The Southwest Sea house offers 12 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests. Have a smaller group? Book the 7 bedroom lockout to accommodate just 26 guests. Have a larger group? Look into the availability of the other 3 luxurious Breezyville homes! With an ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance! There is a spacious balcony on every floor for enjoying breathtaking views. On the first floor of the house, you'll find a state of the art kitchen, a large and cozy living room with a flat screen TV, and a dining table. Also on this floor are the first 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds, and the other with 3 twin over twin bunks. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Head to the second and third floors to find the rest of the chicly decorated bedrooms! There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor: 3 of them contain 2 queen beds each, and the other 2 each have a King bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom while bedrooms 5, 6, and 7 each have a private bathroom. Enjoy balcony access from the two King bedrooms! The third floor offers 5 more bedrooms. This was a tour group of actors/actresses who had been on tour for a month. The house was the PERFECT way to get to spend time together and not in hotels. The location, easy access to the beach, the pool, the balconies, etc. were all perfect. I'm glad we didn't have to use the bunk beds; they would have been tough for adults. My only complaint would be that the couch is in pretty poor condition and probably needs to be replaced. But, we had a BLAST!!

We loved the property. Plenty of room for our family reunion. The kitchen is well appointed. Our littles loved the pool and we appreciated the close proximity to the beach. Would definitely rent again!

This house is perfect for large groups. It’s right on the beach. Our girls parasailed, road the banana boat thing, played volleyball and hung out on the beach with all of their friends. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/den had plenty of room for all to eat & hang out. Balconies on every floor, a nice pool and outdoor grilling & seating. And tons of nearby restaurants & shopping. I highly recommend!

The property was spacious and very clean. With a travel party of 30, this property had more than enough space for everyone. The location right on the beach was ideal for enjoying the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing to wake up to each morning.

This is an older property but our room was nice and clean and we had plenty of room. Great location and steps to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well. I would recommend this room. The property stairs could use some lighting. We stayed during hurricane zeta and felt very safe.
