Correcto

Buena situación personal amable comida correcta pero postres limitado.

Encontramos la habitación sucia especialmente el baño lo comunicamos a recepción y limpiaron el baño pero no la habitación. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero fueron ágiles y lo arreglaron en poco tiempo. Las bebidas en la pensión no están incluidas tendrían que ponerlo en las características antes de llegar al restaurante para no entrar sin dinero

The food was very nice . The room is small for a family with children but comfortable .

Full board is without drinks.....bare in mind you have to pay for drinks, even water. . Be careful when u come out of the hotel to go to the beach as it is a bicycle/scooter path ...and they drive very fast .

The room was very neat and looked modern. The bathroom was a little more worn out but that is to be expected with so many people staying there. There was no bathtub and it was so much better that way, there was much more space to have a decent shower, good water preasure. The hallway lookd clean and modern, there is access to the pool area and beach at each end of the hallways via stairs (awsome idea). The hotel entrance /bar/ pool areas were nice l. The pool was small but there was no need for a bigger one since we were steps away from the sea. The beach right outfront was narrow but if you walk 3 minutes in any direction there are bigger ones and lots of space for kids to play. The best part was the restaurant. From all the ones we stayed in, this one had the best quality food. Less quantity than others but always fresh, lots of fish and fruits. It was never boring to eat there and the staff were incredibly hard working and very nice even when they were knee deep in dirty dishes. The people cleaning the rooms were diligent and very nice everytime we crossed paths, I trully apreciate everyone that works so much and still has a nice word to say to you and a smile. Nice size balcony and from our room 134 we could see the water wich was so nice to see every morning. The AC worked for the whole time we were there.

The walls between rooms have no isolation and we can hear everything. Don't go if you really need a great night sleep or ypur baby wakes up everytime someone makes a move. It really is the only thing I can say that I was not pleased with.

Good value hotel

Beautiful location. The service from the bar staff, reception and cleaners was excellent.

The dinner hall. Queues to get in which is unacceptable. Most of the staff working in there were very rude and need to attend customer service training, it made dining very stressful, which was a shame as most days there was a good variety of food and good quality.

will definitely return, staff lovely, relaxing holiday for us

beautiful setting, a walkable distance from both Cambrils and Salou with local bus service immediately outside the hotel as an alternative.

although we travelled as a couple without children, we think the no soft balls in the pool policy is a little petty

We definitely would like to return during a more seasonal period.

Hotel Augustus is an excellent hotel with the facilities, attractions and room quality. We felt at home with the breakfast especially as a Mediterranean taster, even fresh garlic was provided with any kind of tomatoes. Comfort of the beds is also to be indicated.

Just the soundproof of the rooms were weak, but nothing to worry with the perfect stay with Augustus.

The hotel was clean and modern, it had an amazing pool right on the edge of the beach

It was further from the centre of salou then we thought. It was about a 40 min walk to the strip, busses ran regularly during the day but not at night.

The view from our room

Practically everything else. The hotel corridors and foyer had no air con. The aircon in our room was appalling and did not go below 29°. The whole place was manic with an awful restaurant.

We had a great family holiday.

Food was really fresh with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. Family room was spacious with 2 bathrooms.

Location is good if you stay only there, go outside taxi is expensieve and, manyana have to wait for ages, bus Plana never respect timing,,,best go there with own car, food every day the Same !, very crowded every time and every time have to pay for drinking water 2,65€ for 1 bottle , bonus staf in restaurant very kind and hotel just 1 min close to the Sea, and they have kids intertaiment as well, so Little ones Will be happy

Hotel, not 4 star, max 3 star,,, food is the Same every day , water is separate and 2,60€ for 1 liter, taxi to Airport very expensive 250€,,,bus only 17€ to Barcelona , so advised to take only bus Beach is not clean, water is a bit dirty afternoon, in the morning water is ok,,and very crowded too, Some people take a Place for all day just is like private , shops nearby supermarkets very expencive , did Some research and came out that shops like Michelangelo only for tourists with high prices ,

Good location. Nice spacious hotel & outside area.

The room was noisy - due to lorry deliveries / bin emptying as early as maybe 5am. The food was good but people took advantage of the free buffet creating a slightly hectic atmosphere in the dining room.
