Only ok thing about these apartments was location

Supposed check in 3oclock and when we rang up they said they were just finishing the cleaning. So half hour later we gets in apartment pays the woman who cleaned and she left. Apartment smelt of bleach all night sheets covers and pillow cases all damp. Shades off wall lights in bedroom missing. Needless tò say absolutely rubbish sleep wasn't happy.

Wi fi not very good could not use freezer compartment it had not been defrosted water pressure not that good washing machine outside not good had to pay room was cold getting keys to apartment was awkward

Staff were very visible cleaning weeding and keeping the area as pest free as possible

"Sun" terrace only had sun on it for a very brief moment when sun was riseing in the morning

cheap and adequate for what we required.

we booked this property for last day of our holiday as we couldn’t get a late check out, we didn’t sleep just used the pool and shower before going home. it’s very basic but adequate for our needs, the pool was lovely, the shower is over the bath but again adequate. I wouldn’t stay on the site as it’s a bit run down, but for a cheap break if you aren’t overly fussy it’s in a great location. not easy to get In early as it’s locked gates, no reception area and no communal facilities.

slow to respond to messages, unable to get an early check in or confirmation that this might be possible. no communal loos or facilities on site.

Enjoyed it!

Location and size of bedrooms and bathroom are perfect. Pool area quiet, could always find a sunbed.

Very musty smell but can’t keep windows open due to security. Kitchen cupboard doors need fixing as hard to open. Needs updating in general BUT we spent hardly any time indoors so wasn’t important.

Cleanliness dreadful! Kids pool not open. Needs updating. No maid service, text when you need towels, took 24 hours. Photos on advertisement don't match the apartment.

Delighted with my stay. And intend to visit again.

It was a wonderful experience. Very quite. Perfect for a family holiday. Very close to the town centre and also the beach.

The facilities were not as advertised, very tired and run down

A very polite host messaged me when we landed and asked for me to message back 5mins from the hotel. She arrived at the hotel promptly with the keys.

No reception on site. The facilities were not as advised, there was just a pool. There was no pool bar or entertainment for the children. The rooms were very run down and need of a complete overhaul.

Good basic accomodation for a short stay

Met on arrival and given the keys. Informed what we needed to do with the keys when we left. Property was clean and well presented but basic. This accomodation met our needs for a two night stay. Yes we would stay again.

you get what you pay for, basic property but tidy and clean and provided you with everything you need for your stay. the lady who met us to deliver the keys was very kind and friendly.

the pool was out of use - however because we were only here for 1 night this wasn’t too much of an issue.

Place has seen better days. Not quite ready for tourists.

The apartment is in a good location. It is probably a nice complex when in full swing but we were very disappointed. I don't think they had fully opened after covid.

No water in the swimming pool. Not good wifi in the apartment. Wall lamps had no bulbs in them. Towels felt damp. Room felt musty and needed to be aired. Outside area had cigarette butts lying on the ground. Thousands of dead flies in the corner of the rooms (at least they were not alive.) No shower gel or soap. Ragged towels. No one in reception.

Not recommended at all for families.

The location was excellent. Close to two shopping centres and restaurants. Beach was about 5 min away.

Property was in a very poor condition. Damp all over the bathroom ceiling and under the sink. The flat is not maintained at all. Damp smell, plugs coming out of the wall, dust in lamps and wardrobes. They cleaned only where you can see. Old sheets with holes. Couch was filthy and the fridge and cooker. Furniture outside hasn’t been cleaned in 15 years. Everything was old and hence the price but it does not deserve even one star. The cheap price doesn’t justify the poor H&S condition. There are some minimum Hygine requirements that this property does not meet. I would only recommend the place if you want a very cheap place to crash and you are with some mates having a party. I would never bring my family to a place like this.

As we only stayed two nights we, I believe, were placed in an old and very shabby appartment.

Very clean good sized bedroom and safe was great

Did not know how to access the apartment and had to ring reception and wait on the front street for someone to let us in .

Poor value for money. Apartment was fairly run down in general and only few items provided in the kitchen. Poor noise insulation and could easily hear those in the upstairs apartment

No one should stay here. Dangerous loose cables.

DO NOT STAY HERE. DIRTYHOLE. No one on reception. Weren't told beforehand. Had to wait on street for woman to let us in. Dirty pillowcases and bed covers. No soap hand wash they said due to covid but we had just come from playa park club zensation who did provide these. Plug and wires hanging off wall. So couldn't use tv. Woman who checked us in said it's been like that 5 years. Owner in gran Canaria has done no maintenance on apartments for 5 yrs. Everything old worn scratched. Handles of fridge kitchen cabinets flithy sticky greasy. Large amount of dust on light bulbs and lampshades. Extremely low standards in this apartment. Stains on sofa. No electricity for first 3 hrs as Check in woman failed to show us how to switch on behind frame on wall.

It is a bit dated only few power sockets some faulty also bad in certain spots .

just ok

location was good, close to the center and not far from the beaches, and it had a balcony.

It was complicated to get the keys, not well organized (apparently the person in charge was sick). There's no reception and the person who should bring the keys arrived late and without the keys. Leaving the luggage somewhere was quite complicated. The apartment hasn't been finished yet. The bathroom door didn't have a handle, so we had to use a fork to open/close it properly (with the risk of staying locked inside if you're alone). The wardrobe in the room was half assembled and the rest of the pieces were just around. The main lock of the apartment was almost falling apart. Probably anyone could have broken into in 10 seconds.

Perfect little break

The property was clean & in a great location. I was actually staying there as our apartment is being renovated following some damage. They are basic and a little dated but they have everything you need and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely.

No longer a reception so checking in and out was a bit confusing. Maybe tell people they need to call before arrival so someone can meet them at the locked Gate to let them in x
