Nestled in Canyon Lake, this attractive house for $819 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Lakeside Villa at beautiful Canyon Lake! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, rare waterfront access, and stunning views, there will be no shortage of room, fun, and relaxation! Lakeside Villa offers the best in Canyon Lake area lodging! Step inside and you'll find a tastefully designed and decorated, open concept kitchen, dining, and living area, all with large windows and sliding glass doors to make the most of the best lake views you can find. This area of Canyon Lake is truly known for the best views around, and what you'll see in the photos will hardly compare once you experience it for yourself. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare that special vacation meal, and there is ample seating between the dining table, bar, and kitchen island. The living area hosts a comfortable sectional sofa and features a large panel, curved HDTV, if you choose to glance away from the lake on occasion. The upstairs master suite features a king size bed, private bath with walk-in shower, and private outdoor deck, boasting the highest and most stunning panoramic views available. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed, and utilizes the full hallway bath with shower/tub combo. Walk downstairs and you'll find a large, second living area, game area with card table, third King Bedroom, and also a bunk room for the kids. There is also a third full bathroom and laundry room on Lakeside's lower level. All that said, you'll want to spend the majority of your time on the large outdoor deck overlooking Canyon Lake, propped up in a comfortable chair and, most likely, enjoying your favorite vacation beverage while relaxing with family and friends. There is also a gas grill (propane provided) if barbecuing is your ideal getaway meal. From the lower patio, take the 1 minute walk down the trail and enjoy the covered gazebo and convenient waterfront access from the flat limestone ledge, perfect for jumping in, fishing, or launching a kayak. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 11 guests. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. *Kayaks shown in pictures do not come with rental home and are not available for rent through Vacay Hill Country. The walk to and from the water may be challenging for some guests, and some paths to the water are narrow. No smoking or pets are allowed on this property. Loved this spacious home on the Lake. Great views and plenty of room for everyone in our group. Wonderful spacious kitchen. Loved having the Gazebo. It came in very handy. House was clean & service was great also.

This house was perfect! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The deck is the perfect place to look out onto the water. The gazebo is a great place to watch the sunset. It is also about a 10 minute drive to the boat ramp, in case you wanted to rent a pontoon for the day. The washer and dryer/ dishwasher are brand new. The kitchen was also very well equipped with grilling tools, lots of utensils, plates and bowls, spices, pots and pans, and even a coffee maker! I cannot recommend this house enough.

From check in to check out everything was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The view was wonderful and we had access to the lake which is always a must for our crew. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishes. We enjoyed playing games on the game table, grilling on the balcony (again with a gorgeous view), and relaxing by the water. Will stay here again!

We loved our stay at this home. Waterfront with excellent lake views as advertised. It is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy. The home was clean and comfortable. We met our daily workout (cardio) walking down to the lake shore...lol. We look forward to coming back!

The house is amazing, it has everything you need to stay: full equipped kitchen, board games, confortable furniture, a trail for a privet area by the lake with chairs and gazebo and the best view of a sunset on the lake. I highly recommend this property.

Great lake house that has plenty of room for friends and family. The walk down is not the easiest, but at the bottom there is a wonderful gazebo area, a fire pit and best of all a concrete bulkhead that makes it really easy to fish, kayak and swim from.

Lovely place to stay. The lake entrance is amazing and we were able to swim and be on the water all day. The house is gorgeous and the sunsets are stunning from the deck. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed, the views were amazing and we all slept comfortably. The downstairs bedroom took a while to cool off and sometimes seemed hot- but this was a minor issue. There are a lot of stairs to get down to the swim area- but all worth it. It wouldn't keep us from staying here again!

Pros: breathtaking view, newly remodeled bathrooms, great access to lake on small cove, nice gas grill, beds in bedrooms were very comfortable Cons: bunk room beds not very comfortable and the room was dark and dingy, internet access did not work, the ceiling tiles were falling out downstairs, downstairs ac took a very long time to cool when we first got there (like a good 24 hours)

This property was perfect for our family vacation for 8. The open concept kitchen and living room was excellent for hanging out together with lots of space to cook and sit down together for meal time. We even lucked out a few nights with cooler weather and ate outside on the large covered patio. The house was very pretty and the views were stunning! We especially appreciated the water access. We have stayed other places around the lake and this is usually one of the most challenging things to get right. This property had a nice flat area with a gravel access to the water which was easy for everyone to use. The gazebo near the water was great for hanging out and watching the sunset and was equipped with comfortable reclining chairs. Our only minor complaint was that the kayaks shown in the property photos are not included in the rental. You have to pay extra for them. We wish that had been clearly stated in the listing because it felt a bit like false advertising. We still had an awesome time and this was only a minor inconvenience. We would love to return and book this property again.

Check in seamless. House clean. Upstairs master is fabulous. Kids said downstairs rooms were stuffy and musty. Multiple doors stick due to age/weather. House stocked with everything we needed. Awesome lakefront access for floating/kayaking. If all bedrooms were as nice as master, it would be best house on Canyon Lake.

This property exceeded all expectations. Extremely relaxing. We had 7 adults and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The management company responded quickly to all questions. All bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms never lost pressure or ran out of hot water. Kitchen and living room are were very comfortable and supplied with all the amenities we needed. Easy access into the lake. The walk back up is a little tough. We will definitely plan a trip here again! Thank you
