Beautiful place run by wonderful people

The apartment is just wonderful. Extremely clean and has everything you need. There is also a kitchen one can use to cook. The best about this place is definitely it’s stuff, especially Papis, the guard. He is an unbelievable honest and lovely person that helps you with everything you need (changing money, buying food, getting photo copies etc.). He spent a whole afternoon helping me with a personal issue and I never ever expected this kind of helpfulness. Big thanks also to the owner of the place, who was as well extremely kind and always available. Beautiful place run by wonderful people. Highly recommended!

Good value studio apartment

It’s a comfortable studio apartment with a detached kitchen. there was air conditioning, a smart tv, nice shower and everything was clean. Papis was very friendly and helpful despite our language barrier.

Nice stay in great area

Papis was a lifesaver and very helpful. The neighborhood, Fann Hock, is lovely. The people are great and the area is very walkable. Chez Amina has pretty decent food for a very good price. Two markets are nearby by for all your shopping needs. The host was very responsive as well. I had to switch rooms due to overbooking, and the the bigger apartment is nice but not as quiet as people are above you--no one is above you in the studio apartment. Note that the kitchen is detached from the bedroom, so you have to step outside of your room but the overall space is enclosed. It's very safe to keep the door and window open while inside during the day as they both have screens and Papis always there. The view from the studio is more like the courtyard for the other apartment. Overall, good stay if you need a no frills place.

This is NOT beachfront. It is very close to the beach and Magicland; Booking should take that down.

Nice stay for a good money

Clean, cosY, fully equipped, spacious, Nice helpful staff.

dont have any sign outside, so you have to ask which building IT is.

It’s very close to everything, the city, the beach, supermarkets etc the room is very comfortable and very clean. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like home. A big thank you to Pappis and Khadija The owner is very available and understanding

Very nice residential area, great people, with everything you need in walking distance.

Fann Hock is a nice residential district, There is a super nice tipical Senegal Restaurant just across the street called Chez Amina, where you can eat , also a good bar le Khorbi. The gardien Papus is excellent, and Hadi, who is doing the cleaning is super nice as well. Overall lovely people, I enjoyed staying there!

Comfy Digs in Dakar

The neighborhood is great and easily walkable with a very local feel. The Touba coffee across (just a cart/stand) from the SuperMarche and Chez Amina restaurant across the street are especially good. The caretaker is awesome, friendly and helpful. We felt well looked after. The room is sizeable and comfy, and clean. The patio is nice but have some mosquito repellent if you're sitting out there at dusk. There aren't excessive mosquitos, but some. The neighborhood is very active at certain times and interesting to be in.

Our room didn't have any outward facing windows to let in natural sun (one faced a courtyard and lacked privacy, the other was in the bathroom). Sometimes hard to tell what time of day it was. Also, it was a little hard to find, but not impossible. But there's no sign. The caretaker talked to the taxi driver and led him in.

Terrific! I'm coming back!

A welcome fruit basket and fresh water on the table was a delicate attention. Every single need was met diligently. Tv was working fine with lots of channels, YouTube and Netflix. Appartment conveniently located near restaurants, and the famous Dakar Corniche where it is great to walk every evening

Too much talking at night from the street. One of the nuisances when you live downtown
