Only a 1/2 block from the Ocean, we have 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths (2 kings, 3 queens, 1 futon and 1 twin). The house has 4 decks and 3 with ocean views. You can park 3 mid size cars under the building and one more in the lot. We feature Wi-Fi, HBO, Show time, and Sports Package. One floor entertaining has fully equipped kitchen ,4 stool Breakfast Bar, GF In-Out BBQ Grill. Dining and living rooms leading out to a deck with ocean view. We are 50 yards from Woody's with cold beer and the best crab cakes in Dewey, Starboard's famous Bloody Mary Bar is 2 blocks away. There are many great breakfast spots close as well . Outdoor shower and some beach chairs provided as well. Brand new high-efficiency A/C keeps you cool .

Arrived with no issues, did note that there was a bare minimum linens (sheets and pillowcases) and no bath or kitchen linens provided (was informed right before stay started). Upon arrival, location was nice and as expected there were alot of stairs especially 3 flights of stairs to one room (loft with king) being completely open which was not noted. Other rooms being decent with privacy, though noise traveled through all rooms even with doors closed (tvs for instance). Alot of broken furniture like dressers with handles coming off, lights and appliances not working (dishwasher, laundry and fridge worked fine). Screens to doors/windows needed repair, some drywall marks could be found with some residual damage from other guests. Some power outlets were uncovered at the wall, and some switches didn't function for lights (minor inconvenience). Floors were clean to sight, but left dirt on feet after walking on them at checkin. Bathrooms on every floor and each bedroom had their own, though varying quality and mainatinance. Very good location to less populated area of beach and close. Alot of good restaurants within walking distance, and the trolley stops nearby to Boardwalk. Due to close proximity, noise pollution from restaurant at night. AC worked well, though at top bedroom it had expected difficulty reaching.

We rented this property for the inaugural visit of a new extended family annual week away. It could not have been better. There are four bedrooms (each with a bath). We put a family unit in each room and it worked out perfectly. Please be aware the fourth bedroom is kind of a loft. It’s on the top floor, but it’s open to the floors below. You don’t want to gossip about the person in that room when you’re on one of the lower levels—they can hear you! There are also a good number of stairs. We put great grandma on the main living level and it worked out fine. Ample parking for four vehicles, outdoor shower and an outdoor closet for stashing beach equipment. Nam was great with communication. Wonderful stay!!!!

This place has had some upgrades and looks so much nicer than the pics. Plenty of space for our group ranging from kids to older adults! Loved the decks, the location, the parking and the outdoor shower. Would love to return!

The property was everything it was suppose to be. Half a block from the beach. It was clean and kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for us all. Enjoyed our stay. Will book again for next year.

Great air conditioning. Nice close walk to beach. Very quiet. Relaxing on porch. Playing games was fun. My husband and I are 67 and 69. Our kids are 38 and 40. Both have 2 kids ages 3-13. This was a wonderful vacation for all of us. Great places to eat. Just walk a little. Great outdoor showering and 4 parking spots are terrific. Nice to have 4 bathrooms and balconies were nice. Thanks again.

Rented this house with some girlfriends for the weekend. It is in a great location for both the beach and all of the Dewey bars. The place was clean and spacious. Landlord was very responsive and provided helpful details in advance. Would definitely rent again.

The pictures don't do this place justice. I stayed a long weekend with a large group of girlfriends. There was PLENTY of space for everyone. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and near by deck. The kitchen was a good size, lots of room to store all your things. Lots of parking available. House is close to EVERYTHING- beach, food, bars- we didn't have to venture further than about 5 blocks. Owners were very responsive to any questions and we got our security deposit back the same day we left. The house had an umbrella and so many beach chairs available for use. We had the best time at the house - I wouldn't hesitate to rent again! Thanks so much!!

The location is so great. Close to everything and just a very short walk to beach. The house is nice, great size rooms. We had three families staying there and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Steve and Nam were great and available if we needed anything!

We just returned from our stay there, and would stay there again. It's a perfect location, just a few houses from a busy, but not crowded, stretch of beach. The decor and appliances are contemporary. There are plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers for everyone. A quick trip to the store for food was all we needed to feel at home.
