A ne pas rater, superbe dans son ensemble

Tout l emplacement l acceuil, et grand point fort la propreté. L'autre point fort étant le buttet du pdj et de soir excellent et la découverte des vins de la région. Le bar de la plage avec son exceptionnel sandwiches au poulet poivrons. Le spa également fonctionnel très bien entretenu et très propres. Beaucoup de plaisir dans cet hôtel loin de l afflut touristique. Bravo à toutes l équipe.

Mon message a booking.com non lu, dans le sens où j avais demandé une chambre le plus haut possible loin du bruit, et nous nous sommes retrouvé au 1er étage au dessus de l acceuil ou chaque soir était organisé un concert jusque 22h dommage. On nous avait proposé de changer de chambre mais étant installé nous sommes resté.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt- vor allem für den Preis kann man wirklich nicht meckern

Schöne Lage, wenn man es ruhiger mag. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich! Der Weg an der Küste entlang ist sehr schön! Das Frühstück lässt auch nichts zu wünschen übrig! Es war ziemlich sauber, wenn auch nicht rein ;)

Die Betten waren aneinander geschobene Einzelbetten, die immer auseinander rutschten. Da musste man schon aufpassen, nicht in die Lücke zu rutschen. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig und das Publikum ist eher Ü55, was keine Kritik ist, aber die Atmosphäre dementsprechend prägt :)

Beautiful relaxing quiet getaway

I loved the staff very friendly and informative. The hotel itself where it’s located is right on the water prime views and quick ride or walk to town. They have a spa that is free! And gorgeous and also bike rentals. I had a balcony that was spacious.

The only reason I’m not giving the rooms 5 stars is because of poor lighting in the bathroom and only 2 really sad pillows on the bed. I also and it’s probably my fault had no clue how overran this part of Mallorca is by Germans, I didn’t like that at all nor expect it.

Great location, with superb food

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. You literally can see the sea and mountains from the lounge area, the spa, the dining area. The food was great at both breakfast and dinner, and there was a lovely pool bar which provided a full menu from 10-6. The rooms were spacious, and kept very clean. a beautiful walk from the hotel into the nearest town which was about 25 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and yes spoke more German than English, but were more than capable of asking what you needed.

Main gripe, not good for parking, especially at week ends ( more Spanish people came for the week ends) . Some limited parking in front of hotel, but otherwise two areas which were not tarmacked and were very uneven and had pot hole s, dips and tree stumps. Also as much as spa area was lovely, it was slightly offset by certain people from Germany who thought it was their right to walk around naked .

Hôtel que je recommande sauf la prestation massage

J'ai aimé les animations, le complexe avec spa ( même si un peu petit pour le nombre de personnes) et le petit déjeuner

J'ai moins aimé le buffet du soir ( ressemblant d1 jour sur l'autre ) traverser le hall de l'hôtel en maillot pour se rendre au spa et la prestation massage est décevante. Au lieu de 25 minutes de massage je suis arrivée à 18h20 et le temps de m'enregistrer de me déshabiller et de m'installer la prestation s'est terminée à 18h42... au vu du tarif j'ai été plus que déçue 😞

Tolle Location für einen Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison

Die Lage ist einfach sensationell. Schöner - in punkto Meerblick - geht es kaum. Die Frühstücksterasse war mein persönliches Highlight. Das Frühstück war, wie für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie zu erwarten, gut aber nicht herausragend und man hat sich auch um Abwechslung bemüht. Die Brotauswahl war toll. Hervorzuheben sind die äusserst freundlichen Mitarbeiter, egal ob an der Rezeption, in der Bar, im Speisesaal oder die Damen von der Zimmerreinigung. In punkto Barentertainment wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig - wir haben zeitweise von unseren Nachbarn deutlich mehr mitbekommen als uns lieb war. Die Parksituation am Hotel ist für Mietwagennutzer nicht ganz einfach - es hat schon in der Vorsaison deutlich zu wenig Parkplätze.

Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel mit einigen unschönen Sachen

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Meer, unbedingt Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. Bei guter Sicht kann man die Nachbarinsel Menorca sehen. Angenehmer Fußweg am Meer vom Hotel in das Zentrum von Cala Rajada. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. In beiden Fällen waren die Buffets erstklassig, z.B. gab es jeden Morgen zum Frühstück frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Abendunterhaltung mit Live-Musik mit teilweise sehr guten Künstlern.

Alles toll? Leider nicht. Parkplatz sehr beschränkt und zum Teil recht abenteuerlich angelegt. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Der Wunsch wurde ignoriert. Erst auf unsere Beschwerde, unter anderem bei Booking.com erhielten wir ein besseres. Tür zum Bad ohne Schallschutz zum übrigen Zimmer. Matratzen etwas hart. Zimmer nachts überheizt, was nicht regelbar war. Wir mussten durch das Fenster lüften, ging aber wegen der frischen Außentemperaturen nur ca. 15 Minuten. Das durfte dann nachts gerne mal zwei bis dreimal wiederholt werden

Amazing service and perfect experience!!

The hotel facilities were perfect, there's everything you need at the Resort, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. They even helped me to do a surprise of birthday to my partner and made my experience at the place even better. Everything was perfect!

The hotel is a little bit too far from the city centre, but as you have many facilities at the hotel and beautiful beaches around it was not such a problem.

Perfect stay in a perfect place!

Cleanliness of facilities. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Variety and quality of the food. Availability of beach chairs and umbrellas.

A very small issue was that the restaurant closes lunch service at 4pm. We had booked an all-inclusive rage and arrived from a trip at exactly 4 pm and couldn’t even get a small hearty snack (except for cake and ice cream) to hold us over until dinner.

Pleasant

The location, indoor and outdoor pool, gym and walking path are great. The sea views were wonderful from our room.

The dining staff wouldn't allow us to enter until my partner put long pants on for dinner on his birthday, even though he was well-dressed (with elegant shorts). Because it's warm already he didn't bring any long pants and they made him get some from the front desk. It was quite unnecessary, embarrassing, and frankly ruined the good vibes we had before his birthday dinner.

Exceptional

Amazing area, extremely quiet and peaceful. The pool area and direct entrance to the sea is perfect. The room was big and the bed was really comfortable.

The wi-fi didn't properly work in our room, was difficult to use it most of the time. Unfortunately, the doors let a lot of noise through as every night between midnight and 2am we would be woken up by neighbors having conversations in the halls.

Excellent stay on Mallorca

Excellent location. Near beaches especially Cala Gat. Pool is large and spacious, overlooking the ocean. Had buffet dinner 2 nights, very very good food and choices. Breakfasts were also excellent, ate outside on terrace. Very nice place, relaxing, spacious. We are on a 1 month trip, one of the best hotels

The quiet location of the hotel with direct sea view was very relaxing. In addition, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff should be emphasised. I also liked the daily evening entertainment with different musicians.

One of the most relaxing holidays!

Location and the view was incredible. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Nice room. Great food for breakfast and dinner. Nice entertainment in the evenings.

It’s not exactly a dislike, but SPA facilities could maybe be improved a little. It was alright for the quiet time of the year, but I can imagine in the peak of the season it could be difficult to find a spot there.
