Very good

Nice and clean room. Breakfast was good. There is a shopping mall just across the street.

The staff at the parking garage did not speak English, so it was quite difficult to communicate.

Great location, spacious and clean room, great staff esp at the breakfast, great range on breakfast food , facilities such as laundry helped us a lot.

Not enough security in the elevator, for example anyone can get in without keys.

Superb

Location is great, easy access to both Tokyo and Yokohama. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Room was nice and staff very helpful.

Great location and price, would definitely stay there again

Great location, close to two malls with food courts, next to major train station with express train to Narita airport.

No parking for visitors with cars

ok stay, packed deep cleaning when the room needed it, lack of quality food nearby

close to subway to Tokyo but far from airport

the lack of security to get to the rooms thees no key card needed to get to the rooms… the lack of help for foreigners when asking for food and local recommendations form the front desk they are clueless and hang up on you, the mall food is horrible across the street and the lack of quality local food options we did find a really good hole in wall thai massage walking distance super professional and good for the long travelers it’s called blossom I tried asking the hotel they were clueless so I stumbled upon it last minute before heading back to states . I would not stay here again

I book a night in a smaller room cause bigger room is not available . it’s too small for my liking but I only stayed for a night

it’s pretty good

this particular room at the corner is spacious for a hotel in Japan. beds comfortable , internet is acceptable , staff are very friendly hotel is close to station and river side

no facility , no gym is a disappointment

Perfect hotels for stay

Our room is huge; you can feel the air and do not have to worry that if you stand up, your head with hit the wall or something. The bathroom is significant, and there is also a big massage machine in the room.
