The complex is well maintained and offers lift access, a swimming pool and secure undercover tandem carparking for two cars. Suitable for families or a small group of friends this lovely apartment enjoys a north facing entertaining deck with a lovely outlook towards the ocean. Unwind in air conditioned comfort in the cosy and relaxed lounge area. Sit back and listen to the sounds of the surf. Come together for shared meals where the dining table seats 6, or enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, en-suite with shower and a small walk in robe. Throw open the glass sliding doors to the balcony and take advantage of the ocean breezes and natural light. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed whilst the 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds and access via glass doors to a peaceful and private fully enclosed courtyard area. These rooms share a bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Features Include: - * 3 Bedrooms - 1 x Queen, 1 x Double, 2 x Singles * 2 Bathrooms - including ensuite off main * Good size balcony with outdoor setting, sunlounges * Weber BBQ and an ocean outlook * All on one level - easy access to the first floor via complex lift * Well equipped kitchen * Books and games * Air conditioned living area * Ceiling fans in all bedrooms * Own fully equipped laundry within the apartment * Storage area for surfboards, bikes or beach equipment * 2 car tandem parking in undercover secure parking lot * Exclusive use fully enclosed courtyard * Wifi * 2 minute walk to Sunshine Beach Village cafes & shops and a 2 minute walk to the patrolled beach and great surf breaks *NB No events, functions, parties or school leaver groups permitted - Guests are also required to abide by the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour - copy available online with our terms and conditions Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted. A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items. *NB - AS AT June 2022 - Please note there is a new build under construction nearby this property - Schedule of works vary from week to week where periods of no activity may be experienced.

Fab location, butoverlooks the beach! Short stroll to shops. Some of the furniture needs updating as old but wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

Apartment was situated in a great spot, easy walking distance to beach, sunshine beach shops( which has a couple of great coffee shops) and surf club. Easy drive to Hastings street and other amenities. Would be happy to stay there again.
