The balcony was beautiful
The elevators were extremely slow, we had to wait 20 minutes to get from our floor in order to checkout. The reception was ringing tell me I was late for checkout and we were welcome to use the fire escape in order to checkout quicker. Not only did we have luggage but We were travelling with people who couldn’t cope with stairs!. I found this rude considering it was not our fault we were late.

room, fabulous views, location very close to Convention Center 10' walking, big and good quality breakfast, the pool and the jacuzzi with sky views, and Spa and Steam rooms also good. The staff helps 24/7 at any time.
The second Lift was out of order making the waiting times very long!
The first night was torture trying to sleep as the fire alarm was faulty and went off at 4 am, 6.30 am when many people evacuated the building staying out in the very cold morning!
The fire brigade couldn't fix it so at 8 am was on again!!!!!
On the next evening, after having a full day to fix the alarm system, it went off again at 6.00 pm and at 11.30 pm.
After I told reception that I must sleep well to go to work the next day. I told them that if it went off again, I would call the ambulance to take me to the hospital, the police to be aware of the depriving sleep we were suffering, and the TV! That fixed the alarm instantly!!!!

Awesome location and facilities. It was close to everything being a short walk or drive and the view was nice. We used the pool and steam room which were great too!
Walking through to another building to get to our room.

The only good thing was the pool and sauna, all the rest was not as pictured.
The lobby has a bad smell of cigars and did not feel safe arriving at night. There are residents that live in the same building which was not communicated plus no lobby in the building where I stayed - didn't feel safe at all. The facilities are ageing and do not match the photos, would not recommend this place.

The rooms are nice location ok
I definitely like having to show my ID to get into my room in Saturday night, I get that maybe it’s needed but how about to tell people that they’re going to be carded to access their room. I didn’t know I was going to need my ID to get back in I didn’t have it and I was completely in drag for work as I’m a drag queen so even if I did have my ID it definitely wasn’t going to match my face at that moment. Very rude security guards and rude front of house staff. So maybe from now on you actually tell you guests that they’ll need there ID’s to get back in on a weekend night. Also when I asked the guy on the desk where it says that I would be carded to get back into the hotel he showed me the paper work I signed when I checked in and the line he pointed out clearly said that additional guests maybe asked to show ID on entry. I wasn’t the additional guest I was the guest!!! So you may need to fix that up clear it up or something. Oh and one elevator is crazy imagine that one breaking down too… I’ll think twice before staying here again.

Some thing should of been done a lot quicker when the passage lights went out on the 7th floor.

the apartment itself had a nice layout and good kitchen.
although it wasn’t bad when booking it stated I had a balcony which I didn’t as I was on ground floor. there was a used sock and dirty wipe under the couch and the bed. construction started at 7.30 Monday morning right outside my room to remove scaffolding and was still going when I checked out at 9.30

Loved the view and location. IGA next door was handy. Very close to central bus station and China town. Walked everywhere. Beds were comfy.
1.The fridge needs replacing! (got finger caught a couple of times when opening). Can hardly fit anything in it. The ice box was so frozen up that couldn't even fit ice cube tray in it.
2. The vent above stove would not work and also needs a good clean.
3. Stove top (glass) is cracked - don't know if this is a hazard but did not use stove whilst there.
4. Egg flip needs replacing as is so bent that makes it very difficult to use.

The room said sky view but it was opposite to another building.
The rooms weren’t all that clean. Dust on bed linens. No AC on the second bedroom.

Apartment was spacious and kitchen was set up for basic needs if you wanted to prepare a small meal or have breakfast at the apartment.
It's close to the local markets and not too far from public transport options.
The bedroom was quite stuffy and the air-conditioning didn't cool down the bedroom. The sitting/kitchen area was fine with air conditioner.
The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke - luckily there was a second room we got moved to after we called reception.
If you're a light sleeper there is a 'wooshing' sound from the air being sucked in to hallway. Luckily a rolled up bathmat across the door gap fixed the issue for us.

Clean. Tidy. Simple. Convenient parking and close to the city centre, but not in a really busy area. Straitforward check in. staff all pleasant.
Could have done with more teabags😁
