Good location for sightseeing across Tokyo

Full service hotel with everything you would expect and more. Lots of helpful staff. Wide range of restaurants and high end shops within hotel. Lovely garden views (albeit late winter:early spring so little colour). Comfortable bed, bath plus spacious rooms. Easy access to multiple train stations.

Was a bit of a maze but once you understood a few things there were some good shortcuts through the hotel to certain train stations.

It was a wonderful experience to be in quiet area of Tokyo.

I liked the old world charm of Japan. The historic garden was so beautiful and well maintained. Staff were all helpful, courteous and service was immediate. A variety of restaurants was also good but expensive.

I didn't like the designated indoor smoking room. It was small and I think it needs a better air purifier inside. I wish there was a designated smoking area outside the hotel premises. All shops were very expensive but classy.

Luxury accommodation

The garden and hotel was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast area was magnificent and a great breakfast. Comfy bed. Many on-site restaurants and wonderful staff.

The hotel itself was the experience and very up market so if you want to get amongst it in Tokyo the location may not suit you, although it's a lovely walk to the nearby train station.

Quite a lovely hotel very well located.

Really great location easy access to all desirable places. Beautiful setting and wonderful garden.

Our friends changed rooms and weren’t offered breakfast for the downgrading.

The position of the hotel. Garden.

Beautiful garden! The position of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is a few minutes from the subway and has excellent connections with all parts of Tokyo

The rooms need a little renovation, because the interior is a little older.

The swimming pools were all closed which was very disappointing, although the residents (which we weren’t aware of) had access, it was one of the reasons we booked the New Otani

Fantastic hotel in the best part of Tokyo.

I really enjoyed the service and staff as they were some of the nicest people imaginable. The rooms were comfy and quite roomy, we could easily open two suitcases without crowding the area. It is also super clean and the park is fantastic for som chill out time. The restaurants looked really nice, but we did not have time to try them. The area is also perfect as you have a 3-4 minute walk to the subway, and from there everywhere is easily accessible.

The training facilities are next to none existent, so bring som resistance bands if you're going to do some strength training. I wished the pool had been more accessible.

I like the garden so beautiful.

The hotel facilities are too old-fashioned. None of the doors use card keys, they all use traditional keys, which are inconvenient to use.

Enjoyed my stay and the hotel provided everything I expected from comfort to service.

High end and high service so expect to pay for that.

The garden was very nice. Very high service from everyone. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was very nice with a great buffet selection.

Our suite was a little dated. Accessibility to transit not great - used taxis. Have to walk through mall to get an elevator to lobby. Restaurant in hotel and mall were high end and pricey although we ate out in the city during our excursions.

Very good location and stunning views from the breakfast room. The hotel is a full elegant conference hotel. However, we did not receive the room type we asked for, and the hotel staff told us that all rooms are booked which seemed to be a typical excuse. We paid a very high price for a room directly overlooking the next high-rise building.

Outstanding customer service, poor gym

✓ Outstanding customer service.

✗ WiFi. They use legacy way when you have to accept terms and condition and then connect. The worst part is that you have to connect again after a short time. ✗ Gym. The hotel has two gyms. I asked which one is bigger and tried that one. Unfortunately the gym was very very basic. If you lift weights - just forget about this gym.
