Not good. Complete lack of service.

That no staff were there to give us a key for an hour. All the phone numbers were incorrect to contact staff as well.

Great hotel in Nelson bay

Great hotel in a great location walking distance into Nelson bay. The layout of our room was fantastic for our stay with our baby as the bedroom was separate and blockout curtains in the living area allowed him to sleep well in the living area. Kitchen facilities were great. Spa bath was lovely. Pool area is great. Restaurant is nice. I would stay here again.

I know the rooms aren’t serviced but if staying longer than 3 nights it would be nice to be able to get fresh towels/bath mat for the room.

Great place for business or pleasure trips to Nelson Bay

Great location and lovely room. Beautiful pool and a couple of options right there for eating.

There was no hot water when I had my shower in the morning!

Stayed in the one bedroom delux apartment. Excellent views of the pool, and overlooking the bay. Would love to stay again.

The location was OK just a 10 minute walk down into town where the shops and restaurants are. We didn’t eat at the hotel. The hotel needs a renovation of the beds were poor.

The hotel needs new beds and new carpet.

Family-friendly and quiet location

Pool is great, the deluxe 2 bedroom apartments are well equipped and reasonably updated. Family friendly rooms equipped with essentials and kitchen. Location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront, but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Plenty of parking.

While the hotel has been updated a little, for the price we paid, the room could be cleaned a little better. There was hair from previous guests here and there, bathroom and wet areas could do with a bit of a scrub as stains were forming around the taps and tub, as well as soap/shampoo build up on the glass window above the spa/shower. There was no gym but at least the pool was decent sized and clean. The games room required payment for the games.

excellent resort to enjoy the natural ocean beauty

The view was excellent. the pool and facilities were all very high quality — better than I expected for the price.

the double entrance door was a bit odd (not bad but a bit of a hassle)

All in all was a comfortable stay nice facilities and great friendly staff.

Great location,nice and quiet most of the time. Friendly staff and great view.

The walls in the apartment we stayed in could do with a good clean. Some kind of splatter on the bedroom wall was a bit off putting. The fridge leaked on the floor on the last night we stayed there. Also I think a bin at the front/ reception could be a good idea.

I was very unwell when I arrived and Lisa from Reception went out of her way to accommodate my requests that met my expectations and my stay comfortable. All Reception staff were friendly.

Pleasant short stay at the Landmark!

Convenient 10 minute walk to most of the restaurants. Appreciated having a small kitchen plus dining table, plus an outside balcony with additional table and chairs. Comfortable living room which we used a bit due to inclement weather. The pool was huge, although we didn't use because of the weather. We enjoyed the distant ocean view.

Netflix didn't work well. Stalled when using, we didn't persevere. The bed was too soft, ie we kinda rolled into the middle of it which wasn't great. The glass in the shower needs to be extended as the water soaked the floor when showering. The kitchen cupboards didn't fit well. The crockery and glassware weren't the best, ie the breakfast bowls were tiny and the wine glasses and tumblers were cheap.
