Several beaches are close by, including Lake Michigan Beach, Ferry Beach, and Depot Beach. This home is so very close to downtown Charlevoix. The house is exactly as described and in pictures. Erinn was very responsive and willing to work with my family. Highly recommend this home. This was our second time staying here and we hope to again in the future

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. I have rented several VRBOs over the years and this is one of the best I have been in. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room in kitchen, dining area and living area for our group of 5. Enough bedrooms for all which were very comfortable and 3 full baths. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to downtown. Wonderful back deck with gas firepit and plenty of chairs. All in all a perfect weekend away in a beautiful home.

Fantastic location. Everything was top notch; from the finishes to the conveniences all around the home. Place was immaculate. We’ve stayed in many vrbos throughout the country and this was by far the best. Owner was super responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality rental just steps away from downtown. Super impressed- would def stay here again!

Enjoyed staying at this home. It’s very clean and nicely appointed. All pots, pans are new and in excellent condition. Highly recommend this vacation home. There is even a secret beach area with perfect sunset views that’s walkable.

Updated, clean home within walking distance to all Charlevoix has to offer. Nothing like watching the sunset and returning home to enjoy a great back deck, cozy gas fireplace and string lighting.

This property was fabulous for our women’s weekend. This home is very well stocked with quality linens and furniture. The house was immaculately clean. There is a great deck on the back, which was wonderful for morning coffee. Close to shopping and restaurants, and just a short drive to Petoskey for more shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to from the Detroit area on major roads. Erin was quick to respond to questions and provide info on the area. We will definitely be back.

This house is gorgeous. Quiet neighborhood, spacious accommodations, incredible amenities, looks and feels brand new — all two blocks and a quick walk from downtown Charlevoix! Updated beautifully with modern everything, appointed with top quality everything needed and more. Our favorite parts were the kitchen and the gorgeous patio, with a large sturdy hammock, romantic and beautifully crafted stone fire pit, and Edison lights galore! Owner was gracious to work with and it could not have been a better experience, location or accommodation. Would stay any day! Thank you!

The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and they provided everything we needed in the kitchen. We used the deck in the backyard a lot, and loved the fire pit. Was helpful that they provided beach towels. Overall a great stay, and a great location close to town!

This property was amazing! It was in a great location, walking distance to downtown Charlevoix shops/ restaurants and beach! The house was updated, clean, spacious and had many useful amenities! The large back deck and firepit was the best part of the property! My group and I enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property for your stay up north!

Beautiful property in the heart of Charlevoix. The interior space was perfect for 7 adults, with just enough room to both relax and have fun. The outdoor deck with gas fire pit (photo needs to be updated for the new fire pit) was our high lite many nights. Easy walk to the pier and to downtown. A must stay! Thanks Errin and Abe!

The home was absolutely beautiful! Such a cozy feeling and decor. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! They thought out everything! No detail was left unturned! Great house in perfect location

This charming house has been totally redone and was the perfect home base for our northern Michigan getaway. Our family of five loved the space of four bedrooms and three bathrooms - the teenagers could all spread out. Having the master on the first floor gave us a sense of space and privacy as well. The kitchen was spacious and modern, and although we never cooked, it had all the amenities one could want. The coffee and snacks that were provided were so appreciated, as were the beach towels, laundry detergent, and bathroom supplies. The huge deck was awesome and was a great space to relax, and do yoga each morning. The neighborhood was great and full of beautiful homes. The best part of this rental was the location and proximity to town and marina. Unless we drove to another town, we never had to use our car... it’s a two block walk from the house to downtown Charlevoix and to the beach. It was a beautiful and comfortable home to return to after each busy day. Erinn was a great host. We will definitely return to this house when we come back up north.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house was equipped with everything from A-Z!! Pretty much everything was brand new!! It was super clean!! The location is great, walking distance to the downtown area, the marina, and beach!! The patio is huge with cute string lights!! A nice big backyard with a fire pit that my son couldn’t get enough of! The owners of the house were available the minute we tried contacting them. I highly recommend this house!! I hope everyone gets to enjoy it as much as my family and me did!!
