Gegend.

Wie bereits viele vor mir geschrieben haben ist das Frühstück erwähnenswert, von Allem reichlich und grosse Auswahl. Auch der Kaffee war sehr gut. Die Lage ist Top, zum Tram und zur Hafenpromenade sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Zum MTR sind es ca. 2 Blocks. Auch hat es genügend Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal ist super nett und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Auch hat es Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett im Zimmer und natürlich einen Safe. Die Minibar ist leer aber gegenüber hat es einen 7/11 wo man sich günstig mit Snacks und Getränken eindecken kann. Smoking area ist draussen aber unter Dach. Die Poolanlage sieht nett aus, leider konnten wir sie nicht nutzen weil das Wetter zu schlecht zum Baden war. Der Fitnessraum ist auch gut bestückt mit diversen "Maschinen".

Es hat tausende Taxi in der Stadt aber es ist schwierig Eins zu bekommen. Das Personal hilft aber gerne bei der Suche oder man kann Eins bestellen. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein für den Preis besonders wenn man länger im Hotel ist. Im Frühstücksraum ist die AC so kalt eingestellt dass wir wärmere Sachen anziehen mussten.

Great room, would prefer it to be in a bigger room as paying for extra bed. Happy to book again.

Great friendly staff. Clean room.

The extra bed made the sofa not accessible and was very crammed giving us limited space in the room.
