This unit has over 1,250 square feet, so you will have plenty of room to enjoy the lakefront views. ***** It is illegal, pursuant to the Ohio Fair Housing Law, Division (H) of Section 4112.02 of the Revised Code and the Federal Fair Housing law, 42 U.S.C.A. 3601, as amended, to refuse to sell, transfer, assign, rent, lease, sublease or finance housing accommodations, refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of housing accommodations, or otherwise deny or make unavailable housing accommodations because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, ancestry, military status as defined in that section, disability as defined in that section, or national origin or to so discriminate in advertising the sale or rental of housing, in the financing of housing, or in the provision of real estate brokerage services. It is also illegal, for profit, to induce or attempt to induce a person to sell or rent a dwelling by representations regarding the entry into the neighborhood of a person or persons belonging to one of the protected classes. Lake Erie Vistas Rules and Regulations Effective May 31, 2019 Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks . Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety:  *No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.  *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.  *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.  *The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:  *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach.  *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety:   *No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool  *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

Condo itself was beautiful. Sadly it wasn’t the cleanest. Both bathrooms mirrors and shower in master were spotty and not all that clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nice, however The decor was dark and tribal. There was even an Indian headpiece hanging in the living room which was just creepy. They was also a hole behind one of the nightstands where there must have been an outlet at one time. The outlets in the master were also loose and couldn’t hold a plug into them. Location was great but would not chose this condo again.

We stayed here for our 44th wedding anniversary and had a great stay along with going to many of the wineries. Property was very nice and well appointed and equipped. It was very roomy for just the 2 of us and view of the lake is great. About the only negative we had was the main bed was too soft for me as I have back issues and woke up each day with a backache that took several hours to go away. Otherwise very nice unit.

Great place, so enjoyed listening to waves off Lake. Very nice accommodations..highly recommend and plan to visit again. Great location to many of the Geneva Wineries.

This condo is beautiful, with high end finishes and a gorgeous view of Lake Erie from the second floor balcony. It was spotless upon arrival. Check in and check out was a breeze. We loved our stay and hope to return next year.

My Fiance' and I stayed for 3 nights and wished it could have been more. Everything was very nice in our condo and the property was exceptional. With so much to do in the area each day, we enjoyed coming back to the beach, pool and quiet evenings on our balcony. We will be back again!
