ELEGANTE Y CÓMODO, UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE

La ubicación es perfecta porque está pegado a la estación de tren y autobuses. Es un hotel muy elegante, un pelín anticuado pero limpio y muy cómodo y tranquilo. El personal es muy atento y amable. Les pedimos tarjetas de bus diarias y las puedes comprar allí, muy conveniente. También solicitamos una plancha para la ropa y una báscula para pesar las maletas y todo genial. Tuvimos un problema con el retrete y lo solucionaron enseguida y todo limpio y con eficiencia. La habitación es preciosa, de estilo clásico, muy grande (dos camas dobles), con escritorio, armario (muy raro en Japón), agua y infusiones y café gratis cada día, muchas toallas limpias cada día (aunque no hagan la habitación las dejan, un detalle). El lavabo está separado de la ducha y retrete, algo muy cómodo si viajas en pareja o grupo. El baño tiene bañera grande y ducha separada, súper cómodo. Tuvimos un problema en el check out y nos dejaron alargarlo un poco sin coste, muy de agradacer. Una noche nos tomamos un cócktel en el bar, elegante y relajante. Al cogerlo con tiempo el precio era de lo más conveniente, barato.

Tuvimos que bajar a recepción por un problema en el retrete dos días, suponemos que porque al ser hotel antiguo las cañerias no iban muy bien, pero hay que decir que lo solucionaron enseguida y nos pidieron disculpas. Al ducharte se mojaba un poco el suelo de fuera de la ducha, aunque como ponen tantas toallas no pasaba nada :). Lo que sí que mejoraria es la luz de la habitación, porque es muy tenue y a veces se necesita un poco más. Y la moqueta, que aunque es elegante es mejor quizás parquet por el tema de alergias e higiene. No hay cuarto de lavadora-secadora, hubiera sido muy útil.

Next time I won't stay.

Good location.

When I was getting ready to go out, the cleaner kept coming, and even though I told her to come back later, the cleaner kept coming back almost every five minutes. It was terrible.

Pleasant.

excellent location. good shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby

checking-in need improving. My room has messy and cramp layout. My son's room is OK but cramp.

The staff was supremely professional, conscientious, and polite.

It was clean, it was extremely convenient to the Kyoto station, and the staff was impeccable.

That I couldn’t take it with me for my stay in Tokyo…

Morning buffet was super nice, i would strongly recommend you to add to the option even the menu was no change in the 2days. If your children loves train, the view is extremely nice. Location is good, close to the Kyoto station. The room is clean.

No early checkin available. Even just 1hour before 3, seems no chance to challenge. It's Japanese culture of Punctuality however i felt they can do more flexible like the other countries.

Location was very convenient since we used public transportation a lot. I could see an entrance to Kyoto station from the window

Very handy location. 1 minute walk from the local Kyoto stations, 2 or 3 minutes walk from Kyoto station Jr lines and the Kyoto tower. Staff were also very friendly and made check-in and check out easy. The breakfast was also very good, serving a variety of western and traditional Japanese breakfast options. The lobby was also nice and stylish and had plenty of seating. The amenities (toothbrushes, razors) was also in the hotel lobby to help the environment.

Room felt very small. We had a triple room but it felt like a double room where they put 3 single beds in.
