locality and comfortable beds and pleasant rooms
not don’t like but maybe a “nice to have” suggestion to provide more body wash and shampoo as there were two of us and one bottle of body wash and shampoo wasn’t enough. Also there were two of us but only one bottle of drinking water supplied for our entire 5 days of stay and we had to go buy drinking water everyday.

The location was ideal. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and city center. Isar River was close by as well. I found the staff at the property to be exceptional. Well trained, friendly and motivated about their work.
Upon check out, I asked for an email copy of my bill receipt. Later on checking my email, I found that I had not received it. Please send again to [email protected]
Additionally, I took a taxi parked outside to get to the HBH to continue on my trip. Unfortunately, en route to the Bahnhoff, I was berated by the driver (said he came to Germany as an Iraqi refugee) and proceeded to hurl verbal abuse at Americans and praise of Putin and how he should launch nuclear missles to punish us. I let him know his outbursts were unacceptable. Just a note you may want to mention to tourists visiting the hotel to be careful riding the taxis out front of the property.

Then hotel is very well located, close to the S Bahn so easynti access from the airport. The bex was very comfortable.
I would have liked to have more bread in the breakfast... I know it is.not important but the bread was not enough...

Die zentrale Lage ist super! Die Optik des Hotels ist auch schön. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
Für den Preis erwarte ich etwas mehr comfort.
Der Föhn ist versteckt im Kleiderschrank in einer Hülle, der Wasserkocher ist versteckt in der Kommode und man muss ihn raus holen und auf dem Tisch platzieren um Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten.

Foi tudo ótimo. O único pequeno deslize foi no check-out. Me dirigi ao balcão para realizar o check-out e não havia reparado que era o posto do Conciergè, ele não foi cortês ao indicar o colega ao lado.

Das Hilton Munich City hat eine Lage, von der aus man beispielsweise Innenstadt und Englischen Garten via ÖPNV sehr gut und schnell erreichen kann. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind in der TG vorhanden, wenn auch - wie nicht unüblich - recht klein.
Das Umfeld zum Hotel ist nicht sonderlich ansprechend. Direkt gegenüber ist eine recht unansehnliche Immobilie.
Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe. Die Ausstattung hat es aber definitiv hinter sich und man spürt, dass die besten Tage lang, lang zurück liegen. Der Name verspricht hier deutlich mehr, als die Ausstattung bietet. Einfach oll. Sauber sind die Zimmer aber auf jeden Fall - wenn man man von Vornutzerhaaren absieht.

Hotel ist liegt sehr nah am Deutschen Museum und ist ideal für einen Städtetrip. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Gleiches galt auch für das Bad. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für jeden war eine reichhaltige Auswahl dabei. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage war ruhig aber nah genug am Stadtzentrum. In Summe waren wir zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft.

the Staff were good, the rooms were clean and quite.
the Staff were not able to retive our booking for quite sometime which was already paid for, however they managed it and handed us the room keys.

Das Personal war leider schlecht vorbereitet, hat lange gedauert.
Fenster konnten gerade mal gekippt werden. Vor dem Fenster waren viele Raucher von Cannabis „zu Gast“.
Kaum Bio Produkte beim Frühstück. Brot wurde nicht nachgelegt. Entsprach bei weitem nicht den Erwartungen

Very clean and modern. Location was very good with underground parking and metro two stops to centre
Nothing really. Some small points though would improve. One chef for omelettes and eggs etc is not enough and the queue shouldn’t be in front of the other food as it causes issues for guests. Get more coffee machines. Even two more would make a difference.

Location is great, very close to metro station.
It was very noisy. I could hear next door rooms conversations very loudly. There was a dog barking all the time. Also, every time someone closed their doors, the entire walls would shake. The room service staff were extremely loud in the mornings, starting at around 8am. They wouldn't respect the do not disturb card on the door, they would call you on the phone to confirm that you don't want the room cleaning service. Overall, very loud and noisy hotel, or at least thats how it was during my stay on the second floor.

Zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer.
Leider völlig inkompetente Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und Kundenbetreuung! Es ist sehr enttäuschend, wie ignorant mit uns umgegangen wird. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und warten bis heute auf die Rechnungen, welche wir dringend benötigen. Selbst nach dreimaligem telefonischen Nachfragen und drei E-Mails bisher erfolglos. Es gibt nur Lippenbekenntnisse am Telefon und eine Standardisierte E Mail mit persönlicher Note, auf welche nach zweimaligem Schreiben nicht einmal mehr reagiert wird! Ein schönes Hotel verliert so jeden Glanz und die Aussicht auf eine Neubuchung.

В кімнаті було дуже холодно. У мене маленька дитина і нам такий температурний режим не підходить. У ванній кімнаті неможливо вимкнути витяжну вентиляцію, вона працює постійно. Довелось закрити її рушником щоб під час купання було тепліше. Одна чашка була брудною. Двері дуже важко відкрити. Моїй дружині було важко їх відчиняти. Персонал не достатньо привітний.

Sämtliche Züge waren am Abreisetag ausgefallen und wir mussten eine Nacht verlängern war kein Problem zum Sonderpreis konnten wir eine weitere
Nacht im gleichen Zimmer bleiben.

The property was as expected. Hilton Hotels are uniformly good.
Check-in process was slow and confused. I thought I had reserved two queen rooms through Booking.com, but instead got two twin rooms. Not worth bothering changing, but annoying. The Check-in staff made it clear that they preferred booking directly through Hilton rather than through Booking.com. Not sure what happened, but I typically don't have this problem with other hotels booked through Booking.com.

Lage gut und die Zimmer sind schön groß. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Preise des room Services waren viel zu übertrieben.
Frühstück war für 25€ p. P. enttäuschend. Wenig Auswahl und alles in Mini Format. Das Personal beim Frühstück war unaufmerksam, sodass die leeren Teller nicht abgeräumt wurden. Lange Warteschlangen an der Kaffeemaschine und diese war selbst zu ruhigen Zeiten dreckig. Ab 10 Uhr gab es teilweise keine Brezeln mehr und diese wurden auch bei Nachfrage nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Fanden wir in einem Hotel in München unpassend.
