Schöner Urlaub.

Gutes Essen 😋von guter Qualität. Gute Lage nur 100 m vom Strand entfernt. Freundliches Personal. Gute Zimmergrösse. Bequeme Betten. Busstation vor dem Hotel.

Good

Good food and perfect location. Helpful staff. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

It is perfect for a family holiday and offers a lot of activities. So, if you are looking for calm and silence... I requested a change of room since mine was just next to the show stage and it was difficult to rest and the staff solved It fast.

Nice location for a family holiday with easy access to beach, airports, activities.

Food selection each day Really helpful reception team Location - beach and Cambrils and Portaventura Tennis court and football pitch we used, but we would have used them more if maintained Bike hire availability

Room a bit dated - bathroom already updated, but could have more storage Room for 3 was fairly tight. Not enough plug points in room No balls allowed in pool - although organised ball game was allowed? Perhaps a family game hour where balls/inflatables allowed Kids club - didn't feel we were approached for our son to join in

Staff were very helpful and friendly they couldn’t do enough for us very good

H10 needs to check their beds for bed bugs, because every one in the hotel had bites all over there body’s and we didn’t see many mosquitoes in the room anytime I got bitten was when the sheets were over us , other than that they hotel was very clean staff were excellent

Hotel facilities was great, pool breakfast and location to beach. Had a lovely 35 minute walk to either Salou or Cambril

Pool was excellent,was cold when getting in but once in was good. Sun beds was plenty available and easy to have. Very close to a beautiful beach so was a great location for me.

We were put in the probably the only room that had the worst view possible. looking onto the road but our view was overgrown trees so basically we could not see anything.

Pleasant stay at a very clean hotel near a stunning beach.

Spotlessly clean rooms, very close to beach, good breakfast, nice reception area. Waiter in bar/reception area excellent. Breakfast staff helpful.

No water provided in bedroom. Staff overstretched at reception, long waits for service at reception. Staff behind bar not very friendly. Not enough towels in room for three people, long delay in getting an extra towel from reception.

Great hotel to stay! Great atmosphere!

Lovely and cozy hotel located on the outskirts of Cambrils - Villafortuny. The hotel is about 100 meters from the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, daily cleaning and changing of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and tasty. There is entertainment in the evening: for children, at first, and then for adults.

We expected that there would be paella for supper, it was on our previous visit. But, frankly speaking, it was not a big problem) because of the availability of other delicious food.

A friendly, clean and family orientated hotel

The staff were fantastic, my daughter needed some help with a University application and the staff on reception were really kind and helpful! Thank you Julia and Ariadne! The location was great between Cambrils and Salou - so many great restaurants nearby, the bike hire on site was excellent and paddle boarding etc was all within easy reach.

I’d have liked to be able to get a coffee early in the morning!

Won't return to H10.

Pool was very nice, it was good to be allowed stay in the pool in the evening as it didn't close too early. Marina in the restaurant was very pleasant as were the bar staff. Good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Cambrils is a lovely little town, and worth a visit, hotel is quite a distance from the town.

Reception staff unfriendly, those who we spoke with. We were told nothing about the hotel on arrival, and had to ask the basic questions, for example, how to get to the bedrooms, where to locate the pool towels, if they were any facilities, gym, spa, what were the meal times etc. I did find the young man (Albert, I think) very pleasant and helpful along with the girl who looked after the bikes. If you book HB, we were advised that you cannot have lunch some days rather than dinner, which was very restrictive if you wanted to go out for dinner. Nor are you allowed to pay to eat in the restaurant at lunch-time, you only have the snack bar available to you which we found very odd. The food is just fair, you will get something to eat, but in general for a 4* its just okay. One chef trying to make omelettes, fried eggs etc for so many people, he definitely could have done with some help each morning. The towels in the bathrooms were very old, yellow and worn, although we did get some new towels after commenting on this while staying there. Our pool towels were dirty on the 1st day, it was like they had just be dried, folded and given back out, as they were extremely grubby. Evening entertainment over 6 days was very poor, except for 2 nights, although the animation team do their best and work hard. On the one evening we did stay up a little late 11:50pm, the staff turned off all the lights on my husband and the kids while they were still playing cards. He felt it would have been more appropriate for someone to have come over and advise that they turn off all lights at a certain time. Bike rental for 5 of us for 1 day is €60.00 in the hotel which we found expensive as its quite a walk into the town. All in all we did not have a great experience in the H10 and won't be returning.

I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again

The room we stayed in was very stuffy and stale. The towels that were in the room when we arrived we’re not fit to wash your car with. The room attendant was kind enough to provide usable towels.

Recommend for food lovers

The food was great, as always in H10 hotels. 5 minute walk to a nice Vilafortuny beach.

The hotel territory is rather small for such a big hotel, 1 pool for adults and a tiny pool for kids, lacks greenery, an outdoor bar and a place to walk around. Compared to a 4-star H10 in Tenerife we've previously stayed, Cambrils Playa is way behind.
