Absolutely basic hotel. clean. nice beds. nothing else. only one towel per person. only one shampoo per person.

Breakfast was good and staff were nice.
Felt very dirty, shared bathroom and toilet were disgusting, we stayed 2 nights and the toilet smelt awful both days and shower didn't feel clean with hair and blocked drain. Only 1 shower and toilet on our level.
Location was rated very high but for that rating I expected to be closer. It was one of the last hotels before you were in a very empty part of the city. Had to walk 15-20min to get to the centre of town.
While everything in Munich is expensive I think you'd be better getting a private room with shared bathroom in a hostel If you're looking for a cheaper place as all facilities here we're old.

Great location. Just a short walk from the main train station, and the 'old' section of Munich. Very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was included, which was a bonus.
Nothing really to dislike about this property. Just be careful to note if you are booking a *shared bathroom* room, or if it has a bathroom as part of the room.

Amazing breakfast. All kind of breads, cheese, fruits and a wonderfull cupuccino :)
The staff is very polite, nice and friendly.
The hotel has a great location, we walked to the city center everyday.
Very clean and cosy hotel.
They allow us to leave the bags in the hotel after the check in.
The only point I recommend to improve is the insonorization between bedrooms. We could hear snoring in the next bedroom.

The hotel Staff is really nice! The breakfast is great. They have upgraded my room free of charge just because there was an empty room which was better (I didn't even ask for it, they offered)

We weren't expecting much as we were just searching for a place near the train station, but we were very pleasantly surprised. All the hotel staff was very nice, we got a free upgrade to have our own bathroom, the breakfast was wonderful (great food, huge choice, plenty of fruit&veg, cute little details like candles), you can borrow a kettle or other appliances at the reception. The room was warm, clean and comfortable with well-thought details like main-light switches at both sides of the bed. Will gladly return.
The furniture was a little worn out. However, it was only an aesthetic issue, not functional (i.e., the bed was not making noise etc.), and this is basically just a nitpicking.

The room is very spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast is superb. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to central station and all major attractions in the old town is within walking distance.

Hotel is very well located (walking distance to many touristic places and five minutes walk to the train station, there’s also one bus stop right out of the hotel). Pretty convenient to move around using public transportation. Hotel amenities were fantastic, breakfast is delicious and it’s served starting at 6am so it’s good if you have to leave early. Breakfast was definitely best hotel breakfast we have ever had.
Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was a little outdated but it was very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Hotel Jedermann!!
Maybe the only bad thing was the walls in between rooms aren’t very thick so we could hear the people in the room next door to us and kids crying very early in the morning but I guess that’s a building thing and not really something the hotel can fix that easy.

- Very friendly and accommodating staff. There was a problem with the beds (one instead of two in the room) but they reacted immediately.

Great place, clean and tidy and good location. I was here because I lost my passport and missed my flight and the staff were very accommodating, and even let me use their facilities after I’d checked out. Would definitely recommend.
