Great breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet was super. Everything from eggs and bacon to Chinese buns and Singapore noodles. The best buffet I've ever had.

The staff's English was sometimes difficult to understand.

Good location, it’s close to the shin-Yokohama station. There are several restaurants has discounted for the guest.

Very good choice with perfect transport connections

Perfect location over Shin Yokohama station (Shibuya in <30 min, Shinkansen station just below). 40min from Haneda airport with bus limousine. Normally a business hotel but also more than OK for couple holidays. Very helpful personal.

Location and reasonably comfortable bedroom Staff were helpful on reception

Breakfast facilities was an independent restaurant on same floor as reception, average quality food. Bar facilities poor. Gym was an uninspiring small room

Costwise and locationwise perfect hotel in Shin-Yokohama area.

First of all, the location cannot be better. Right next to(or on top of) the Shin-Yokohama station, very convenient. The room was spacious, nice view, equipped with all what you need. Super hotel that I could feel Japanese hospitality. There were enough electrical sockets on the desk and near the bed. It was also nice that they prepared a conversion plug so that I could you my European type plug. Bathroom was also spacious. I recommend this hotel if you travel to Shin-Yokohama area.

perfect stay for a couple of nights. breakfast bit questionable

the location on the top of the shin Yokohama station. easy access everywhere also to Shinkansen

We have a nice stay

We have a nice stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We can keep luggage’s in frond desk before/after check in/out. Under floor is JR station and subway,so very convenience to every where. Breakfast is good. I will stay again next time!

Solo traveler passing through on business

Location was superb as it connected to the Shin-Yokohama station. I was just passing through for a night and needed the bullet train in the morning. It worked great! Location is also awesome for exploring - there are great trails along the river and near the Nissan Stadium. Proximity to the Ramen Museum was a bonus! I was also on the 18th floor which was nice. Fitness center! Breakfast offered a wide variety.

I probably wouldn't have stayed here if I wasn't traveling for work as it's a bit pricey. Other than that, it was a great spot!

Great facilities but cleanliness is a point of improvement

Perfectly located. Nice staff. Surrounded by lots of great facilities.

The bathroom was not very clean (grease stains all over) and the room itself could've used another cleaning round. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Superb

The size and cleaniliness of the rooms is excellent. The location is great for Shin-Yokohama station. The staff were very helpful for all aspects during my stay.

The WiFi in the room was a little bit patchy at times. There is no hotel bar.
