Pleasant

The staff was very responsive and helpful.

The booking process fell apart. My wife gave them a call prior to arrival, they have confirmed there are plenty of rooms. Then they said they sent a link for the payment, which didnt seem to arrive. They gave 24 hours for payment, we arrived to location after around 27 hours, where we were told there is no rooms available. It was 3.5 hour from the capital. I went through the booking.com and managed to book a room, to which they were very surprised. They had to give us a room. They couldnt figure out the key to the elevator, so the elevator would go up to 4th floor and from there we would take steps to 5th floor, not much work, but was annoying to do it every time. There was a lot of astray dogs in the hotel area. Some of them staff weren't aware of. They were not agressive dogs, but would come straight to the restaurant table to your lap, which was freaking out my wife. She doesnt like dogs. Food quality was not the best.

Mountain escape

Hotel is good & very comfortable but it needs maintenance in SPA area & its restaurant staff requires lots of training on guest services. We ordered food but served very late. No one comes & check to take orders needs to follow them. Spa lockers are malfunctioning.

Cooperation of the operation manager was highly appreciated

We asked to change our cottage to hotel rooms, and Mr. Nurlan Samadli Operations Manager, thankfully changed our reservation to a suite without extra charges

Bad front desk staff experience and beautiful property far from center.

Room was good and property well organized, however, front desk staff worst in my whole life i travelled many countries. They are not cooperating and even we asked give adaptor for mobile charging, they asked money even other place we stayed in same country, hotel provided the adaptor for charging. Location is far from center and no limousine service, these services are operated from front desk staff/security staff unofficially.

Property is very beautiful except location, hotel front desk staff are only not organized. I asked them to share hotel manager number to give my feedback personally but they did not share hotel manage number.

the staff were horrible, asking for a tip from the fist minute. also, it seems like all the rooms have an issue with a door and they didnt actually fix it during our stay. moreover, they dont spray the green areas against the bugs, so they were everywhere

Good hotel for Families

I the hotel looks renovated lately. This hotel good for families. The restaurant food and service was great. The breakfast was good. they have two pool one for ladies and the other one for men which good for some families. They have songs show at night. the Room was clean and renovated.

The reception they don't speak English and not very good in customer service so you will feel difficulty to ask for your needs. They have tea water heater in the room but no free water and no supplies like tea and coffee Kinda disappointed for 5 star hotel not provide this basic supplies. when i used the phone zero to call the reception found zero not working. The hotel staff service not good for 5 star hotel in general.

Exceptional

Fantastic Turkish bath and sauna and a swim in the pool included in my room stay. The grounds are soul-satisfyingly beautiful. The pond, waterfalls, islands with little tables to sit at, walnut trees.... Even a little dove house where you can sit and watch the birds! The food was also great! I ordered the mushroom soup both evenings with my meal. 😋

A little more coffee in the room would have been nice. Some of us foreigners drink a lot of coffee...😊

Superb

- Location being in middle of forest & greenery all around. Convenient for people who have their own conveyance. - 3-4 kilometers drive before reaching Resort is simply awesome as road is passing from thick forest & covered by trees. - Breakfast - Pool & SPA - Ample parking

- Bed & Bedroom furniture. Carpet was dirty with so many spots. Mattress need to be replaced with good quality. Furniture was with scratches.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff is great, kind, friendly. You don`t need to go out to eat and rest. Service at the restaurant and meals were amazing. Prices are suitable. You can rest your mind while having a cup of tea and enjoy the view.

It was a little bit far from the highway.
