Omiros boutique hotel

Hotel Ormiros was lovely. The room was very spacious and well equipped, with large comfortable beds. The decor and presentation throughout the hotel was exceptional. Most of all, the staff were amazing, polite, friendly and courteous and went the extra mile to make our stay as nice as possible. Our stay was great value for money and would certainly stay again when next in Crete.

There was nothing I didn't like about the Omiros hotel.

Pleasant stay in the beginning of July

The room was big enough and comfortable, the mattresses were comfortable, a full body mirror, hairdryer and iron/ironing board were in the room available. Noise insulation was sufficient and the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The pools although small they were two and nice for the warm days. Only a few minutes walking from the beach with free sunbeds. Additionally, beach towels were provided by the hotel. Most importantly the staff was very friendly and kind.

A few suggestions for improvement: the water in the shower wasn't draining properly resulting in the water to be accumulated. Also, there were two beds connected in the middle and the connector could have been of better quality to ensure no difference in the two beds are noted. The hotel was a bit crowded so the one pool with the sunbeds wasn't enough for all of us, however the second pool is very beautiful and there are extra sunbeds on the roof.

Dirty room, expensive whirlpool, no appropriate price. Would not recommend.

The staff was very nice and engaged. The breakfast was elaborately designed. The style of the hotel looks high quality - just from the distance.

Unfortunately the room was really dirty. The fridge, couch and floor were almost disgusting (we had to keep the shoes on in the room). We asked to clean again, what they did immediately - but again, the doorknob was still full of stains. In the night we took out the planket of the closet, to see in the next day, that it was an already used sheet from the guests before! The furniture in the bathroom is full of lime, of course it's old, I know, that's not easy to clean, but it seems there was never the effort to keep it as good as possible. The whirlpool is not free! They charge 25€ for 45 minutes and 2 people. We didn't you it, because it didn't looked that clean anyway. The breakfast was good, but the most stuff was with ham, so as a vegetarian you have much less choice. There is a kitchen, what is really nice, but there is a lot stuff missing, so it's not so easy to use. The chairs are all plastic, looking stylish - you cannot find any spot to sit (round the pool, balcony) which is really comfortable to relax. In total, the price was not appropriate!!!

Very good

The hotel staff is really great, everyone here is always smiling. The environment of the hotel is great and I really appreciate the possibility to use the sunbeds and umbrellas at the partner hotel (150 meters away). It was not our first time in the hotel, but this time we were not so satisfied with the room. This is our fault though, we should have chosen the same room type as last time. :) The room was clean, well equipped. We didn't like the pillows and the large shared blanket on the bed. The mattresses were comfortable though. The breakfasts were quite good but the time stated was until 11:00, however by 10:00 most of the food had been eaten, the drinks were missing and not refilled. When we were here during the pandemic and the food was served, it was better.

Good value, clean , spacious accommodation

Nice sized room with comfy beds and good cleanliness.

Not enough places to hang things eg towels in bathroom or near sink. Room had no lights near any of the 3 mirrors

Beautiful hotel, kept in impeccable condition by their lovely and friendly staff. We stayed on the lower ground floor and our balcony had stairs directly to the pool which was so convenient. Although not advertised, the hotel has sun loungers available for free on the beach via its sister hotel Odyssia. A great stay.

it was a beautiful property, one of the girls working really was kind.

The property was nice but the pool and jacuzzi were closed and I didn’t know that until after I payed which was really disappointing. I booked the hotel for that reason. So I could have a relaxing swim. The WiFi, TV and phone signal all would not work in my room. I had to stand in the hallway to receive any signal. I asked the staff to try to figure out the signal or if I could have another room instead as I needed the WiFi to work but they did not get back to me. the maid knocked on my door at 9am, even though check out was at 12, which confused me. The last thing was the bathroom, the shower was not cleaned and I cut my foot on the broken trash bin, the foot to open the trash bin was broken and rusty.

A little piece of Paradise on an island which is a dream

A little piece of Paradise on an island which is a dream. Everything is as you may expet from a holiday. The staff is simply wonderful, kind, always present and delightful. The breakfast is absolutely satisfying. The swimming pools are more than fine and clean. The beach is just 50 meters from the hotel and you have already your own Umbrella and beds. Rooms are clean, roomy and silent and the beds are comfortable. In the nearby is full of restaurants, tavernas and supermakets...So, if you want a great holiday, this is the right place.

Perhaps the pillows are a bit too high and soft. But that's a matter of taste :)

Superb

Nice little modern hotel with friendly staff and good service. They give us a card for free sunshade using possibility to a nearby beach area. The hotel was close to some great tavernas/restaurants.

Our room was semi-under the ground floor which we didn't like. There were no information about this until we had arrived. Unfortunately the wifi was poor and instabile in the whole facility.
