About this condo rental

Situated in Dewey Beach, this lovely condo for $1,211 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This property has undergone a major refurbishment in the recent past and this year I replaced the sofa, loveseat, and living area chairs. I also replaced the last remnants of carpeting in the master and 2nd bedroom with wood laminate. Previously carpeting in the loft and main mid floor was replaced with hardwood flooring. Tile replaced the carpet in the back bedroom that leads to the back porch. Four new twin beds have been placed in the loft and small back bedroom. A queen bed was removed from the master bedroom and two new full beds were placed in the master bedroom. New lighting has been added to each downstairs bedroom. The unit now accomodates 10 people in beds. The kitchen was refurbished with new wood cabinet doors, a new granite countertop, new sink and faucet. A soap dispenser and water filter were added to the sink. The appliances have been upgraded with a range/oven, Dishwasher, and new refrigerator this year (2016)., The location is at the end of the street from the Bottle and Cork nightclub and two blocks from the Starboard Bar. It is short walk to everything Dewey Beach offers. And it is one and a half block to the Ocean; the bay and sunsets are viewable off any of the three decks in the front of the unit. There are two dedicated parking spots in front of the unit, an outside shower and a porch off the back bedroom provides a cool spot for relaxing after the beach sun. The unit is available for partial weeks, weekends, and weekly rentals. Also the unit is not available year round. Rental season is 17 April to 18 October 2015 and I usually winterize the property in late October or early November. The unit will have a wifi system in it during the season. A phone is no longer provided, since most folks are using cells and telemarketers are a nuisance to those on vacation. A new 42 inch LCD TV has been wall mounted on the Main deck and new flat screen TVs are located in on each floor. There are pictures on the web site to more accurately reflect the recent upgrades. A new dining room table and 8 new chairs were acquired three years ago. Keywords: Beach Rental .

Fred’s place was perfect for our girls trip! You can’t get a better location. It is walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, bars and cute shops. The place is beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our group of 8 women had a wonderful stay here! Fred was very nice and showed us around the place during checkin. Loved the two upper decks where we could see the bay & sunset. Short walk to beach and most restaurants & bars. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Dewey Beach!

This property was perfect for our trip of 9 girls! The location is AMAZING - walking distance to the beach and every bar/restaurant. We did not use a car once (which is amazing because parking and Ubers can be annoying here). The property itself is super cute and extremely clean. There was lots of space for all 9 of us, and the owner is super accommodating and helpful if you need anything. He even met us when we got there to give us a tour of the place - he was so nice! I would DEFINITELY stay here again when I come back, we loved it!

We LOVED this property and the host! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent in Dewey for a beach weekend. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk from all the bars. It’s even more specious than the photos and the owner is absolutely, lovely. He’s super communicative and understanding. You will not regret staying here!

Had a great stay in Dewey. Fred’s house is very comfortable for a big group of people. The beds were comfortable and the house had a lot of amenities. We were in the center of town and walked to the beach, restaurants, and bars with ease. Very convenient for a big group of girls. The house comes with two parking spots which we used and we scouted out the street parking from the balcony. Would love to come back here again for a nice weekend in the summer.

This house was awesome! I stayed here with 10 people and it fit us all really well. It was spacious, clean and the major highlight was it’s location, it was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere! Fred was a great host, responsive before check-in and even walked us through the house when we arrived. I highly recommend to stay here, it has to be the best rental in Dewey beach.

We beach in Rehoboth Beach but we decided we wanted to stay in town at Dewey Beach and be within walking distance of the beach, bars, and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay, there were 10 of us and we fit very comfortably. Fred is very nice and was very welcoming. Highly recommend! Great views of the bay from all 3 decks and easy to find off the main road and parking was easy as well.

The location of this property could not have been better! So incredibly easy to walk everywhere and great outdoor deck space. If you’re going to Dewey then this is absolutely the place to stay. The house itself did also have updates that are not reflected in the photos - everything was very clean and well kept - 100% would stay here again

We had a lovely time in Fred's place. It was an easy walk to the beach with our 4 pre-school/elementary school kids. There were lots of ways to arrange the two families in the bedrooms. The house was comfortable and clean and Fred was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to all the bars and the beach! The pictures aren’t up to date, the living room and kitchen are SO much nicer than in the photos. Parking was so easy too, we had 4 cars and figuring out guest parking is so easy

From the beginning, Fred was an amazing host. He walked me through every nook and cranny of the house to make sure we had no problems. The location was prime, on the bay down the street from Jimmy’s. The space was impecable and you cannot beat the bay view. I would highly recommend this property

This was an excellent place to stay with family. It is a fully stocked home. Two blocks to the beach and a view of the bay. The owner was lovely. He walked me through the house so I knew where everything was. We stayed here in the off season and it was very quiet. Watching the sun set on the bay was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

The property looked perfect for our group when we booked it, and it delivered on that promise. Fred was very nice. We couldn't meet with him at arrival due to getting in late, but he helped us get settled over text and on the phone. Place was clean, amenities were good, and the location was perfect. We had a quick 3 night stay at Fred's place. Fred was amazing to deal with, it was very evident that he truly cared about our experience at his rental. He contacted us the day of arrival to see what time we would be showing up and met us 2 hours before check-in time to let us in and go over the property (we had just planned to go to the beach until 4). The condo was well-appointed and we needed for nothing in the way of amenities. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Dewey. Thanks Fred!!

My family of 5 (3 kids including a toddler) and my sister stayed here and loved it! We’ve rented a lot of beach houses and this was one of the best. Very clean and comfortable and the owner was really great to work with. Location is awesome and the view of the bay was really pretty. Would highly recommend!

We did our annual girls trip here and it was great. You can’t beat the location for walking around downtown Dewey and Fred was a great host. The condo is roomy and has lots of amenities already stocked. This was an awesome weekend!

Location is perfect, close to bars, beach and nice views. Wish the bathrooms were more updated. Kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable. Overall great! And Fred was a nice host.
