Never coming back.

Nothing.

- Worst Breakfast packs. - Pool was mentioned in booking, but closed. - Rooms were not serviced. Had to ask everything - Aircon was not working in one of the rooms. Even after asking, no one came to fix or provide any alternative

Overall the hotel was good, beds comfy. Rooms clean, friendly staff.

It was central to shops and restaurants and public transport. Good location and on-site parking.

The pool was not in use, very disappointed as it wasn’t stated online, and false advertising! Should make changes on the website. The rooms were not cleaned properly daily, stayed a week and carpet was never vacuumed or the shower, basin and mirror ever cleaned! Ran out of toilet paper one day, they should pay attention to this.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast packs included Walking distance to children's hospital

Tv was cutting in and out a bit. Rattly fly wire screen when it was windy

Convenient location near to the city and events.

Great location, friendly staff. Off-street parking. Easy access to Adelaide Oval and city. Have stayed here before and will again.

The bed sagged in the middle and was really uncomfortable because of this. Needs replacing urgently. Have stayed here before and had no problem.

Didn’t get any I’m afraid. Said I would but I didn’t get told or shown where to get it. Only downfl for my stay.

Comfortable and clean - could do with a spruce up

Perfect location for an absolutely incredible night of footy with a Pies win in an away game! Very clean room and super tidy, comfortable beds meant the stay was really comfortable. Reception was so friendly and check in was super easy (less than 1 min).

Room a little tired, no bed-side lamps and lack of powerpoints. TV was a little old and generally the place could do with a spruce up as looked a little tired. The planes overhead were a little loud but the last flight is at 11pm so not too bad.

Just Good, close to everything you need when visiting Adelaide including Cinema , Good Restaurants

Room was spacious and all facilities Bed , Bathroom/Shower , Coffe and tea provisions and TV were good.

Just maybe the steps, But they are looking to install a lift , shows they are mindful of that requirement.

We had a great time visiting Adelaide even with the “cramped” room.

Great location very close to dining and public transport. The bed was very comfortable.

When we booked 4 months in advance we requested a Queen Room for two. We were giving a room with a double bed and 2 single beds for some reason! As we had a booking for SIX days we thought we had been “Shafted” as we had no room to sit and relax other than the bed or kitchen chairs in the small area remaining in the middle of the room! We did notice that other rooms had a small table and chairs, where we had two single beds!

Fantastic location, right in the middle of so many great restaurants and walking distance to the city and Adelaide Oval. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel itself is older but apart from the bathroom fittings you wouldn't know. Would definitely stay here again.

The only downside is that you're right under the flight path so between 6.30am and 11pm there are lots of flights going over so be prepared to wake up bright and early with the first flight in. If you're a heavy sleeper then you'll have no problems.

Ease of checkin.

The walls were quite thin i could hear the people rattling around both rooms next to me and above as well as the hallway because the room door had gaps and didn't close properly.

Fantastic stay… easy to park and the pool was beautiful on that hot day we had 🤩

The pool and how clean it was. The gem of the place.

The kettle didn’t work . A little night light would’ve been really appreciated as the kids can’t sleep in total darkness . Just a note. Otherwise thank you 🙌
