Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel

Perfekte Lage direkt gegenüber der Hochbahn und fußläufig zum Chao Phraya Pier. Von hier kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Eigenregie erreichen. Der Infinity-Pool in der 11. Etage und die Rooftop-Bar in der 32. Etage bieten eine tolle Aussicht auf Bangkok.

Das Frühstück ist sehr stark auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet und bietet für westliche Gäste leider wenig Auswahl. Das Buffet wird vom Personal nicht aktiv aufgefüllt. Wir mussten an allen drei Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes darum bitten, Obst, Brot, Eierspeisen etc. nachzulegen. Besser ohne Frühstück buchen und in der Coffee-Bar neben dem Hoteleingang frühstücken. Die Preise in der Poolbar, dem Restaurant und der Bar sind unverschämt. Zumal die Cocktails auch keine gute Qualität hatten.

Fantastically stunning - sad I couldn't stay longer in BKK

Absolutely everything! I have stayed in various places throughout BKK and this is simply one of the best!

I think the ONLY tiniest things: The rooftop restaurant does not cater to any vegetarian alternatives. Totally understand and respect that, as having been a fine dining chef myself. I just opted for food elsewhere. The plugpoints for the desk were at a bit of an awkward angle and not as easily accessible during work.

Great location ,BTS train stop in front. Fab views if your room is high up. Attractive pool area

Attractive room , I paid for a deluxe suite, great view from the 36th floor. Room looked a little tired. Lovely pool area. Easy to get to elevated train, stop immediately in front. A big plus ! Close to central core, but not so hectic. A nice calm feeling in the area. Also close to the river.

Hallways and elevator not air conditioned. Room was attractive,but a little worn around the edges. Blinds were very difficult to operate.

Lighting issues.

1) The bed is really comfortable. 2) Proactive breakfast staff.

1) Lighting the room. * Too dark. Unable to control. One 2 modes of lighting - Sleep and Chill mode.. * Light program, sleep mode. All lights will go off (including bed head power socket, toilet, and corridor light). Unable to use CPAP for sleeping. Had to use chill mode to sleep (with light turn-on). 2) Night shift staff are not accountable. Called to check lighting settings and was asked to wait for him to check. He never gets back. 3) Dusty. You can see dust flying around due to the dim lighting. 3) Coffee machines breakdown. Breakfast for 2 days, only 1 (out of 3) machine working.

Really nice and clean hotel as well as the rooms. I asked for a change from one room to another since it was very dark (11th floor). They changed to the 32nd floor next day without problem. Staff is very service minded. Swimmingpool is also fresh and worth a visit.

The lights in the bathrooms needs improvement..

Great hotel, very pleasant stay, would happily recommend

Really nice hotel, my room was a good size, very clean, bright and very comfortable. I really like the decor in the room and the way it's laid out. The pool area is really nice as well. The facilities overall at the hotel are good and I really enjoyed my stay here.

The pool closes early 7pm which is a shame and there was nobody serving at the pool bar. That didn't affect me much but I think it's nice if you have the option to get a drink there. The roof top bar is nice , but the price of food there really needs to be looked at I think. The price of a burger is 1200 Thai baht which is approx £30.00 or US$35.00 that really is the most expensive burger I have seen anywhere in a very long time. I'm using the burger as an example but there were hardly any items on the menu under 1100 baht. I understand that you usually pay a premium at roof top bars but that's ridiculous and it's a shame because I think they would do a lot more business if it was a bit more realistically priced. The drinks were fairly standard price for that kind of venue. Lastly, unfortunately my room didn't get made up when I was there (I was only there 2 nights) I reported it but didn't receive any acknowledgement or apology which isn't so great Although, in my opinion, these are issues which could use a little attention; I would definitely recommend this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience, I look forward to staying there again next time I am in Bangkok

Rooftop menu price

1. Reception staff, Rooftop supervisor (Woman staff) ; friendly,welcome and energetic 2. Room ; modern, clean and quite large for deluxe room and reasonable price 3. Very convenience location ; close with BTS Surasak skytrain and connect to city town and many attraction route 4. Facilities ; Pool with good view, service spa, fitness 5. Breakfast line up quite good and delicious

Menu price at Rooftop bar are unreasonable price, the dishes price minimum 900 THB (not include service charge), even front desk offered to sell interesting voucher but the menu price and marketing are well-planned to take advantage of new customers, we planned to dinner here and unluckily outside raining and cannot sit rooftop outside. We need to dinner inside with simply dinner room, spoon and fork placed direct touching on table without place mat (not hygine) And spent over 3,000THB for 3 dishes ans 2 glasses of fruit drink (even purchased 2 vouchers). I felt disappoint if compared other rooftop and other exclusive dinner places standard because the menu price as same as one famous rooftop located on 63 floor level. Let consider to improve and make more returning guests in the future. 2. Accommodation ; toilet and bathtub room separated but toilet no hand soap and the room have only 1 small bottles of bath gel.

Great staff, disappointing room.

- Aircon in the bathroom was a nice touch.

- The rooms we got were pretty run down. Edges on walls chipped everywhere, furniture surfaces scratched and worn, faucet handles loose. - Our room didn't get cleaned the 1st day, which was fine, but the 2nd day we turned on the "please clean room" light for >6h and the room still didn't get cleaned. We had to call room service and ask for more toilet paper and hand soap (our room didn't come with a hand soap bottle). - Breakfast buffet was nice, but the dishes offered didn't get refilled nearly fast enough. A lot of guests ended up lifting 5-6 lids in a row only to find the chafing dishes empty. Not a good experience obviously. - The hotel definitely looks better in the photos online! Some rooms are (much) better than others, making for a hit or miss experience. - This is, IMHO, a clear case of poor hotel maintenance. Mode was probably great when it opened, but it's getting run down fast, and management isn't doing enough about it.

Totally DISAPPOINTED with this hotel. TO AVOID.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but that's the case. I had stayed years ago in this structure and I was well enough to repeat the experience recently (July 2022). Well, TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I save only the location and the swimming pool. But PLEASE read my review.

-- Formal, long and unwelcoming check-in. -- The room: located on the top floor as requested but very disappointing in the cleanliness and quality of the furniture and furnishings. Upon arrival, the window panes (room with bed in particular) were VERY, VERY dirty. I had to call the front desk to send the staff to clean it (the dirt, very heavy, was all inside the window, not outside). The staff forgot to clean the bathroom window as well. The carpet was very dirty, with dry white and yellow spots like unclean eggs (just to name a few). The front of the bed was dirty. -- In the morning, upon arrival in the breakfast room (dark and with windows heavily covered by external light-filtering structures), the staff had not registered my room number or my name as authorized to use the previously paid breakfast service. I had to wait over 15 minutes on my feet for them to check. I was not shown to the tables and had to request a cappuccino several times. The table was VERY dirty, as were all the other tables that have unwatchable dirt sub-plates. The variety of the breakfast just passable. -- At morning, I tried to go to the pool: the changing room was dirty and there were all the towels used from the day before and thrown around, without any clean ones. The lockers available to guests were all, and I mean ALL without keys. -- Basically this hotel is definitely to be avoided and I write it with knowledge of the facts. One wonders what the hotel manager does, if he/she checks his/her staff properly: in this regard, many, many questions arise without any appeal and some provision on these circumstances must be taken by the owners or by the majority shareholders of the company that owns the structure. (I include some explanatory photos, I could have done many more)
