Overall a nice hotel, all inclusive food really let this place down.

The location was very central with a very short walk to a beautiful beach and the local bars and restaurants. The balcony was large for an apartment and the complex was in a nice quiet area. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The food was terrible. The quality and selection were shocking. Lunch and dinner options were catered more towards children than adults and there was not enough choice compared to other Spanish hotels we have stayed in before. We paid extra for 'all inclusive' which didn't even include water with our meals. The wifi was shocking, so slow and it kept disconnecting and even after clicking 'remember me' on the first login it never did so we had to enter the username and password constantly. Also when booking, the room facilities stated that it includes 'iron' however, it doesn't, you have to pay a deposit and collect and return it to reception which was annoying. Also no cups and only one tiny saucepan in the apartment if you want to cook.

Family friendly and great apartment hotel near the beach and port

A very family friendly apartment hotel, with kid friendly dinner buffet and activities, that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were good and we had a lovely stay.

Our room, and one side of one block of this large hotel, was located next to a recycling station that was mostly emptied in the middle of the night by very noisy garbage trucks. Not the hotel's fault, but bad for sleeping. The air condititioning was also a bit noisy but we did not need to use it and we prefer open windows in this climate anyway (20-25 degrees at night)

Excellent

Breakfast was great value and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable staff were amazing we arrived at 09.50 and they let us in it closes at 10.00 but let us eat and asked us if we were finished before they began to take all ghe food away. The complex itself was immaculate and is a hidden gem in cambrills the value was outstanding the best accomodation we have stayed at in spain for ten years would definitely go back.

Superb

The hotel is nice, clean, pleasant. Staff is very friendly. Food is varied, a lot of seafood and much more.

Free juices, still water and coffee in the dining room were available only in the morning. For a married couple the beds were separate. ( Two single beds)

Good location, very clean but food let it down

Pool, and location. Apartments were spacious and clean although had to ask for a kettle and cups.

Food was poor quality, seemed to be all cheap items, eg hot dogs served at evening meal

Very clean

Very limited parking capacity and impossible to park outside for free. 0 flexibility on late check out. Staff seemed to be little pro active on my requests.

great value , good breakfast & great location .

It was quite basic but good value & breakfast was great !

As self catering apartment I was shocked that there was no kettle, toaster or even cups in the kitchenette !

Excellent

The breakfast is very good, loads of choices available. The location is excellent and well located around lots of activity spots. The kitchen staff are my best of all the staffs, very friendly and always ready to help and answer questions you ask them concerning the food.

No washing machine that's all.

It is in a great location. It’s a family hotel with mainly Spanish guests which suited us from Scotland. There was a kids club and entertainment until 11pm each night. The food was a buffet was of excellent quality and there was an abundance of food with a different fish and meat dish every night for dinner. The property was clean staff were helpful. There is a lifeguard at the pool. The pool empties between 2pm-5pm each day when all the Spanish families go for lunch and a siesta. The hotel is extremely quiet at this time which was very calming and relaxing.

The only negative thing I have to say is that with such a high quality selection of food for dinner it would have been much appreciative if there were jugs of water on the tables at dinner instead of having to pay 2€ for a small bottle of water with your meal.
